The food was great and reasonably priced. The shisha flavours are also quite likeable. It is a great place for chilling out with a large group of friends and for dating.

Okay, hands down the best shisha I've had, very smooth. Although the place is small it makes for an intimate time, along with good service. Great place to vibe, the music is great along with many tv screens in each corner. We literally walked in and were able to grab a seat.

Great vibe but even better staff! If you get lucky to be served by Saqib just know you will receive 5 star service. Highly recommend visiting just for him!!!

SINCERELY THE BEST SHISHA LOUNGE IVE EVER BEEN TO. I cant praise this place enough. They really hit the nail on the head here. They know their demographic and they cater to them perfectly. First and foremost, the service is top notch. I was greeted right when I entered and was promptly shown seating. Employees delivered my order very quickly, even though it was a busy night. They were very kind and attentive throughout. Second, the vibes here are absolutely unmatched. The art on the walls is stunning and unique. (They really rep the city)The lighting is mesmerizing without being disagreeable. And the music is always enjoyable. If you ask nicely, they let you make song requests. Now obviously the name of the game is the shisha itself. They have great flavors, especially if you ask the employees for recommendations. The hookah are great quality and pretty. Some have light up bases, which is a nice feature; particularly if you’re celebrating a special occasion. There’s a reason I’ve made Ibiza my go to spot. It’s an exceptional place, with unmatched ambiance and service. I love bringing my friends here for an intimate, casual hang. Kudos to the owners for delivering!!

So I decided to bring my best friend here for her birthday yesterday. It was our first time at this shisha lounge. The atmosphere was great and we loved the music. It was such a great vibe! Be sure to get the cutie with the long hair to make your shisha, he makes it the best. This is my new Monday spot!!

It was quite a nice place with good ambience and even you can bring your own food and drinks. That’s perfect. But they need more customer service skills as they weren’t friendly.

The WORST shisha lounge. I came on a Wednesday evening, it wasn’t even that busy I ordered a shisha and waited almost 40 minutes for it. The person was just at the back talking to another coworker, worst customer service !!

Worst shisha I smoked. I ordered double apple and when smoking it, it did not taste like double apple. I told the person at the bar about the taste and they made me a new pipe and still tasted the same. Had a weird taste. Also inquired about a pot of tea, they don’t offer pots of tea, asked if they have any coffee and they don’t sever coffee. I asked if they serve food and they said yes. But never offered if we like to order food or bring us a food menu. Worst shisha place. Won’t be going back to that place

I hope i can give stars in negative , worst service waited for coal exchange for about 30 minutes. Store focuses more on new incominng customers rarher than giving service to once who ordered already. Dont spoil your mood - dont come to this place. Recommend to go somewhere else.

Friendly service and decent washroom. Unfortunately the machine to make hot drinks was down, but the shisha and the vibe was nice overall and we were able to bring outside food in. So that's a bonus.
