This guy Adnan works here at Toronto East Xray and Ultrasound @ 1145 Morningside Ave, is a complete harassment and bully towards patients and customers. Counter staff also very non professional and very rude persons. They don't know what they're doing even after confirming the appointments a few times over the phone and through text messages, they give you epmty look when you arrive for the schedule appointment even seeing your health cards and unable to find you in the system and after when we showed them the confirmation texts they start apologize with no shame at all??We have taken this behavior from long time just because of my family doctor's referral but not any more. My wife doesn't want a male technician for her Xray and ultrasound for a her cultural and religious reasons and she has all rights to chose if she only like to have female technicians for her services. When I called to book an appointment this guy named Adnan talked to me very rudely moreover he said why you're not coming here often aren't you getting sick anymore?? What an ignorant person he is? Also he asked so many inappropriate questions about my religious beliefs and why my wife wants only female technician for her xray and ultrasound, moreover he offered me his service as an ultrasound technician for me and my wife both and told me that we'll be more comfortable with him. What a nonsense and pathetical he is? I ask him not to talk about religion and give me the appointment what my wife likes to, he asked us to come to the office and he'll make sure that he'll have lady technician for my wife. Our appointment was booked for Oct 06th which I had to confirm 2 times just to make sure we're getting the service what we need to. When we went to do the xray and ultrasound he took me first to the room and start talking again nonsense about my religious beliefs and why I have beared grown up now and what I know about religion? I told him you don't need to ask me this as it's very personal and i don't like to talk about my appearance and discuss about religion with anyone, I reques him to do your job and not talk to me anymore, he got angry and start telling me that why your wife wants a female technician and offered me his service for both of us ultrasound with him. I got upset and refused his service and asked him about my health cards back and the referels from my doctor he started threatening me and wife not to come back again orelse??? We request all the people out there specially female patients please DO NOT go to this clinic name Toronto East Xray and Ultrasound at 1145 Morningside Ave. This guy Adnan and his team are very Non professional, very Rude and Very racist talking people about religioun and taking advantages for the innocent Female and male customers. Poor service 0 stars.

Me and my girlfriend came here for an ultrasound that she needed to get as soon as possible. They were able to provide an appointment real quick. A lot easier to get an early appointment as supposed to other places. Friendly, professional, helped her feel comfortable. Seems efficient but thorough.

The clinic was modest when I arrived, but it was clean and maintained nicely. I arrived five minutes before my appointment time, and the entire process probably took twenty minutes. Because I was receiving an x-ray, the technician take all precautions, asked all neccesary required questions that need to ask before the treatment. I surely recommend Toronto for all their Ultrasound needs they can visit "Toronto East Xray & Ultrasound". Much more better than the outdated, filthy walk-in clinics I've encountered elsewhere!

My experience was excellent with a very accommodating staff who got my Mom x-ray done on a quick phone call walk-in patient. Front desk staff named Amal was very courteous and respectful. Highly recommend this location for its good service and accomodation of people request. Last minute on a Sunday.

The speed with which they were able to locate me truly impressed me. Hardly more than an hour passed between calling their office, travelling there, getting an X-ray and an ultrasound, and leaving to go home. Other businesses I called had a delay before the next appointment was available of several days (to over a week). The wait in line or chairs was brief (less than 10 minutes), the staff was quite pleasant and helpful, and the service was cordial but formal. I am quite happy with my experience overall.

We have given an appointment for 5.30pm on June 23rd. We were there 10 minutes prior to the appointment time. Unfortunately no one was in the clinic and the door was closed. Nobody called us from clinic to reschedule the appointment. I would not go there again. Very unprofessional behaviour

The place is clean, the staffs are nice but what’s the point if your test results don’t get to your doctors? I went once they said it will take few business days and after a week or more of waiting they said with don’t have the results. So I went back the second time and again waiting for a week I didn’t get my results even after my doctor called and asked. I think is about getting the health card swiped

When I first went, the clinic was small, but it was well-kept and tidy. The entire process probably took twenty minutes, and I arrived five minutes ahead of schedule. The tech took all necessary safety measures and made sure I had all the information she needed to ask before starting the procedure because I was getting an x-ray. I would definitely advise Toronto to contact "Toronto East Xray & Ultrasound" for all of their ultrasound needs. Much superior to the dirty, antiquated walk-in clinics I've visited in the past!
