Excellent food & service. Friendly & efficient staff. Small & cosy restaurant, serving amazing Thai & Malay cuisine. We ordered thick chicken curry, beef rendang curry and chicken bbq with Malay rotis and loved everything. Definitely going back soon.

Great place to eat in or take out Thai and Malay cuisine. Their samosas are simply good. 3 big ones for 6.95, a bit overpriced but taste is awesome which comes with a plum sauce. Ambience is good. Service is quick.

Visited on a lunch break today and got the shrimp pineapple fried rice and mango salad. Everything tasted amazing, and the service was good. The only issue I had was when I tried to use the washroom, there was barely any space for me to move around as it was filled with cleaning supplies. I'd definitely come back, but I'd use the washroom somewhere else.

Tucked away in a corner of Scarborough, this place has got some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had, especially for the price range. Service is a bit cold, but if you’re getting takeout there shouldn’t be any issue, they’ve got good deals too!

Been eating here for several years but we had our go-to dishes that we loved so much that when we did order, that’s all we got but it was always comforting and delicious! Menu marked with our favourites!

I decided to try this place out because I received a takeout menu in the mail for this new location which so happened to be nearby. The staff were so kind and accommodating when I ordered over the phone and when I picked up my food in person. I really appreciated the fact that they let me change the Spicy Thai noodles to have broccoli instead of peppers at no extra charge. We Ordered: - Spring Rolls - Mango Salad - 2 x Chicken Pad Thai - Spicy Thai Noodles ( aka Pad Kee Mao ) our bill was around $50ish The Spring Rolls were so large & filling, the Mango Salad was fresh & delicious, The Spicy Thai noodles had such a great spicy basil flavour, they really hit the spot just right. Unfortunately the Chicken Pad Thai dish was my least favourite. There were no vegetablessuch as green sprouts or green onions and it really lacked sauce so much so that when I took it out of the container the the noodles were completely stuck together and dry. I think I would like to try this place again but I don't think I will be ordering the Pad Thai dish any time soon.

Although the food here was phenomenal, I cannot say the same about the service. I expected better. Dine-in was so painfully slow that I witnessed the other three in our party (Mom, Aunt, and her friend) be served their meal 20 minutes before mine even arrived at the table. The flavor profile of the Pad Thai was spot on with subtle undertones of tamarind. I realize the establishment has limited seating, and they are doing their best, but the ambiance is rather cold, stuffy, and I felt rushed. Maybe take-out next time.

This place is a little gem. Not a lot of seating for dine in - maybe 5 or 6 tables. They have great lunch specials. I had the pad thai with shrimp and it came with hot and sour soup and a spring roll. Very generous portion. I couldn’t finish it all and took the rest home. Everything was delicious and I will definitely be back there again!

Exceptional quality consistency behind this franchise and specifically carried out in the store. They have great deals and execute all of the corporate promotions. Very great service from the moment you enter until you leave, including prompt service every visit. This will be the only place I go to from now on.

Pleasantly surprised. I happen to come to this plaza for something and thought I'd try this place based on its menu offerings. Was surprised to see it so lowly rated on google since their red curry was so delicious! We ordered vegetable mee goreng and vegetable red curry lunch specials, and got mango salad as our sides. Happy to confirm vegetable option = tofu + vegetables. They even asked if I'd want the egg in the mee goreng, which I honestly didn't even think about! Mango salad was very refreshing and well flavoured. For the red curry, it had a good amount of kick to it, and I also liked how everything was bite sized had a good sauce to food ratio. Mee goreng was very flavourful. Sit down area was small, can't comment much on atmosphere or service since I just ordered to go. Food was ready in 10 mins.

A local gem in the West Rouge area! Thai Square has been my families go to for years. We would always do take out but this is the first where we dined in. They have amazing workers where they accommodated my family, especially having my dad in a wheel chair. The service was impeccable where they provided us with our orders with minimal wait time and always checked up on us! I truly recommend this restaurant and will continue to order from them!

If I could give this place zero star rating I would. Not only were the Samosa soft and oily, I pointed at the menu to show the items that I wanted and I still receive the wrong order. The presentation was horrible, the batter for the coconut shrimp was falling off and also oily. The vegetable Thai basil rice had no taste or flavour and the veggies were burnt. When returning to get the correct order it was very disrespectful that they decided to speak in their language about the issue in front of me. Very unprofessional.

Definitely one of my favorite Thai places to order from. So much selection and the food is awesome. So glad this place is nearby

My parents got a couple of curries as a takeout and I must say that I’ve made better thai curry myself. They are also quite stingy on their protein- our curry had two pieces of shrimp and a bunch of eggplant. One of the soups that we ordered was inedible. Don’t know how this place survives.

Used to really rave about this place and would give five starts but recently changed beef and spring rolls. Both for the worse. The beef is now chewy and the spring rolls bland. Luckily the flavour of the sauces are all the same but still really upsetting to have a local favourite change things. Tomkah and pad Thai a chili beef are my usual go to's.

This is a little gem a patient told me about and it never disappoints! Amazing food, great service. I'm willing to come from Oshawa at anytime for it. Fair warning all fish dishes take longer so expect a 20min wait, but it is absolutely worth it!

Got the weekday lunch special for $13.50 plus tax, basil chicken option. Comes with a side of rice, vegetable tom yum soup and spring roll + sauce. Decent variety for the price, but the taste itself was overall a bit disappointing: staff wasn’t very polite and the food was quite salty both times I’ve been here, especially the soups (can taste the sheer amount of MSG added). Spring roll and sauce was good though, would pick two rolls over the soup if you’re planning on getting the lunch deal.

This place is a hidden gem!!!! Oh My GOD!! Just had their glass noodles with vege's and chicken and IT WAS were amazing! Also had an order of wings. You can tell that they are very fresh and not frozen...and the sweet & spicy wing sauce is out of this world!! I WILL BE BACK HERE!

One of the worse Thai food I’ve evert had. There is no taste and I’m regretting to spend my money there. Don’t recommended to anyone to go there. It feels your food with no taste! Thankyou for ruining my family dinner Thai square! Find an authentic Thai chef to make food.

This place used to have amazing pad Thai. I would pick it up once a month. It is no longer good. It is actually bad quality at this point. Disappointing for what once was an awesome local place to go.

I have been looking for a decent Thai restaurant. This one was quite good. Had the red curry lunch special, it was quite filling so had the rest for dinner. My only issue was it wasn't hot enough. A dozen drops of cayenne pepper fixed the problem though. Will definitely try them again.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Thai Square, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Despite the small dine-in space, the restaurant's cozy atmosphere adds a unique charm to the overall dining ambiance. I decided to try their pad thai, and it exceeded my expectations. The flavors were well-balanced, and the dish was cooked to perfection. The staff members were attentive and friendly, ensuring that my dining experience was enjoyable. Though the limited capacity may seem concerning, Thai Square cleverly utilizes the available space, providing a comfortable and intimate setting. I highly recommend Thai Square to anyone seeking authentic and delicious Thai cuisine. Don't let the small dine-in area deter you - the quality of their food and the welcoming atmosphere make it a dining destination worth visiting.

This has been my go to Thai spot! Recently the flavours are not how they used to be. I was ordering weekly back then. The last time I ordered, the yellow curry only had almost no potatoes and they were so tiny. The size of the potatoes are always so different each time I've ordered: One time they were huge and the last time they were the size of a nickel. Overall, it is a tasty spot, and the staff are nice!

This was my third time at this small but amazing restaurant in the Port Union area. The food is absolutely delicious. I just wished I’d taken pictures of everything but I forgot. I have had their vegetable green curry, fried fish in spicy sauce, coconut shrimp, chicken satay and basil fried rice. The portions are huge, fresh and piping hot. Friendly service. It seems more like a take out but I always sit in and enjoy.
