I have been a customer at this location since my daughter was one year old she is now 6 and the experience that I've had every single time ordering pizza here has been amazing there's an older couple they are truly truly amazing and what makes this store amazing not only is there store clean friendly but they also make you feel at home I love coming here and I love seeing their smiles I love ordering my pizza from here I have no complaints the food is tasty and yummy even when they've had only 1 staff working because of the pandemic They have always done their best I've also done takeout and I have no complaints delivery was amazing so so glad to have a place like this to go for a quick slicer pizza yum yum yum.

Had 2 party pizzas and paid $71 and gave a $8 tip. The one pizza was so saugy and under cooked. I called customer service next day and wanted a email and call store. I did as They asked and still refused to do anything. I will never order pizza nova again.

Pizza Nova Restaurant is a nice and clean restaurant and the pizzas at this restaurant are very delicious, and the staff of the restaurant is good.

30 mins from closing I ubereats'd a pizza with the special request "NY Slice." Thin crust. Not only did they meet the request, the KNOCKED IT out of the park. This slice would make even Dave Portnoy proud. Thin, crispy, airy, light. I ate the entire Large pie despite having had dinner. New favorite pizza spot in Scarborough. Also, there's a review showing a perfectly cooked slice as "completely burnt." Just know that the customers are NOT always right. That is how a properly cooked pizza is supposed to look like, please don't listen to every review here, any braindead idiot can leave one. This location is a gem.

Preparation was very good but the guy who took the order was really rude and arrogant. Kindly work on your customer service skills. Parking was a little difficult to get.

Ordered a party size veg. pizza!! Perfectly made as asked for! Man who was working there was friendly and place was clean and hygienic!

What is happening to this location? I ordered a medium one topping (mushroom) pizza today and it tasted absolutely awful. The dough was the main issue. It was really soggy and hard to chew on. This is not the first time it’s happened. About half the time I order this issue comes up. It wasn’t the case a few years ago, but the last few years this place is getting bad. Pizza Nova prides itself on being fresher than other pizza places and that’s what differentiated them. The customer is willing to pay a little extra for that reason. This has happened way too many times and thus I will not be buying from here again. Maybe they are cutting costs due to inflationary and supply issues, or higher rent, but it is not fair to the customer since prices have also increased.

When ever I need a Tasty pizza this place usually never fails !!! Pepperoni, mushroom , green pepper 🫑…. Thin crust , multigrain yummy ness !!! Besides the soggy pizza that sometimes happens . Very good pizza 🍕

Place is very clean. Been to many pizza nova’s but this place is the best. Pizza’s are always made well. Not skimpy on the toppings either.

Great customer service and pizza. We walked in to order this past Sunday. All of the staff was friendly, patient and attentive. I believe the owners name is Hamid. He took the time to have a friendly conversation with me as I waited for my pizzas. Would definitely order pizza here again. Thanks, my wife and I enjoyed our pizzas!

We never order from Pizza Nova so thought we would give it a try. Never again. Worst pizza ever. I've eaten pizza in Chicago and Italy (and I am Italian, so I know of what I speak). I don't know what this was that they sent us, but it was a poor excuse for pizza. Scant sauce. A crust so thin you could almost see light through it. No flavour at all. Toppings on a shingle couldn't taste worse. Nope.

The owner was very nice and he was honest and helpful. He is very funny and encouraging to my kids. We are from Mississauga down here to a visit we are very glad to visit this location.

It's a great little pizza place . All the food there is awesome . The pizza is so good . It's the only pizza that i eat .

The pizza we ordered was delicious. I also had a panzerotti which was really good. This location is super clean and the staff is very inviting and friendly.

I usually have their slices and have ordered from here once before, and the service has been great. However, my last experience was not good. I had ordered a large pizza for pick up, and the pizza base was completely uncooked. There ingredients were not well portioned, as i barely saw any mushrooms, and the tomatoes were not fresh, very mushy. No flavor. One of the worst experiences I've had with this pizza nova and any pizza place for that matter. And I called customer service and all I was given was $5 my next purchase. Barely listened to the issue. Unhappy with both the food and service. Hope they don't keep this up.

A quiet not so busy Pizza Nova branch, you will enjoy eating here because it is peaceful inside. The crews are nice and respectful.

Best part about this place is they serve slices of pizza. It’s tasty and you won’t waste the food because you’re ordering the amount that you can consume. The chef is very sweet.

Just placed a order for delivery and the driver was very rude and didn’t bring his card machine and also didn’t have any change find it hard to believe he’s a delivery driver and doesn’t carry any of the things required pizza is cold aswell thanks Pizza nova won’t order from here again.

For me the best pizza outlet in Scarborough. My favorite is pizzaiolo but they do not have branches here. This comes a close second. Fresh toppings and always yummy

Hands down the best pizza you can get. My husband and I order here regularly and never disappointed. They have a good consistency in making the pizza and the amount of toppings that have had issues with other pizza novas. Their thin crust pizza is definitely something you want to try. You guys are the best ❤️

Very rude Manage : Akbar, he closes store at 1 pm and entire store was empty, he ask us not dine in and than we had to please them and on top he ask us to eat and get out fast where hour was left to close and secondly we were talking to our loved on phone, while serving from inside he yells us at to out the volume low. I would never recommend anyone to go, and also while we asked for chilli flakes he completely refused us.

We have been customers of this Pizza Nova location approx. 20 years and the pizza is always outstanding, best sauce, most authentic! We recently started buying the panzarotti's-fried....Absolute best fried panzarotti's we have ever tried! 5 stars! Give it a try, you might not want regular pizza again!!
