The latte at this specific location is made really good. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a good coffee.

Although I really like the coffee here, the staff aren't very friendly. They don't seem to care that customers are offered promotions and we basically want them!!!! The girl who served me couldn't care less.

Great place to grab a coffee & snack in the mall. Google listing saying that they are closed is incorrect. Timothy's is open, same hours as the mall. Just had a coffee and berry loaf cake at this location!

I went today and I got a caramel carrot cheesecake. I had to pay cash because the system was sown and they weren’t accepting cards. I was short a few cents but found it and paid and left. When I ate the cake it was stale and hard. Very disappointed. I also told the workers I had called before coming but the phone number keeps saying it’s out of service. They just said they don’t know. Like check it out…

I ordered a Banana Bread at this location and asked the staff if they can heat up the bread. The staff was unprofessional and wanted to heat the banana bread. I couldn’t believe to see the staff actually wanted to heat the banana bread with the plastic around it as it’s harmful to ingest the plastic around the banana bread . On top of that the lady in the countered lied mentioned that it’s safe from the food inspection of Ontario. Truly am saddened as a loyal customer from Timothy’s to hear that from the staff and truly disappointed at them too for making me want to eat the banana bread with Plastic.

Was looking to purchase coffee beans by the pound, lady at counter said they only sell keurig cups and turned her back.

Stopped here for lunch. We had two different vegetarian sandwiches, one with soup, one with fries. Coffee and a mocha latte. Everything was delicious and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

On the lower level of the Scarborough Town Centre in front of the entrance to Walmart Supercentre is Timothy's. It’s a quiet area of the mall with its own customer seating to enjoy another blend of fresh brewed coffee or other beverages and a bakery item. Prices are moderately higher than competitors but I decided on a different experience today. I chose the dark roast Kenya Noir $2.75 and a Croissant $2.25 for a total of $5.65. Service was courteous and fast. Now, I can relax and enjoy my treat. Timothy’s commitment to sustainability of coffee growing practices and environmental & social responsibility earns this coffee chain five stars!

How is their medium coffee more expensive than Starbucks coffee? Also, their soy milk is the CHEAP gross brand with no calcium or vitamins in it. Not impressed and won't be going back.

Everything was great, but the price was over $5. Ouch!! Staff was very friendly and coffee was very hot and freshly made. I will return but not daily as price wass too high for me.

Coffee and desserts are good. Services is not bad but used to be better. Try to find a seat is very challenging where more and more people do not purchase anything from Timothy yet they think it's ok to help themselves with a table (sometimes more). There used to be a guy works in there always helps my family and I find a table but did not see him for a while now.

Great service but felt cheated when I asked about the free cookie deal after I followed the guidelines and purchased a large hot chocolate, the lady working there first told me it's only with coffees and then when I read her the ad she said the offer doesn't start until the afternoon. Like I'm sure it's not that serious to follow the advertised offer and give the customer the free cookie.

Great Service. I would say best pastries and coffee in the mall. Very friendly and nice staff. This placed seems to be managed very well. Will definitely be back.
