It's a one woman show. She takes order inside and out drive thru, prepares the order, takes payment, perhaps cleaning tables too, etc. Who knows she might be the owner too! Wish this coffee shop has extra staff/help so orders can be done properly and quicker. Wish they have more or variety of donuts to choose from too in the morning.

Coffee time used to be very famous back in the days but now they are not known as much. This specific coffee time is okay The food and service is alright but I wish they had more variety of donuts. When I walked in there was no Donuts at all! Only a few!

Dropped into this Midland Ave and Progress Ave coffee shop for a hot java on this freezing day. Even though there is a drive-thru I went inside to order. Large coffee $2 please. Staff were friendly and service was quick. There’s table seating for about 30 customers; high round tables with stool seats, short round tables with comfy seat, and regular tables for 4 guests. The parking lot is shared by several strip mall tenants but Coffee Time is a stand-alone building.

Honestly didn’t know coffee times still existed. Decent coffee, but the price of a muffin makes your jaw drop. Service was slow as only one girl working taking cash, making food and doing lottery ( yes they have a lottery terminal)

Surprised there is still a coffee time store open. I worked in one of them for a whole summer when I am a university student. Back the time, the coffee time is everywhere like time hortons. This store has a lot of space, and they sell lottery tickets too.

Nice Coffee Time. Very few places to go in Scarberia for coffee to sit down. Often we hang around for hours, and it is never an issue. not crowded, sometimes it gets busier, but there is always a space. It has been our meeting place during covid. Clientele is regular, clean people, no bums. Most come to close business deals or just meet friends. Food is decent, fish sandwich is always good, beef patty, good coffee. They invested money for deco few years ago. I like to see their patio improved, making it a lot better, certainly a lot potential there, not being used. very few places have outside patio and this place has it. So, take advantage of it and upgrade it. Some tree plants and new patio furniture would be great. And upgrade washroom as well. Those are just minor glitches. Besides that, it is a place we visit on regular basis. We hope to see all staff back, as presently, during covid, single staff cannot look after whole store. It used to be often cleaned when it was staffed before covid. Good place, support them. Seems, there is only one staff looking after the store, alone. At least that is what we see whenever we go there. Hopefully covid is over soon and people will get out more. I always go there to support local.

Had the best tasting tuna sandwich on a whole wheat toast, ice coffee and vegetable samosa. There was a strange smell of either the floors or washrooms not be cleaned properly. Also, an investment in motion sensor air freshener is needed in order to survive in the QSR industry. Other than this, it is highly recommended visiting the location!

I had ordered a chicken sandwich with an ice coffee and it tasted delicious. They make the ice coffee to your liking 👍.

I went there for the first time as an alternative to close by Tims and was very disappointed. Ordered 4 pastries that were all so overbaked and dry that we could not eat them. Dont know if they bake themselves or buy them. Two sandwiches were nothing special. The woman was pleasant but will not go back.

Serves good tasting coffee, baked items, and sandwiches made to order.

Went to coffee time after many years. The atmosphere was great. But didn't accept Amex. That sucked.

It always have been a great customer service experience at this location. Good food and good staff, We go since 2016 and the quality never has dropped. The corn muffin is very unique and I recommend it. :)

I've been in this location twice in as many months when I get service for my work truck. The location is clean the bagels are always actually toasted as opposed to some of their competitors and fluffy and tasty the coffee is perfect I've never had a bad experience here so far keep it up well done!

Surprisingly delicious bagels. Beats any tims bagel any day. Good seating and wifi

The food is okay, but the workers there do not wear their mask behind the counter. The lady has her mask around her ear swinging. It really shows the lack of cleanliness at this store. Drive 500m more and spend your money at starbucks!!

Fast service and decent quality

Friendly staff, good coffee, and their donuts are better than that other national chain's. They have lots of seating and free wifi. You can even get your lottery tickets there now.

The coffee needs improvement. The Donuts remain the same which is awesome that a little piece of yourlater teenage year's is still around.

Love this Coffee Time, the ladies working there are very nice and I love spending my lunch breaks there. Ps. Try the handheld steak and egg wrap 😉.

LOVE the coffee!! I have never left my home to buy coffee before, but I do now. Donuts were a wonderful surprise! Old fashioned donuts and fantastic coffee! No complaints about service either. Staff have been polite and courteous.
