The most delicious gluten free foods! They are seriously talented here at Winnie’s. The friendly staff is always helpful to provide recommendations. We ordered our wedding cake here and no one believed it was gluten free. Probably the best cake I’ve ever had. Don’t leave without picking up a cheese bread! 10/10

I LOVE Winnie's! Cinnamon Rolls - 5 * they are big though so you'll want to share or split them into containers for later. Not dry. Icing was divine. Carrot Cake - 5 * the carrot cake is so good. Moist and flavourful. They were kind enough to give me DF icing too. Baguette - 3.5 * when they are fresh they are SO good but I've had times where I pick one up and the next day it's rock hard :( Loaf - 4 * Tastes almost exactly like regular bread. Delicious! DF brownie - 5 * so yummy! Moist and chocolatey. So good and a decent size. Chocolate square - 5 * I had my sister try this one and she loved it! Ate it so fast. Rhubarb square - 4 * I wasn't a huge fan but my sister was so I think it might be a preference thing. Very moist though! Turn overs - 3.5* unfortunately very delicate when frozen. Mine broke on the ends when I took it out of the bag. Delicious though. I had the tomato basil. Could use maybe a bit more basil. Mini donuts - 5 * had them once but I don't think they have them anymore. Very good and on the smaller size which I actually really like! Croutons - 5 * SO yummy. I ate them on their own they were so good haha they don't make them at the moment but you could make them from their bread. Super salty though if you're trying to watch the sodium. Can't wait to keep trying their products! ❤️❤️

Fantastic bakery. I'm in love with the jamaican patties, pot pies, butter tarts and bread there. And everything is gluten free!! The bread and pastries are baked each day, and now they're doing donuts weekly I think! Very friendly staff too. I follow them on Facebook and really recomend it cuz they post their donut flavors and if a hot lunch is available it's on there too. It's a super popular place and sometimes sells out before closing but ordering ahead is available

I had tried some gluten free bread options at some local grocery chains - yuck! That’s all I can say. I am not a gluten- free expert, as I am only starting to treat my ailments through experimentation, but let me tell you this - I am very happy with the product from Winnie’s! I went in and was promptly greeted, and the young lady that helped me was so pleasant and patient while I asked a million questions. I purchased a standard gluten/dairy free loaf of white bread. When I got home, I cut myself a generous slice, popped it in the toaster and buttered it. I had very low expectations to be honest, but what do you know… IT WAS FANTASTIC! I would go as far to say that’s it’s better than grocery store (gluten filled) bread. I can finally have a toasted tomato sandwich again 🤗 Will definitely be back!

Supplied 10 dozen cupcakes for our grade 6 celebration. AWESOME! Kids and parents loved them, and when they found out they were also gluten free they could not believe it! Super friendly staff, amazing selection of way more than just baked foods. Highly recommended, even if you are not looking for gluten-free.

Had the best GF treats from Winnie’s. I always search for GF places when I am travelling and Winnie’s didn’t disappoint. Huge selection, vegan options and the ability to order online for pick up are all great features of this bakery. I will definitely be back.

I have a nut allergy and my sister in law has a gluten allergy and we both 100% trust this bakery and the food they produce to have no cross contamination. My husband does not need to eat gluten free and he can't tell these treats are any different. We get both sweet and savory treats from Winnie's as well as bread and it is all delicious! It is normal for Winnie's to have a line-up on Saturday mornings due to popularity, but it is definitely worth the wait. We are really enjoying ordering online now and the scheduled pick-ups make everything faster. Thank you !

Absolutely fantastic baked good, breads and freezer meals for people with gluten allergies. A lot of stuff is dairy free as well. Their pastry is better than most regular wheat pastry. Must stop by!

We’ve got a flax loaf. Just out of the oven. We almost ate the whole loaf at the parking lot. It smells so well.

Winnie’s gluten free bakery is awesome. I had gone to a few other gluten free bakeries and they were nothing like the treats I got from here. I highly recommend this bakery. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful and extremely nice. Thank You for the awesome treats !

I have said "This is the best thing I've ever eaten", after trying anything from Winnie's Gluten-free kitchen! It's amazing to have such delicious choices when having to eat a strictly gluten free diet. I love that I don't have to worry about reading labels, or cross contamination.

Absolutely phenomenal! The bread loaves are scrumptious and are not even distinguishable from wheat-based products. Staff is always friendly and I have yet to be disappointed with anything I select. (Please make your other location deliver farther!)

Winnie's sells the best GF bread I've ever had. Blows grocery store GF bread out of the water. Also better than the other GF specialty bakery bread I've had. Flax bread is my favourite to slice and keep in the freezer. I also really like anything made with their pastry dough, especially the butter tarts. Love this bakery!

First off, let me say that I DO NOT eat a gluten free diet, but my roommate does. Over the years, she has taken me to many gluten-free bakeries and I've always tasted their baking but it's always had that "gluten free" taste and consistency that I really don't like (and who does, really?). Winnie's is different, their baking is BETTER than a lot of regular bakeries I've been to. Now I ask my roommate if we can go to Winnie's so I can get goodies for myself! Everything I've tried (which is a lot) has been delicious and the consistencies have been right on point! Definitely recommend this bakery to everyone!

I can't believe I haven't left a review before. This place is amazing. Staff are knowledgeable and the baked goods and everything they make is so good. Do yourself and your tastebuds a favour and go to Winnies. Tarts, squares, breads, soups and prepared meals are all delicious.

I have severe celiac, so I'm always nervous trying new foods. Gluten free is usually icky, but this place is delicious!! 10/10 recommended to my gluten free friends.

Winnie’s Bakery Is a wonderful find. Gluten free products that have great taste and don’t feel like cardboard. I had a piece of bread and thought I was eating regular bread. It has been years since I enjoyed anything so wonderful.

We live two hours away and drive in/get it picked up for us weekly and live off of their bread and literally anything they sell! My fiancé and I also shared special moments with together with their food when we started dating and they met my family. Obsessed with Winnie’s!

This used to be my go to since they opened but over time the quality/taste has really dropped. The prices seem to rise while the portions seem to shrink. Was really disappointed in the flavour and size of the squares I bought last week, 2/3 to 1/2 the size of even a year ago. There are better options in KW now, for the price you pay they are just not worth it anymore.

I went to Winnie’s bakery for the first time yesterday. I bought some dairy free brownies, butter tarts and lemon bars to try since my diet recently changed for health reasons. I must say the lemon bars are so delicious!! I haven’t tried the others yet, but I’m sure they will taste as delicious!! Will be returning!! Best bakery in town!! Highly recommend visiting this bakery!!

Top quality service from a top quality bakery exclusive to gluten free treats and basics. I could not find anything here that I would not recommend. They can do flaky pastries, and pierogies that are just like the non gluten-free comparitors if not better (I am not celiac, my wife and step father are, so I can compare things for them.) There is always something new being tried, and a lot of standard products. It is a gem and the area knows it. Get there when they open if you want to make sure you get something, or order ahead of time.

The friendly service, wide variety of gluten/nut free desserts, the frozen or ready to go items all at a reasonable price. The taste and texture leaves people unknown to its lack of gluten. I highly recommend Winnie's for all your gluten free choices.

Winnie’s GF Bakery prepared our wedding shower cake, and it was a HIT! They did an incredible job! The cake was extremely tasty and it came out exactly as the inspiration! We had to accommodate a number of dietary restrictions and they listened to my requests and executed well! I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!!

I got married in summer 2022 and I really wanted a beautiful white tiered cake, I was heavily recommended to go to Winnie’s for a custom gluten free cake. They made mine to order and it was absolutely gorgeous and tasted so amazing! While there was a slight mishap with the flavours, Winnie’s was able to quickly and professionally resolve everything with me. I’m always impressed with how lovely the staff are (and the treats!)

I've been following Winnie's since they were on Park st. location. Being an entrepreneur myself, I support and I admire hard work, and quality when I see it. Her baked goods are always moist and so so very tasty. Having serious gluten and dairy issues; I am thrilled to see such a bakery thrive in the Belmont village.

I had a great experience at Winnie’s recently. The variety of treats was impressive, well stocked and the customer service was fantastic. There isn't anything at Winnie's that I haven't thoroughly enjoyed. I'm currently eating a blueberry scone - delicious and so incredibly moist! One time I took a selection of desserts to a dinner party and everyone was gobbling them down - afterwards I told them they were all GF. Everyone was amazed.

Gluten free or not this place is a must try! I’ve tried everything and never been disappointed! When they first opened up I went there every day. They have so many delicious items. BBQ chicken turnovers, millionaire bar, apple turnover, carrot cake are just some of my favourites. If you are struggling with trying to be gluten free these guys are a must try!

I cannot say enough good things about Winnie’s Gluten Free Kitchen. There is an amazing selection of products and everything tastes amazing! You wouldn’t even know it’s gluten free! As someone with celiac, it’s nice to know there is a place like this where you can get everything from savoury dishes to sweet treats. I would highly recommend this bakery to anyone even if you aren’t gluten free!

I had a wonderful experience at Winnie's. I last minute had to order some baked goods for a birthday party and she was able to take and complete my order. Unfortunately there was a bit of a mix up and I could not get my order as placed. However, the mistake was noticed by staff before the baked goods even reached my hands at checkout. They made every effort to fulfill my order as previously requested with what they had available. And if you ask me, I got a great deal! I was so impressed by their attention to detail (noticing the mistake) and their willingness to rectify it! In addition to the incredible service, the baked goods were delicious and very well received! I will absolutely recommend this place to all my GF/DF friends and I encourage you to give them a try if you are looking for delicious, local GF/DF foods!

Just stocked up on some gluten-free items. Staff was friendly, knowledgable and quick. Have only tried the pastry and it was delicious. Unfortunately like all things specialized for allergens it's a bit pricey.

Being celiac I went to this bakery that was recommended by a friend. For gluten free goods their treats are pretty good. I have to say though I am disappointment with the customer service. I have been there 3 to 4 times now hoping the experience will be better next time but it hasn't. I do not feel welcome there. First went at Christmas time. Was told to put the bread back because it was limited. Then they couldn't get my order right. I was shouting they still couldn't hear me. Baked goods are very expensive which I don't mind paying for a good service. Went back today and once again the got my order wrong. I had to go back to them. No apology or anything. I am not sure I will be back. I want to have a positive experience when I visit a bakery. It supposed to be a happy one. Customer service is important to me.

Being celiac, baked goods- both savoury and sweet are so hard to come by that are delicious and resemble the same flavour and texture as regular baked goods. Winnie's takes it to another level. They think of everything. Ice cream sandwiches in the summer, Jamaican patties, dinner rolls, pies, and all the most delicious squares you could think of. This past weekend, I bought an éclair and it was absolutely incredible! My favourite bakery of all time!

The gluten-free desserts are to die for!! Amazing options. Vicky has done an amazing job making gluten free enjoyable.

We seriously love Winnie's! Have been regular customers since 2014 and have not once been disappointed. Great quality gluten free pastries both sweet and savory. Family favourites include the savory turnovers particularly the spinach, the tomato & cheese and the lemon squares.

My mom is wheat-sensitive and hasn’t had cake in years because it usually bothers her stomach. I bought the vanilla cake for her birthday and she loved it! The rest of our family, which doesn’t usually eat gluten-free, also really enjoyed it. The online ordering and in-store pickup were straight forward. I had some questions on specific ingredients and the team at Winnie’s was very quick to respond to my emails. I would highly recommend and am looking forward to trying the chocolate cake in the future.
