I don’t usually write reviews but I feel it’s important to share. I stayed at the hotel last night and was initially disappointed with the expensive parking for hotel guests. This was unimportant at the time as I understand Scarborough doesn’t have much available parking for the demand. The receptionist was helpful yet picked up a phone call on his personal phone while serving us. Again, understandable, he was probably busy. The room had minimal amenities. I was hoping there would at least be a toothbrush as I accidentally forgot mine. There was also no complimentary water and we were to drink water from the bathroom sink. This is also okay , I’m sure the water was safe but was disappointing. The TV and air con weren’t working properly and we felt bad having to call up maintenance to fix it for us. Lastly, there was items left under the bed from the previous guest including a tub of Vaseline and a literal raw egg which would’ve been easily found had the room be cleaned properly. We enjoyed our stay because of each other’s company but I was disappointed with the stay we had for the price we paid. I would much rather pay slightly more for a nicer hotel.

Can only comment on the dining area as I needed somewhere to sit down with the laptop, have a coffee and a cake as my usual haunt was closed. I was greeted with a big smile and an explanation of breakfast options. The ambience was excellent, views of the Indian Ocean inspiring and danishes fantastic value for money. I will return either for accommodation and/or a full breakfast to fairly assess their offerings.

This hotel is not ideal for a romantic weekend away. They only cater for families and kids on school holidays. We checked in towards the end of school holidays and when families and kids checked out of the hotel, we had access to nothing. All of a sudden the spa was out of order, (we were waiting for everyone to leave to use it). Access to the observation deck was closed. The noise from the very busy highway was unbearable. The windows in our room were filthy and instead of a view of the beach we had a view of a service station and very busy highway. The balcony had no table or chairs, which I found really weird. The price of parking is outrageous and I think it's important to let people know there is a hefty deposit to be paid upon check in, (we were completely caught off guard). Upon check out they tried to charge us for chocolates we didn't eat and movies we never watched. I spent months organising this holiday for my partner and I, so we're pretty disappointed.

We stayed 2 nights in King ocean/pool view room and I have to say it was better than I expected. Reception lady was so nice and allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier. Pool area was beautiful, water nice and view amazing. Bar food and cocktails were well priced. Room was clean, big and bathroom was nice. View from the balcony was breathtaking, we just didn’t see sunset from our room so next time I would choose the room with the sunset view. Check out was 11am but they allowed us to stay in the pool area all day and enjoy our holiday. I’ve stayed in crown for multiple times and as much as I enjoy it there it’s now became a bit boring. Scarbs has everything, beautiful coast, coffee and food places everywhere and waking up to the ocean view and breeze is just so nice. You get your money’s worth and definitely recommend staying for a few nights. Thank you :)

I love this Rendezvous Hotel in Scarborough Beach Love it that we got married at the Roof top 5 years ago . It became my little get away and stay for home away from home Very Relaxing view many Restaurants surrounding areas . Breakfast at the hotel ok But the Restaurant don’t have much choices and the food is a bit bland . Had my Birthday there last year We are not impressed with the food taste . And slow service. But top hotel for an ocean view . Still is my favorite hotel to get away Rather than the busy City . Restaurant Menu can improve for more choices and better taste . Love the swimming pool specially the lighting at night :)

We stayed here for two nights, as did my friends. Our room was new & very nice, except the stains the backs of curtains and the old, crunchy inner spring mattress. Mattress was not comfy and I regretted the second night because of it. I wrongly assumed because there is a promotion for pillow top mattresses on the rendezvous website that they would have decent mattresses. My friend’s room needed updating though. Her furnishing was faded from the original brown to a weird green with multiple scratches and water swelling. There was no outdoor furniture to sit on either of our balconies and watch the sea view - I emailed ahead of time to ask about this but got no response. The lobby and straits restaurant was neat and attractive. The buffet breakfast was a standard good Aussie hotel breakfast. You have to pay extra for real coffee - but that is fairly standard in Aussie hotels. The coffee machine provided produced “interesting” coffee. Staff in the restaurant were all very nice. They needed more staff on pool bar in the hot weather when it’s peak times. Sometimes the wait for service there was incredibly long. I also used the poolside phone to call for room service food to be brought up and it rang out twice during the day. One time at night, I was having a swim and the pool bar was closed so I rang to order a cocktail to be brought up and they told me it was during dinner so it would be a 45minute wait. At least they were honest. The pool area is old and tired - it is still really good but not at all like in the promotional pictures. It looks super nice in the photos. Lots of the palms are dead, most of the shade covers on the pergolas are broken and missing, the fake rock surrounding the pool has been painted a weird light brown colour. That was a little disappointing because one of the draw cards to book there was the pool area. The location is fantastic with all the shops and restaurants. The beach and the views are great. There was a very lively and fun night market when we stayed. Overall it was a very good place to stay, I can see why some people rate it 5 stars but they need to replace the mattresses and address a few of the tired areas. Having to wait for service is just what has happened to some establishments after Covid so that was not a huge concern,

My boyfriend (now fiance) booked a room for the weekend to propose. He had great difficulty when booking on the website as the date kept reverting back to that days date. He had to change the date numerous times to book. Confirmation was sent late and he did not see that again the website had changed the date. On the day of the stay it was realised that this had happened. The hotel was called and asked if there was anything we could do. We were greeted by an extremely rude customer service lady who basically told us "oh well, you should have read your confirmation". When asked if there was a room available and we would pay again. The rude lady said "yep, it's $270" which was a much higher price than the original booking. My partner was in tears. We decided to look for somewhere else and found the Pan Pacific for $100 less. A much better hotel with a higher quality of service. I thank God that the dingy Rendezvous Scarborough stole our money. Because we had a much more magical engagement at the high quality Pan Pacific for less.

The Rendezvous is an older, unique and underrated venue in WA. Excellent, versatile spaces for conferences and events, suitable for local/international guests and right on the beach. Attentive, resourceful front-desk and event staff, and has a quality, reliable AV setup. The delcious food at our lunch was mentioned by several attendees.

Amazing ocean views. Room was tired, bathroom had been renovated but the rest of the room was an older style. Buffet breakfast was good, but needs to be better managed during busy periods, and also keeping fresh food out (no one wants an egg that’s been there 20 minutes). Lovely service from front reception and room service staff.

What an amazing place to stay for a relaxing getaway right in Perth! Absolutely incredible and will definitely stay here again. You have so many restaurants to choose from right around the hotel and not for from the shopping centre. Staff were friendly and the room was amazing and beds were comfy. It was the best hotel we've ever stayed at and would highly recommend coming here.

This was a last minute booking for my wife and I. First thing is location, location, location...it actually felt we were on holiday even though it's 40mins drive from our house. Great vibe over the weekend. Now the hotel...it needs a bit of a face lift. I believe they did one a little while ago, but given the prices the charge a night one would expect a little more modernization. AC in the rooms are not up to scratch. The buffet is great, we had room service...also very nice food and the staff are quick on their feet. My main mark down to 4 star is really the "Ocean View". We went and paid a little more for a Premium and whilst a decent room and yes you can see the beach, I expected to be able to sit on the bed and have Ocean views...nope. You need to book "Beach front". A lesson learned because there will be a next time as both my wife and I loved the wee holiday away from home. Oh and we loved the pool area! Place just needs to pick up their game somewhat when it comes to more modernization...but still a lovely spot to stay.

We have stayed here many times, it’s consistently good, not so reasonably priced anymore tho, I wish they would update some of the old carpet. The buffet breakfast is always good. With underground parking it is very convenient. The pool and gym are also very nice and great for everyone, the pool especially for kids. The staff here are also very friendly and always willing to help.

Beautiful view from my room overlooking blue Indian Ocean, also view to swimming pool. Fantastic location right on the beach but unfortunately the room is so dated. Very basic with no luxury at all. Not even one. Very minimal guest amenities ( bathroom products etc). It wasn't like in the 90s. No free parking for hotel guest. Service is very average. It could've been a memorable stay but sadly not this time. Two 🌟 star for the view and location only.

I rarely write reviews so when I do, it's either because my experience was exceptional or completely horrible. In this case it is the latter. Customer service was just atrocious at this hotel! We will NEVER EVER stay at this hotel again! We had to switch rooms because of the noise from the occupants in the next room during the night despite our booking confirmation saying our room was "sound-proofed". We have an 8 month old baby boy and the receptionist told us that someone would bring down the cot down for us but nothing happened. I called housekeeping because it was bubs nap time and even though they said they would do it, nothing. Finally, more than an hour later, a staff member walked by our room and found hubby waiting outside our room because we didn't want anyone knocking on the door with the cot because bub was asleep. We told him that we were waiting on the cot and thankfully he went and got it straight away. I also left a pair of flip flops in the room and I asked reception and housekeeping twice that day of they could get them for me but nothing came. I then tried to call housekeeping and it just rang out. Hubby tried calling in-room dining twice and it just rang out. The pool bar was also understaffed which resulted in long cues to order drinks or food. The next day we were checking out and I again asked about my shoes before going to breakfast. I asked AGAIN at check out and was finally told that there was someone in the room but they were leaving today so they would check once they had gone (even though I had requested housekeeping to check several times the day before). The receptionist checking us out wasn't the friendliest of people either. When we got home the hotel rang back to say they had finally checked the room and there were no shoes found. Either housekeeping didn't do a good job of looking or someone took my shoes but had housekeeping done their job properly and checked the room the day before, they would have found the shoes! Then we see a charge on our bank account by the hotel which we did not authorise. I called and was told the charge was for a bottle of red wine. I explained that we were given a complimentary bottle of wine in our first room which we took with us when we moved (it was on our booking confirmation). The receptionist kept insisting that housekeeping noted that the mini bar inventory in our second room was minus a bottle of wine - except there was absolutely NO alcohol in that room! Not even in the fridge! She finally said the charge would be reversed and she promptly hung up on me! So I had to call back because I wanted to know when our room deposit would be returned to us. Even though I explained that whoever I spoke to had hung up on me, I received no apology. If you value good customer service do not stay at this hotel!

The room we had was nice and spacious and overlooked the sea but to try and get it cleaned each day was a bit of a hassle The communication at the hotel is so bad, it all comes from the management. Straits restaurant and room service is apauling, waited one and a half hours for room service which the food was cold and walked out of the restaurant after waiting one hour and not served. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they sort out their problems with customer service and staff.

View was lovely from our balcony and staff were good.. Room was dirty with hand and face prints on the inside of windows, open soft drink left in fridge, desk had laminate bubbles all over and quite a bit of peeling. Straits restaurant, had dinner and received my meal - it was not what I ordered or what was on the menu…. Ordered the lamb dish and received different veg, was not informed of any changes. All in all I was disheartened with my stay.

We had our wedding reception here many years ago and spent the first four or five years returning to our beautiful wedding suite and hotel. The hotel was fresh modern exclusive and five star. The entry from the beachfront was classy modern and inviting... Unfortunately Not anymore! Returning 25 years later we were shocked. At $500 a night for three nights we were confronted with old tattered run down furniture... Chipped damaged and very aged... As was the foyer area at reception. Most Furniture frayed and perished with the bottom falling away! No furniture on the balcony. All furniture including the fridge cabinet desk and bedside tables need to be upgraded to modern fresh and inviting. Curtains and carpet grossly ugly, old and outdated. However having said that we can say the bathroom was modern and clean and staff were very pleasant friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely and our view was spectacular. Geoff& Catherine

Extremely disappointing customer service. I booked 2 rooms 4 months in advance at the best available rate. 2 months prior to our stay 1 of the parties for this booking is now unable to stay on the last booked night. We requested to move this additional prepaid night to the other room booking, extending it by 1 night, which Rendezvous Scarborough would not do. This being as we booked a non refundable/ amendable room rate. I am aware of the booking conditions but still feel under the circumstances that is an unreasonable decision. This simple change would not create any additional check in/ check out or cleaning costs for the hotel. The rate for both nights in question is the same with plenty of availability and we even offered to pay an administrative fee for them to move this prepaid night from one booking to the other for us. A nice enough hotel in a good location but a little customer service at such a small request would have gone along way. Wouldn’t book again.

Although this hotel is getting on in age it is still beautifully maintained and clean. The staff are very helpful and happy to help with any requests you may have. The views are very nice to enjoy a sunset from the balcony as we asked for a ocean view room. The buffet breakfast was worth paying the extra for as there was a multitude of choice right down to lollies and a chocolate fountain for the kiddies small and big. We have stayed twice and it really has just been pleasant both times. There is also plenty of places to choose from in the area immediate to the hotel for food and drinks.

Great location to stay staff are friendly. They have a buffet breakfast on the lobby floor, which you need to pay $34 for if you don't purchase it beforehand hand. It's a bit cheaper if you purchase it a day before at the front desk. There are markets every Thursday and Saturday nights across the road near the beach. The pool is heated and a nice place to hang out. Poolside bar operating there during the day.

Great location, rooms are clean and comfortable, views are amazing, nicely stocked mini bars with refresh during stay. Front Desk Staff are probably the most unfriendly staff I’ve ever encountered. Lobby bar has potential, however ambiance could improve and a bit more training for bar staff.

We finally got married on the 5th October, after all the delays for 7years! It's a very small ceremony at the Registra Court. Book in a overnight stay with Rendezvous for our little celebration and got an up grade into a premium room. Such a wonderful gesture from the hotel and staff. There's champagne and chocolates, welcome notes on big screen TV and a wonderful card congratulate us await in the room, and to top it all up, we have beautiful free breakfast in the morning in their Cafe restaurant. We have such a wonderful staying experience and am looking forward to come back next time on our holiday. Thank you Rendezvous Hotel Scarborough.

Hotel location is perfect. It’s not too far from the city Center. The view from our room (ocean view) is spectacular. Everything was great except for few things; 1. It was very windy during our first two nights and the door is making this very loud whistling noise that is so scary. Feels like the door is about to break. 2. Breakfast is not the best. Not much option. Stayed for 5 days and breakfast was never improved. Not worth it.

Was here for a week long conference stay and it was a really relaxing place to be for it! Location is lovely, the rooms are a good size with beautiful views and the shower pressure/temp was fantastic. Got really comfortable during my stay.

As I checked out I paid cash for any extras I used. I then noticed on bank statements few days later charge for $25 and another for $9. I contacted via fb and was advised it was mini bar charge. I let them k is I paid all when I checked out and was advised if get a refund. No surprise my message of refund have been ignored. Check your statement once you check out and ask for itemised list of charge. Scanners!! And thief’s. the hotel is old and dirty also! Only good thing is location.

We spent the weekend here and just love the place. Great staff and customer service regardless of what service we sought. Staff demonstrated genuine interest and care and that's what we needed. Room had the most amazing view of the ocean. Thank you Harry!😘we will back .... It just keeps getting better and better❤️

Great place for the kids. It's a shame as a paying hotel guest you still get slugged $25 per night car parking. And the only other complaint is at 630am the phone is still ringing out for 24hour room service not to answer.... gave up after 15minutes. Straits restaurant is A+ oysters are excellent.

I am so happy with the Rendezvous as our wedding venue (July 2023). They had some great packages to begin with but were also flexible when we wanted to make some changes that were important to us. The wedding coordinator, Alexandra, was extremely professional and a communicative throughout the process. Our special day went very smoothly and the waitstaff and bar staff were so attentive on the night, I was very impressed. Aside from their actual service, the location was beautiful being right by the beach and close to a park for some beautiful photos. We had such a perfect wedding and would definitely recommend this venue!

Great hotel stayed many times but the one EXTREMELY frustrating issue is the $200 room bond takes up to 4 weeks and 10+ phone calls with reception and bank to get the pre-auth cancelled and funds returned. This has happened multiple times and so I request to use cash deposit for room security bond but they refuse cash. For this one reason alone I have stopped staying at my favourite hotel as I don’t appreciate being robbed $200 every stay and spending countless hours on phone calls and emails trying to get my funds returned. Leaves a sour aftertaste on what would otherwise be a relaxing/refreshing staycation.

Rooms with amazing views to wake up to. 10/10. Good food at restaurant. Highly recommend the scallops and snapper fish. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Facility could do with a little TLC. Def will be back.

Convenient location, room was dirty and in need of reno, view was good. Trying to get any service was a complete mission. And got scoffed at for asking for a hard copying of what I signed. I travel to Perth often, but won't be back here. Everything is set up as if you are going to trash the room. no respect to the guests. Definitely not close to even 4 stars.

Very good hotel. The rooms are comfortable, good parking with reasonable price, very helpful staff, good swimming pool. However, there is a bar/pub next door that is the loudest bar I’ve seen (this should definitely be prohibited after 10pm) and depending where you room is, you will hear the very loud music until very late.

I had the experience of staying 6 nights in three different rooms over a 2 week period in late Aug/ early Sept 2023. Room 1530 was a Deluxe Ocean View (mid range), Room 1702 was a Deluxe Room King Beach Front (most expensive), and Room 1130 was a King Guest room (least expensive). Each of the rooms had little differences reflected their price range. Room 1130 for instance had a shower over bath whereas the other rooms had walk in showers. This room was located closer to the main road so there was car noise at night and no ocean view, Room 1702 was at the front with unobstructed ocean views so at night there was no traffic noise but the sound of the waves. Room 1130 didn't have the same air conditioning in the room as the others which you could control with a remote. The lighting was also different in the rooms, with 1702 having more subtle bedside lamps compared to say 1130 which didnt have lamps but these lights that shone down in your face if you were lying in bed. Room 1530 was the only room that had balcony furniture, I wondered why there was no furniture in 1702. It would have been good if there were some. Room 1702 was generally more spacious. The location of the TV in 1702 was easier on your neck if you were watching TV from bed compared to the other rooms. The breakfast and service was very good, as was the parking. Location was very good though harder to get to locations a bit further away such as Cottlesloe or Elizabeth Quay etc. if you don't have a car. I couldn't find anywhere such as a feedback form to provide feedback to the hotel which would have been good. Overall Room 1530 was probably best value for money.

Great hotel for a short vacation get away, I love the swimming pool as it looks good for photoshoot and very relaxing. Maybe not really good to during winter as the pool wasn’t heated pool. The room was nice and clean. I felt the room a bit small for the price we paid. So many restaurants and bars nearby, just under that hotel. Would love to go back there again

Location and room was perfect! Right near the beach, markets, eateries and shops. The room was clean and modern and the view/pool was amazing!! Only downside was a somewhat rude manager at reception who wasn’t happy about giving us a late checkout. Also note the $200 security deposit :) Overall a good stay and we will be back

IMO, this hotel is in best location in Perth and could be WA. It's old age but look fit and young😀, the structure, design, safety and facilities plus surroundings are in high class side. The management is very good. Just put a bit more smiles at the front desk, all ll be fine😀.

Very average service. Check in took over an hour and once my wife reached the desk the staff member took her driver's licence and disappeared with no explanation for over 20mins (we think this was due to us being from SA during covid times even though we had been in the state for over 2 weeks already, with the proper clearances) She returned with a grumpy "here's your room key" instead of a "sorry about the wait". Once in the room it was set up as two single beds when asked for a double bed. We have now requested from reception help with the WiFi 3 times and the problem is still not fixed. All the while paying over $300 for 1 nights stay. It's a joke. Do not stay here one of the worst hotels I've been to.

I would add 4.5 but not able to. Beautiful location, the hotel really nice and well maintained. Room spaces, clean and the bed extremely comfy. Room service easy , quick and not overpriced. Easy check in and out, and we even received a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate. Only 4 because lady at breakfast was rude and unfriendly, also breakfast options are pretty average, cold meat and cheese wasn't fresh.

Beautiful place to stay right in the heart of Scarborough. We got an amazing deal through a travel agent 3 nights, breakfast included and an upgrade which gave us a beautiful view of Hillary's. Rooms were cozy and big. Breakfast was really nice. Prime spot to stay

We specifically requested a king size bed, we got two single beds pushed together and when we brought it up we were told there was nothing they could do. The shower leaked drenching the floor, couldn’t get any towels, got treated very badly by the buffet breakfast staff and they took a security deposit of $200 off my credit card which they refused to let me pay in cash and a full week later we still have not gotten back. I hated the place, I think the 8 hour drive home would have been the better choice. I would never stay there again. The views were good though!

The room was nice and the view was terrific with plenty of nice food options near by. It was my birthday so they kindly gave us a bottle of sparkling white to celebrate ,But there is some kind of night club and bars nearby .the noise continues until 1am on Friday and Saturday. Weekday until around 11pm. I even couldn’t sleep with earplugs on .So if you struggle to sleep keep that in mind. Only other negative was a lack of slippers, robes, toothpaste, toothbrush, and conditioner in the room.

We had our wedding ceremony here and there was numerous issues with multiple guests when checking in. Nobody at reception really seemed to know what was going on. Guests were charged twice for accommodation, names were mixed up when checking in and our room key constantly stopped working. The executive suite we were put in, faced the pub strip and the night before our wedding, the live music was so incredibly loud, it sounded like it was inside our room. It didn't stop until 2am. Having nearly no sleep, the day of our wedding (due to the music) was not ideal. In the future, I would highly recommend putting brides and grooms in the rooms on the other side of the building, as guests staying there, said they didn't hear a thing. The Observation deck for our ceremony was stunning. The view was amazing and it was the perfect spot for us to say 'I do'. Aurelie, you were absolutely amazing. From start to finish. Trying to plan a wedding from 1600kms away was super stressful and you helped me with everything I needed. You answered all my questions and on the day, you made sure everything ran smoothly. You definitely made our day and can't thank you enough! This was a super hard review to do- Aurelie, you were 5 star no doubt, it was just the check in/music issues that really effected us to make this a 3. Scott & Amy

Close to entertainment precinct, bars, restaurants, beach etc. Friendly staff, nice view, good breakfast. However, spa didn't work, neither did 2 of the lights in the room. No exhaust fan to ensuite and poor lighting. Windows to balcony dirty with previous guest(s) hand marks. Given the current focus on importance of cleaning this is not acceptable. Extra charge for guest parking! Have paid far less for nicer accommodation.

We had the best time this weekend for our anniversary, the staff were all so helpful and went out of their way to make our weekend amazing with complimentary room upgrades, wine and late check out. The pool area was stunning, the room and view was lovely and the breakfast was incredible. We will be back for sure. Great hotel, thank you😊😊

What a terrific hotel, great location with amazing views, breakfast was great but when they got busy they did get a bit behind on the available menu, room service dinners were good and fast service, they could look at spending a bit of money on upkeep as a few areas are showing wear (carpet (and chair) frayed on elevator exit on level 17 as an example) had to pay $15 extra a night for car parking under the hotel I thought was a bit steep. But overall I would stay here again.

CHECKED-IN 22DEC CHECKED-OUT 07JAN. My family and l are extremely grateful to all the Front Desk/Reception staff members particularly Megan, Jimmy & Jonathan who were very helpful & compassionate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though the reason we were there was because of a dreadful experience. Staff members like them should be recognised for their excellent service. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and big, the buffet breakfast was sumptuous and the hotel was in a nice location. I would highly recommend it.

Guilty. Repeat offender. I love the Rendezvous. From check-in to check out. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The view is spectacular, location is perfect and the food, both dinner and breakfast were scrummy. There is off street secure parking. You do have to pay, but hey, where don't you these days? The rooms are a good size, bathrooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The rooms aren't perfect, but show me another hotel, with these amenities, built in 1986 that is. It's a fantastic way to get away. Will definitely go back and would recommend to both couples and families as a great place to stay.

Just spent 7 days here. First off, they use a foreign agency to take reservations, so I got slugged with an $80 foreign (!) Transaction charge (I live in Australia) from the outset! Secondly, the bathroom / toilet in our room was only separated from the main area by glass, so even with the blind pulled down, you can see through to someone sitting on the toilet (not private). However, the location was nice and the service was good.

Will give 3 stars because the food we had for dinner was spot on. Steak cooked to perfection and the pork belly was excellent. The rooms on the other hand are not up to standard for the over $400 we paid for a night. We had to change rooms on arrival as the toilet hasn’t been cleaned and it was gross and the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. Stains on carpet etc The second room was a bit better. Talking to other guests, everyone had the same problems with toilets not flushing and water running all the time. The hotel needs a makeover and the plumbing fixed. Not the staffs fault as they obviously were getting a lot of complaints and doing their best

Australian Hotel Engineers Association- We decided to choose the Rendezvous Scarborough to host our monthly meeting due to the location. We were extremely happy we did. The function room we were allocated had full beach views north and south. We were also pleasantly surprised with the cost. The drinks package was reasonable priced and the food was delicious and amazingly presented. The service was also worthy of mention as, from memory, the gentleman serving drinks was called Akshay and he was very friendly and ensured all of our guests were constantly topped up. Over all a perfect venue and a perfect evening. Thank you Sarah for making the entire booking process painless and thorough.

We absolutely love staying here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Josh at the front desk went above and beyond recently when we were there for our honeymoon. He really blessed us and we can’t thank him enough for being so kind to us. The rooms are beautiful and clean. We have stayed so many times now it’s like our second home. The ocean views are so amazing and it really does good like medicine to breathe in that salt air. Highly recommend. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The room was a twin double/queen bed which I found very comfortable. The room was quite large which I was impressed with. Nice size bathroom and shower good except for the force of the water from the shower wants to knock me over and I’m 100kg! You can see parts of the hotel have had a nice refresh but then random parts have old carpet.. but of a halfa job. They call the first level of apartments level 10, not sure how they get that. It’s the 3rd level. Someone in management cant count very well.. The hotel had a pop up coffee shop on the weekend from 545am doing a $10 coffee and bacon and egg roll. I was stoked! Except when we went there at 5:48am the bacon and egg rolls were not even warm. And the coffee was horrible. Great idea for the pop up but poorly executed. Bit pricey as well but it is in a nice spot. The hotel just needs a bit of a tidy up then they will get 5 stars

At first the service was great. Until I enquired about our late checkout and the receptionist was very rude. Even though we’d already paid for a late check out, she tried to charge $30 extra. Room was ok but very noisy air conditioner that you can’t switch off. Sounded like maintenance or something going on next door which caused constant banging through the day. Coffee machine was out of order, so had to pay extra for coffees at breakfast. Only regular tv. No extras. They skip 10 floors. So if you’re on level 11 it’s really on 1st floor. Beach view (again extra cost) was only a view of the coast line if you stretched out over the balcony. Mainly just a view of the highway and Cole’s shoping centre. Great location but pretty expensive considering what it is.

We were a bit hesitant to book as the reviews aren't great but I honestly can fault the hotel. Our room had a lovely view and a new bathroom which we really appreciated. The location is perfect, stones throw to shops, cafes and restaurants. While the pool area is dated it's still nice but could use more shade. We would have loved to get room service but the 1.5hour wait time put us off. All in all though we had a great stay and would stay there again.

It's definitely my favourite place to stay in Perth, with good value for money, spacious rooms with fantastic views 👌 service varies Staff to staff but reasonably good experience. Food menus are descent, too. On-site parking is available for a reasonable price. It's getting older, but good maintenance will keep this place top of the game.
