So my craving for Thai cuisine again brought me to Jatujak and this time I tried something new. I had the green curry with fish Gaeng Kiew karee and Thai puffs. As compared to last time I was somewhat dissatisfied with the overall presentation and service. The food though tasty lacked in the overall appeal. It was good but nothing as compared to the first time I dined there.

I'm writing specifically for this very branch of Jatujak on Kingston which recently opened up. Pad kee mao is probably the best thing you can order here but it's really spicy as it shows on the menu. It's enough for one person and really authentic in taste. Please check the prices of the additional chicken and Beef etc. before ordering anything, and there's an additional price of Tax and Tips which you have to consider even if you order takeout. Not too many people who work there can actually give you any idea on any food, so unless you are sure and have taken a look at the item online, don't order anything arbitrarily. They have special daily offers on things, which you can go for. I have also tried their Gaeng Kiew whan, which shows super spicy on the menu, which is the sole reason I ordered it and when i finally tried it it was sweet like Orange juice. So I would absolutely not recommend that unless you want to try some sweet bamboo shoot curry. Don't expect enormous amount as per the price, you'll be disappointed. If you want to try a better Thai restaurant Try the one called Sisaket closeby.

It was my first time eating in this resultant. Their advertising on the window caught my attention. I ordered the Pangoa bowl, superfood soup and cranberry coconut frozen yogurt, and they were all delicious, healthy, filling and affordable. The restaurant is clean and cozy, the service is excellent, friendly and fast. Will definitely return and recommend!

Sudden plans got me here so I took the opportunity to try this place out. Located on Kingston road, they cater to authentic Thai cuisine. The ambiance is amazing. The decor, lighting and music is great for the setting. The servers are welcoming and really nice. Everyone at the store is Thai and they give you some amazing suggestions. Their menu is quiet small and they don’t have a lot of options to choose from. Food was well presented and served. Had an amazing experience. Looking forward for more.

Favorite Thai place in Toronto! The fact that it’s halal (at least as of now) makes it so much better. Pricing is really fair too, especially the lunch specials. The Pad Kee Mao is a MUST! So good, I crave it every week lol. The customer service is amazing most of the time. Interior of the place is stunning, great for dining in. The only reason I gave them a 4 star instead of 5 is because they can be *slightly* inconsistent with their food quality - meaning some days are not so great compared to others (not sure if this is due to a change in chefs or what) but overall still great & I highly recommend this place!

Probably the best Thai I've ever had. It was so fresh and tasty. I loved every single bite. The portions are huge. You won't be disappointed! We also had the mango salad (no pics) and it was so good, it came in a deep fried rice wrap.

Went to dine-in for lunch on Christmas Eve and the ambiance of the restaurant is very cozy and welcoming. Everything on the menu was priced reasonably. We ordered the Spicy crispy chicken with jasmine rice and the Jatujak pad Thai with chicken (extra spicy). Both meals came in big portions, which allowed us to take-out the rest of the meal for later. The spicy crispy chicken was delicious. Each bite of the chicken was very crispy and flavourful, and the rice was the perfect addition to it. In terms of the pad Thai, the spice kicked in after a couple bites. The meal itself was extremely savoury and satisfied our taste buds. Overall would give the food and service an 8/10. Would definitely come again and try the other dishes here.

Awesome food. I travel from downtown just to have their food here. And the service is always fast and amazing. Portion is good for the price. 1 hour free street parking. Absolutely a must try.

I haven't had much Thai food but I can tell you this was the best Pad Thai I've ever tried. Looks like it would be a nice place to grab a bite with friends too, fun decor.

Love this place! Their old location on Kingston Road/Warden Ave was always my go-to place whenever I craved Thai food. Happy to see that they moved and opened up a bigger and better location down the street. I got dine in for the first time and it did not disappoint. Friendly servers and the food came out fast! Everything was delicious and enjoyed by everyone.

I really enjoyed their food..even though there was delay in everything. They were under staffed and they apologized for it. Price is moderately reasonable. Their lemongrass chicken wings was my favourite item. It’s sauce was so yumm. Pad ke mao was delicious but it wasn’t that spicy like they mentioned. Holy Basil Beef was good as well. The don’t have much dessert option so we didn’t get any. Ambiance and customer service are good. Parking can be difficult because it’s street parking only. I recommend this restaurant.

The green curry was really delicious. I asked for spicy fried rice and it was really spicy. I like it a lot but would suggest others not to choose spicy if they if can't handle too much spicy food.

Second time here. Food has always been amazing. I liked the crispy chicken and Drunken noodles (they call it something else). Meat is halal as we were told. Nice cozy environment. Just little trouble finding parking front of the store however there are some available down the street. There is also a shopping center across so you can park and walk. May need to do that as the portion is big.

A better experience than the Victoria park one this time around based on takeout only. Their mango salad is very good and worth getting. Everything else comes in a large portion with a good amount of content to base ratio. The pad Thai seems to have changed a lot over time with it being in chopped noodles format opposed to longer pieces. Overall a good experience and will continue supporting them.

The place is very well kept and pretty. Service was good and price is also reasonable-ish. The food was delicious, especially the mango salad. The tom yum soup portion was big enough to make you full, but it was a bit salty. Found this place by sheer coincidence, but overall liked it a lot.

Best Thai restaurant in Toronto. The place was cozy, it is a mix of sport bar and traditional Thai restaurant. I ordered Fish Panang curry, first time in a long time, after all it’s pretty hard to find Thai restaurant that offer Panang curry. The curry was creamy and the vegetable was fresh and not overcooked, and the first was well cook and crispy. Moreover, customer service was excellent. I really enjoy my experience there and would come again soon.

It’s a popular Thai food restaurant, authentic mouth watering taste all the time. I have tried a few curry items, and everything tastes perfect so far. Lovely environment with ambient lighting and decoration. They have temporary parking issues, I had to park other side of the road. Everything else worked out well for a big party.

Craving for Thai food? This is the perfect solution! A few days back I went to this place situated in Kingston Rd and I have to say the food was delicious! I tried their Tom Yum soup - such a classic, you've got to try this; along with their lemongrass chicken wings which was very flavourful and had the right amount of sauce. The Jatujak fried rice was also perfect. The only complaint I had is with their masaman curry which I felt was lacking in flavours. Last but not the least, their mango sticky rice was the star of the show! This was my first time trying this dessert and I've to say I was sold. 100/10 recommended.

Absolutely loved it! The restaurant is so cute and the staff was extremely friendly. Lighting was nice and intimate and the food was a knock out! Highly recommend this place. They also have lunch time pricing which I thought was a great idea though I did not order off the lunch menu. Would be a super cute place for a first date! Bathrooms were basic but very clean and on the first floor.

Such a pleasant surprise was this little gem. We were indecisive with a dinner spot and we had passed this many times, so decided to finally give it a try. Our regret is that it has taken us this long. The food exceeded our expectations. Many different options to choose from. We chose the Fresh Shrimp Spring rolls ( good size, packed with crunchie veg, mango and shrimp) to start. This was complimented by 2 delicious sauces. For our mains we had the Khao Soi with chicken and the Mango Crispy Chicken. I only wish there was more of the delicious soup/sauce in the Khao Soi. The flavours and spice level were perfect and staff were attentive and polite. We will be back again to try some of the other dishes.

Not the same taste and quality as the North York location. Ordered Tom Yum soup and green curry. Soup was not boiled properly. Spices were raw. Green curry was dilute. It felt like the chicken in the curry was leftover after boiling and removing the stock.

Found this by chance and making it my go to thai curry place. Not greasy like other places, rich coconut flavour and spicy. The curries here are richer than some curries I got in Thailand which is a bonus cause some of the Thailand curries felt watered down. Portions are huge so you can stretch them to 2 meals

Got the chicken pad Thai and enjoyed it a lot. Normally I don't like tofu in pad Thai but it was so good here! Great low prices for a lunch special. Would like to come back and try their curry next.

Everything about this place was great. The food was served really quick. Like appetizers came out in 2-3 minutes, entrées in like 5-7. Each plate tasted like how it was described in the menu it's not like they used one base sauce or food and then just cook around it. The menu isn't huge so you can't go wrong with what you order and you can customize it so it's vegan friendly, meatless or vegetarian. The portion size is good and the price is very cheap compared to places.

This restaurant is my number one site. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. everytime I I need a decent supper, this restaurant comes straight to my head. exeptionalgorgeous and diverse food and a rich cuisine.generous staff members, and good ambience. And very important, the charge is good. I suggest this place with no hesitation.

Excellent place for vegetarians: I know that Jatujak does not need another five star review! They have plenty, and for good reason. Thank you for always accommodating our picky vegetarian requests and for cooking such delicious, fresh foods! We are loyal customers and we hope you are around for a long time.

The soup was served cold compared to how boiling Tom Yum should be. The service was very poor. Infact, they didn't serve us at all rather the workers in the restaurant was chatting away and eating at a table behind us. Moreover, the lady at the counter asked for tips, which I found very idiotic for a server to insist. I insisted, why tip if you didn't serve??? When I declined to give any tip, the co-workers started to converse in their regional language (probably Thai). I'm quite sure they must have sweared for not tipping them. I ask everyone why should I tip any server only if the server got the food from the kitchen to the table? Why should I tip the server if I had to get up from my seat to ask for paper napkins while I was eating, & the servers were eating away to their glory? & Finally, why should I tip anyone who has done nothing to serve me at the restaurant rather than billing me? Oh by the way, I had to go to the counter wait for them to give my invoice because they were eating! They are just pathetic.

It isn't terrible but it was just ok. We ordered: coconut rice, pad thai, mango salad, thai fried rice, spicy crispy chicken and lemongrass wings . The mango salad was delicious and fresh - definitely my favorite I've ever had. The coconut rice was also pretty delicious. The portion size was also small compared to other Thai restaurants and rather expensive too

The food is regularly fresh and tasty, employees hands over great customer service. I love the cleanliness and ambience. I highly recommend this place.

Great food esp for takeout. Their food generally is saucy, so even if you takeout and it sits in a container for 15 minutes, it's still good! We're fortunate we live relatively close and so the foot sitting in takeout containers isn't a huge deal, but even leftovers are top notch! Pad Thai is must have along with their mango sticky rice dessert and Thai iced tea! Everything is always fresh and definitely once of the best Thai restaurants around. Highly recommend if you've never had, and you won't be disappointed. I would recommend calling to order if you're doing pickup to avoid the pesky food delivery service fees (both for yourself and the business). Thai iced tea is the best imo, but can be on the sweet side if you're not too into sweets. You can always ask for the condensed milk to be on the side and add to your liking.

I’ve eaten at so many different Thai restaurants around the city and there is none better than Jatujak!! There Panang curry with Tofu is incredible...they make tofu taste good!! Also the pad Thai is so good!! Not too saucy, just perfect!!

Beef massamam and chicken pad Thai via a third party delivery app. Beef massamam comes with potatoes, beef, onions and peanuts. Great flavours, onions slightly undercooked. Pad Thai was on the sweet side.

Dropped in while in the neighborhood for a quick lunch. They had a couple of tables open for eating in. Their lunch specials are amazing in taste and price. I happen to like their stir fries and curries. The green curry lunch special was particularly good. The portion was huge and because my wife only had half her rice I got to eat all of the green curry with a ton of rice - yummy. The lone waitress was very nice and courteous. She handled all six or seven take outs expertly while we were there. I'm sure this place gets a lot of business despite the pandemic challenges. This is due to their great food, good costs and nice service. Please check this place out if you're hungry and don't know what to eat - you will not be disappointed.

A little spicy last time we ordered but it was the third time ordering from there and it has always been excellent. The egg plant was particularly delicious.

This is my favourite Thai restaurant! We usually order 5-6 main course items and an appetizer and that can easily feed 6 people and still have leftover. The vegetarian/pescatarian options are also great. The portions are generous, the food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable.

The veggie spring rolls and dipping sauce and pad se ew with beef are absolutely delicious!!!

I hate Thai food, but the spicy crispy chicken from here is amazing. I just get that and it comes with rice and it’s enough for a whole meal and then some. The beans and peppers are perfectly cooked and the chicken has a nice ginger flavour to it with a little kick. Definitely don’t think it would be too spicy for those who can’t handle too much.

I have been eating at Jatujak since it has opened. The masaman curry with peanut has changed tremendously.. it is super watery lacks flavour and skimpy on potatoes and curry! The pad Thai has also changed... way more sweet than it was before and not balanced enough. The pad kee mao has also changed, whomever is cooking it now uses a whole red chilli instead of half. Also I have ordered the spicy beef salad on three separate occasions and all three times I’ve had food poisoning. Not sure how it’s prepared but there is definitely cross contamination somewhere. I’ve been reading reviews and noticed a lot of people saying they have seen cockroaches .. eek! This obviously means the kitchen is lacking cleanliness which is super important in a restaurant. Don’t think I’ll be reordering again... after the super watery masaman “curry” think I’ll be finding a new Thai place :(

We order online from their homepage. Once your order is confirmed, you can usually pick it up in about 30 mins. The green curry is quite good as are their soups.

I really am not a fan of posting a bad review but today’s meal was not on par. I ordered 2 teriyaki chicken bowl’s and the chicken was dry and mushed up, the rice seemed to be undercooked and the teriyaki sauce had not much flavour not sure if it was watered down or they just didn’t put enough in the bowl. The other bowl was for my son that I’m trying to push into a better diet and this was a step backwards in that task.

I had an extraordinary experience in this place. We enjoyed the wonderful vibes and the food. The staff are very attentive. I am content we finally managed to visit this restaurant.

I came here for the first time on a Friday afternoon I tried the Oaxaca Bowl with Chicken (pron. Wha-haka) and it was delicious! The service was also fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend trying this place!

Very bad. They refused my driver the meal I ordered and the driver had to go back and demand the meal. Nasty customer service team working around 12-3pm.

I guess I just don't understand the craze over this place. Yes, they serve extremely healthy food. But it's so damned pricy! 10 dollars for a soup full of vegetables but hardly any flavour! Dumping a load of salt in it doesn't count as tasty. The salad was bland and had to ask for extra dressing. The burrito was the only good thing. The staff are fairly helpful and friendly.

Ordered an umami wrap from Uber eats, very disappointing as everything in the wrap was tasteless and bland. Ironic as the wrap was called an umami wrap. Rice was soggy, minimal sauce was included with the wrap. Very disappointing for my first order from Freshii, definitely not worth the price.

Its not bad, but way overpriced

I absolutely adore Freshii, but had never been to this location. I ordered to go, and when I got to work I saw that the lettuce in my salad was all slimy (Dressing was on the side). There were wilted brown wet leaves all throughout and most of the romaine had gone clear. Completely inedible.

I like this place very much. there is a happy spirit. The meals are superb. the service is effective and the waiters are polite. The cost is honest. greatly recommend.

We enjoy hanging out. Last night we came to this superb restaurant which we didn’t know before. We spent a lovely time there with exceptional cooking and a professional stuff and an impressive chef. We put this restaurant in our list and we will no doubt go again very soon. We highly recommend.

Food and service is on par with other freshii locations but this has to be the only location with the BEST buddha satay spicy peanut sauce. It's not watered down like all the other locations I've tried (which is A LOT). It's consistently good over the years Ive been going here. I actually drive out of my way just to come here for it. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

I come to this Freshii often and appreciate the service and cleanliness. However, pandemic protocols aren’t being enforced. There was a customer who was allowed in the restaurant without a mask and was still being served. I also watched her touch a bunch of drinks from the cooler to read the labels and put them back when there’s a sign asking customers to only touch what they are buying for certain. I’d bought kombucha from this cooler just a few weeks ago, and now it makes me feel anxious and unsafe to visit this location.

They offer a great range of delicious food. I enjoy eating here. The employees are always very welcoming, pricing is fair and the spot is always clean.

Food quality was great!

I order from this location a lot, and I order the exact same dish every time. Oxcaca with a quinoa base with 1/2 sauce and chicken ...This time Quinoa was basically mush and they didn't drain it properly so basically there is water in bowl , the spicy yogurt sauce is extra spicy, and then the portion that I usually get was 1/4 less then what normally comes with my meal. Extremely disappointed where is the quality control? how do you sever someone MUSH quinoa?

I love the idea of a healthy meal put together well. I enjoy it every time. I've had some hiccups here like them putting wrong ingredients in my bowls but they fixed it and were nice about it. The staff is extremely nice, and always friendly. Only issue I have is I've gone in a number of times and I think it was the manager would hold up the line. He would talk to some customers and it's a lengthy conversation. Like your wasting 5 mins of every single person in line. It's really nice you have those connections with customers, but when there are several people waiting and it's lunch time maybe hold the conversation for when it's not as busy or put someone else on cash and talk to the person on the side.

Solid pad Thai with good quality. Randomly stopped in on a night when they were close to closing up and managed to place an order and they prepared it fairly quickly. Good pad Thai isn’t cheap and I feel like they are priced ok as I ordered in store it seemed to be a little cheaper than online (portion will be enough for two people if you aren’t crazy hungry) Cute cosy feel inside I will definitely go back to enjoy the in dining experience once things get back to the norm.

I tasted few if the Thai restaurants around Scarborough, as of now this one is best from all criteria's. Their food is really good. It's really reasonable. We had around 80-90 $ bill with 4 adults. We had starters and mains and pitcher. Environment is very peaceful, only noises coming from babies or kids. Clean and calm. Only issue was with parking. Due to road repair and road construction work Infront of the restaurant gate parking was not available. But you can park just opposite side of the road peacefully as there were lots of space for public parking.

I tasted Thai Iced tea, Gaeng Panang, Jatujak Pad Thai. Food tasted really good. Rice with panang was okish. But they delivered me thai iced tea on a curry box idk why! Overall, the food is good. Recommended.

Great place for a casual meal in the east end. Lunch or dinner, you can't go wrong. All dishes are de licious, but my favorites are the Spicey Beef Salad, the Chicken Penang and the Tom Yum soup. 3dcellent date place.

First time coming to this Thai restaurant with my family. Restaurant is fairly clean and staff is friendly. Nice atmosphere and very quick service. Tried their pad Thai, panang curry and basil noodles and spicy crispy chicken stir fry. Portion sizes are large and can be shared. All the food was good except I wasn't the fan of the spicy crispy chicken. It was too dry and not as crispy as I expected. Would recommend the pad Thai.

An en-thai-cing evening with noodles and rice galore. Presentation was quite lovely with vegetables delicately placed in a colourful pattern atop each dish. Since Sukhothai has taken an absolute nosedive in quality and flavour, this Thai restaurant takes the prize for best pad thai in the city for me - even in take out form. This location in particular has an absolutely beautiful and tranquil interior - perfect for a dine in experience and completely standing out from the immediate area outside. 10/10⭐ overall from ordering, to tasting and seating.
