Heard about the hype over the years and found some sitting on the stove when I came home and it was ok but nothing extraordinary. I will have to try it again one day in store hot and fresh to finalize this review as I’m sure it could deserve another star but at room temperature it was just average. Spicy Chicken was better than mild, did have some crunch still and decent flavour. Fries were ok and the gravy was so so. Banana pie was edible but I’ll be sure to try the mango next time.

If you have been following my reviews, by now you would know that a business gets an automatic 45% love from me if their service is on point. Hands down I loved my first experience at this hidden treasure!! All of the staff were super friendly warm and welcoming. My friends really boosted the chicken at jollibee so low key I only had it with the intentions to tell them it wasn’t worth the hype but I simply can’t do that!! Their chicken was amazing!!! Well seasoned and flavorful with a crunch in every bite!! Definitely earned a position in my top 5 favorite chicken spots! I recommend if you are considering and didn’t know if to leave where you are to go get some!! I advise you to leave now!! Go get this chicken!! Thank me later!!

Come for the chicken sandwiches. That’s the most I can say for jollibee. They are a little expensive for the product they sell but the chicken sandwiches are the best I’ve had and good value. Their chicken sandwiches stand on their own and they don’t pretend to be someone else’s style of sandwich. The spicy could be spicer but both are very good. I had the Hawaiian burger, it wasn’t to my taste a little to sweet. The fries are just ok, a little soggy. The pies are over priced but the peach mango one is very good, would be better at $1.50 not $3.50. It’s the same size if not smaller than a McDonald’s apple pie. Over all the location is always busy, the people are as friendly and as helpful as they can be. The app makes ordering better or it’s a 10 to 20 minute wait for food.

After work, my fiancé and I went to Jollibee for dinner; he ordered 2 pieces of chicken joy with mashed potato and additional rice, and I ordered 1 piece of chicken joy with palabok. When our order arrived, we were disappointed by the appearance of the chicken, which was not crispy at all, but I didn't mind because I was looking forward to the palabok. As I was mixing it, I noticed that there was not enough sauce on it, so I went up to the counter and showed it to them, asking for a sauce, but they charged me for it, which I didn't understand. Should I pay extra for the palabok to taste good? Not coming back to this branch

For dinner this evening, I popped into Jollibee at the Kennedy Commons location in Scarborough! I had their Aloha Yumburger with a Pineapple Quencher to drink and a Pineapple/Coconut Pie for dessert!! Everything tasted really good. The interior on the inside was really nice also!

Pro tip. Go for dinner at 5pm. I was there at 5pm and there was only two people in front of me. Couldn't decide what we wanted so we went next door and came back around 530pm. That 30 minutes meant a lineup out the door. Food was tasty. It was my first time at this location. Staff was effective. You could tell they were a little stressed at the huge lineup. Definitely a thriving business so you know they are doing well. We tried their dessert items. Banana pie/ peach mango pie/ and the pineapple refresher. All very tasty. The peach mango had a similar vibe to the apple pie from McD. The chicken was just the right kind of crispy. And they offer hot and not hot options. Still need to try the famous spaghetti.

Nothing special. Heard a lot of good things but was not impressed. Regular spices chicken was very bland, I'd take KFC any day instead. Pretty logo though and the cashiers are very nice. Perhaps I'll take their pasta next time, just for experience sake.

This is my first Jollibee experience in Canada! The food is excellent - the fried chicken, Filipino spaghetti, palabok, and the peach mango pie are all great!

This Jollibee location is always busy in regards to a lot of customers come to this location as I do as well. I live in Montreal and I always come to this location whenever I'm visiting Toronto. The staff is always so friendly when taking my order and the overall experience is worth the drive from Montreal. I always enjoy the Chicken, Pineapple Juice and the Peach Mango Pie.

The best juiciest crispy chicken I’ve ever had. I initially bought 2 piece spicy with a side but it was so good i had to go for seconds. The meat portion of the chicken came off the bone so easily as i took my bite. The gravy with the chicken is the bomb. Its is like a cherry on top of a cake.I got the palabok which is also really good. The staff was really helpful with helping me decide on what I should get. Aubrey was on cash at the moment. Just a side note: Doing a survey gets you to try one of their fruit pies. On inquiry another team member suggested the coconut pineapple which tasted like its out of this world. Definitely visiting again

I ordered the family combo (10 pieces chicken with 3 large sides). The staffs were very nice to split my chicken in two separate buckets (spicy vs non spicy). The Chicken was more fatty than other fried chicken joints (KFC and Popeyes). The fries and mashed potatoes were good. I was hoping to try their Mango Peach pies but it was not available when I was there. There was a bit of wait to get inside the restaurant to order but once I ordered it was a 3 minutes wait to get my foods.

This is a convenient location for non-Toronto Jollibee customers. Its strategic location makes it easier to stop-and-go. The store is clean and manned by courteous staff. There's a spacious parking too. It is highly recommended.

Chicken so juicy, and delicious 😋 Pineapple Quencher so sweet, but taste Most food is ready, just pick up and pack for customers, but so slow, all customers have to wait.

  • 3/5 Daphne L. 1 year ago on Google
The food is good but they just have some logistic problems in the kitchen. Every single Jollibee location I’ve visited seem slow and inefficient. It takes 45min-1hr wait to get spicy fried chicken on Wednesday 9:30pm. They’d do so much better if the management can recognize this and find the bottleneck in the kitchen.

Original chicken pcs tasted so bad. The kitchen do not change fryer oil frequently enough. Only burnt and dirty oil will bring such bad taste to fried food. Spicy chicken pcs tasted less burnt flavor. Never visit again.

It's just once a year that i get to go to Jollibee. Having a bite of the jolly chicken felt like being home. It maybe a rare occasion but its worth the time.

Ordered a family bucket today but missed one pic of chicken tight when I received. The staff is helpful and give me compensation. While, I am not sure if the chicken is missing before delivery or during delivery, hopefully not missing during delivery. The dasher sounds like good person, everything might be just a coincidence. Since the seal in the middle is very easy to peel off,it did not stick well when I received it. It would be good if the the seal could be more sticky so it can avoid this kind of coincidence.

The food at this Jollibee location was quite tasty. I had the two piece spicy with a peach mango pie and quite enjoyed my meal. My son had the two piece regular, and he also thought it was delicious. It took a fairly long time to get our food. There weren't many people in the restaurant when we arrived, so I wasn't sure why it took so long. The interior of the restaurant was well maintained and clean. The exterior, though, wasn't quite so clean. There was grease all over the concrete all around the restaurant, and the dumpsters are behind a screen right next to the front entrance.

Yo I give the most honestly review. Best fried chicken chain that better than KFC !and Popeyes combined. Once you try jollibee you eat it for life.

So after the continuous hype about jollibee decided to try it. I have now gone 3 times and feel it’s fair to give a review. I realize it’s Filipino fried chicken so different than what other places might have. First off the spicy fried chicken is great. Pieces are big and it’s not too greasy which I enjoyed. The chicken burgers however I have tried on two instances and both times they were cold which I’m not sure why. I waited 20 minutes saw them making it in the back so assumed it’s freshly made but I think it’s probably frozen and reheated. That being said the burgers are large and super crunchy but lacks a bit of flavour. They have ample staff and I know they are very busy all the time. I think the pricing it a little crazy. It’s good chicken but it’s fast food / I don’t think it’s worth premium price but do realize they hire a lot of people so maybe that’s why. I haven’t tried their beef burger or pasta and have heard it’s good. I feel like overall the food is salty. Once in a while it’s a fast food treat but not sure I will wait in lines for this place. Glad I tried and if opting to go I would order the spicy chicken.

Tried takeout - food is served quickly and staff is friendly. Fried chicken is absolutely delicious - meat is juicy while the outside is crispy and spicy (I chose the spicy option). One of the best if not the best! Spaghetti, pineapple refresher and peach pie are also delicious. Worth a visit if you haven’t tried before!

The spice and chicken are amazing! I got the 3 chicken piece and a side of mashed potatoes and it was *chef's kiss*! The gravy was perfectly thick and delicious, and the seasoning on the chicken was surprisingly pretty spicy! It was such a pleasant surprise from the places that say they do spice and only add a little. This meal was also pretty filling, despite not looking like a lot.

We ordered and paid online 2 days ahead because it was a big order. We indicated that it's for pick-up at 8am/right when they open, since the site said the location starts delivery at 7am anyway and there should be staff that could've been preparing the order before 8. They didn't have our order ready until 8:25. We were just going through Toronto and were pressed for time. We were picking up at a specific time and ordered ahead so we wouldn't have to wait in store, but they didn't start the order until we informed them that we were there to pick it up. Very disappointing. Food isn't as great as I remember in the Philippines. The burger steak was bland and had a weird, bitter aftertaste.

Last year was my first time in jollibee and the food was above average as my husband loved their spicy chicken and the sauce was good too. Todays visit is my second time and it’s very disappointing. The spicy chicken is no more spicy as it’s just like an average normal chicken and the size of the chicken shrunk?? The sauce only have slight black pepper taste and so watery. Probably won’t be returning as the spicy chicken is no more spicy. The reason I gave one extra * rating is because the cashier is friendly and the peach mango pie is nice

I had a takeout order from this location. Since I work in an industry that starts very early in the morning, this location is ideal since there are not many restaurants that open early. The first thing I have to say... overpriced. The food is decent fast food but I think it is ridiculously expensive. I know that a business is opened to generate profits but... when I visit a sit down restaurant and order a bowl of steamed rice, it may be $1.50 - $2.00, here it's $3.25 + tax for a CUP of rice... at a fast food joint. There are some things that you can probably only get here and are worth trying, like the pineapple quencher and the peach mango pie but all of the other food is average. The chicken is not that flavorful, nor is the beefsteak (ground meat in hamburger form served on rice), the Filipino style spaghetti and palabok (Filipino fried noodles) are as expected, fast food only meant to fill you quickly. Again, the menu here is overpriced... my meal came to $60 and included 6 pieces of chicken, 6 thin hamburger patties and 3 pies and an added $3.25 cup of rice... yes, you heard me... FOR $60!!! I would not recommend this place unless (like us) this is the only place open. I think the prices are based on the whole trend of Jollibee but if you are looking for a delicious and reasonably priced meal... this is not going to be the place.

Excellent food and great customer service. Food was super delicious, chicken sandwich and chicken were both nice and crunchy while being one of the most juicy fried chicken experiences I have had. However the service is really slow. It’s worth it, but not in a fast rush.

Super crunchy fried chicken....but that's it. No flavour in the meat..no spices in the crispy skin. Fries are soggy. Only good thing was the mango peach pie. Sorry but plenty of other fried chicken places. Don't understand the hype.

Happened to get in immediately without lineup which was a plus. First visit and not disappointed. Had two pieces of chicken with fries. Delicious. Spicy chicken sandwich. Great Peach mango and banana pies were also good.

I loved the quality of chicken, the breading and the crispiness. I must say that Jolly bee's Crispy Fried Chicken is way better than the other fried chicken outlets. 🤤 The food was beyond my expectation.. 😊 Only thing I dislike about this place, is waiting outside the building for pickup amidst the cool wind. 🥶🥶

Finally got a chance to get some food here after seeing the crazy line-ups for this place. After much hype... the fried chicken is pretty much on par with the franchise named after the sailor-man. The mashed potatoes and gravy is good (a slight hint of coconut) but I think the sailor's gravy is better. The most disappointing thing about this place was the service. From the time I placed my order to the time I received my food was 18 minutes. Several orders that came in after mine were served before me. No explanation. I doubt I will return to sample any more of the menu given the poor service.

Absolutely terrible customer service by the children working at the cash. My wife and I ordered online. One of the items was a chicken sandwich which wasn't ready when we arrived. After waiting for my wife in my car for 15 minutes, I went in only to be given the runaround or just plainly ignored. I would speak to the "girls" Justine and co., and they wouldn't respond. They would pretend they are listening on their headset. Then when they finally delivered the sandwich, no apology was given and 2 of the girls have the audacity to laugh at something. Truly amazing. If I was the owner of this location, these girls would be fired.

Ordered three pieces with two sides and three pieces with one side. I will only talk about the first order since the other order was for a family member (who thoroughly enjoyed what she ate last time I talked with her). The three pieces of chicken were flavourful. The two breasts though were a little small (compared to my family members portions). I ordered mild and the chicken was good with and without the gravy. I thoroughly liked the mashed potatoes. The container was small though and had me wanting more. My other side was steamed rice and well, it tasted like steamed rice. I drowned it in the gravy I also got with my meal. The gravy was really good. I was dipping the chicken in it, pouring it on the rice and drinking it straight up like soup, because, it was a lot of gravy for the meal. I probably would have poured some on my mashed potatoes but that came with gravy already on it. I'm not even quite sure if it was the same gravy but the amount of gravy with the mashed potatoes was sufficient on it's own. I highly recommend ordering online and picking up as that was super easy and you're in and out quickly as there's usually lineups here still. The prices are a little steep but not outrageous. The staff there are very friendly as well. The cashier was nice and loud and jolly, very inviting, which is good. I'll be back.

A+++ chickens nice and juicy and I would recommend pretty much everything on the menu. spaghetti hits the spot every time here. make sure to pair it with the pineapple juice they have !

  • 3/5 Ibrahim E. 2 years ago on Google
I was told upfront that It takes 30 minutes to get the chicken sandwich and the store isn’t that busy! Otherwise food is good, but I would try a different location next time

  • 4/5 A C. 2 years ago on Google
Saturday Pick up: As it's popular you will have to wait a bit. A bit disorganized outside figuring out if you have to line up or not. Once you establish your self into line you will be ushered inside by an attendant to make your order. Focused friendly staff driven to move the line, so know what you want and don't hold us up! Food is great as usual. Chicken is recommended; spicy or mild you cannot go wrong. Grab your self a Mango Peach or Ube pie to fulfill you sweet tooth. The Pinapple Juice does justice to wash everything down. Enjoy!
