The gentleman working there today evening was very kind and attentive. He made sure my experience and transaction went smoothly. Pizza was delicious as well!

They have so much variety at this store!! It’s amazing! The staff is amazing as well! The girl in the front, Roxana, was very informative and patient while I was ordering my pizza. The cook, Jerome, made my 2 Jumbo pizzas very deliciously! On top of everything they gave me 2 garlic dips on the house! They were very welcoming and kind! Everyone was just so fun to talk to! I’ll be ordering again soon!!!! Very good experience at this store. :)

Went for Pizza Slices on a March 14th Pi Day special. Slices were on sale so very inexpensive. Pizza was hot, fresh and delicious. Staff seemed friendly with regulars but reserved with strangers. Would go again.

My partner and I are literally addicted to this place. At this point we’ve tried almost everything on their menu and EVERY SINGLE THING is amazing! Of course the pizza... best pizza around I swear. The lasagna is also incredible. We also love the Greek salad, the wings, the potato wedges, and the garlic bread. If you haven’t tried this location out yet … do not wait!!!

I usually just come here for the garlic bread… I really love the garlic bread here. It’s so cheesy and tasty. 🤤 Ali makes it super cheesy. I recommend you come get your garlic breads here. lol

The wings are crispy and magical here. OMG The lady in the front told me you can mix the sauces now. That is incredible I swear. I got honey garlic and hot mixed on the side. It paired really well with the juicy wings. The wings are huge and hearty here. I can’t believe how big they have gotten but the prices have gone up too so it balances out in the end. I think the wings are worth the price for sure. I’m so blown away by the wings right now. This is crazy. 😜 They also have tiny Nutella now. It’s so adorableeeee! I’ll get them next time haha

Friendly little Pizza Nova spot in Guildwood that serves up solid, hearty pizza. Everything about the pizza is delicious - crust is perfect and toppings are generous. The staff is super friendly - they appreciate your business so much so support this location! We ordered the Hawaiian and the Veggie Pizzas. Both were great. They spread the extra cheese on top though - it would have been nice to know - just a minor complaint. The toppings were underneath the generous layer of cheese. The gentlemen told me to specify next time and we certainly will. We will definitely come next time for more pizza 🍕 🍕 🍕

Great food, reasonably priced and friendly service! This joint still remains one of my favourites. I’ve only been here a few times but I’m on a first name basis with the staff (albeit there’s not a whole lot of them). Despite being rushed with orders, they always make time for a quick chat. It’s always a pleasant experience at Pizza Nova. 9/10 value 9/10 food 10/10 staff

We came in as a group of 6 and we’re immediately greeted with a warm hello. I appreciated the prompt and friendly service I received during my visit. The staff was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. They let us put two tables together which was thoughtful. In terms of value, it was abundantly clear that the ingredients used were of utmost quality. The pizza was baked to perfection, with a slightly charred edge that added a delightful smokiness to each bite. This Pizza Nova location is definitely a must-try. I can confidently say that this pizza has set a new standard for my pizza cravings as no other place can compare. The condiments made the pizza 10x better. Rick, Ali, & Roxana were a pleasure to talk to! Indulging at this location will truly be an unforgettable experience. Bon Appetit!

From sneaking out for lunch during high school to a quick after school snack, this place will always have a heart warming feeling of nostalgia for me. Love their slices, wings, and garlic bread.

I have had trouble finding my way because of the first time coming to west hill and the pizza here is really well made the employee Ali was very patient with my order and additionally assisted me in helping with charging my phone so I could go home and over all he was very nice to me and I find this spot an extremely customer friendly zone and if there is any pizza nova this is the one I would revisit all the time.

The staff is well organized. The place is relatively clean and not overly busy. Decent place to sit and eat. Only one bathroom and a tv playing the news in one corner. I've been here several times in the last few years. I recommend this pizza nova for dine in and take out.

We ordered two medium pizzas tonight and they are looking sexy!!! Amazing pizza at this location. Has lots of toppings. Lots of love put into the pie. Always hot and cheesy. :) Keep up the great work guys! This is how Pizza Nova should taste on god.

Rather bland and mundane. Toppings are not the freshest and not organic. Very scanty amount of toppings.Sauce is watery and non flavorful. There is a gluten free version which is why I gave it the 2 stars.

Stopped in for a slice on my way home, there wasn’t much to choose from. Got a deluxe slice, I guess it was left over from what they sell to the high school students. The crust was so thin it was chewy, after they heated it, it was dry and burnt! Had they put tomato sauce on it, it might not have been so dry🤢 Very disappointing, wouldn’t recommend 🤨

If I could give no stars I would. I am absolutely disgusted with what I witnessed and this place should be closed. Using the same mop to mop the floors and mopped inside the oven. I have never been so grossed out in my life.

Worst pizza delivery experience of my life... I've been ordering from this location for years with no problem, and unfortunately its more of a corporate complaint than anything else. we ordered our pizza, there was a mistake, it happens, so we called it in. the person on the phone asked us to return the wrong order, completely within thier right, but made us question whether or not they re-serve wrong orders... then right before the 2 hrs mark when order was finally delivered, recalled to vent our frustration we were "tempted" with a $10 voucher.... My older child didn't get his pizza 1 hour after my younger one did... No more pizza nova for us! its a shame because it is good pizza....

Pizza is pretty good, better than most other local pizza chain restaraunts, more authentic similar to nyc pizza. Dough not too thick and good sauce and various toppings. I tried the slice from the store as well and it was good

My family has ordered pizza from here for approximately 15 years. It was always decent quality; however, the last two times we’ve ordered pizza from here it was overcooked and today our order was completely wrong. I’m disappointed in pizza novas recent form.

We have been getting a large Pepperoni pizza here once a week for a long time now and it is FANTASTIC FANTASTIC FANTASTIC! Unbeatable value for the amount of cheese they give you. Have never been disappointed!

1. Not the correct order . 2. Forgot the dipping sauce and 3. Had to wait 30 min. for the wrong order- This is the second time I ordered pizza from here and most likely the last . Everyone makes mistakes this I am aware , and I should have looked at the Pizza before leaving, with this said my other pizza place with the little " roman guy " always seems to get it correct the first time , so to save myself the upset I think I will just take the time a drive down Kingston road .

This store is amazing, the pizza is always perfect, I just couldn't find somewhere to complain about pizza novas customer service. I have never not had an amazing pizza from this store so again I want to be clear the store is great and the food the produce matches that description. Pizza nova customer service however is abysmal. I made an error ordering online, I wanted to quickly correct it, so I called the customer service line. Not expecting to get an automatic answer, but an over 20 minute wait time for them to tell me, oh well it's too late now to modify your order. Well Obviously?! It's been over 20 minutes since I ordered. There is no way to modify it on the site, so that was my only shot, I'm sure the pizza will still be amazing which is why I gave a 3 star review because it is not the stores fault, but I personally am quite unhappy with the customer service department.

Great pizza but a little overcooked and a bit pricier than I would think. I dont think we got the "special meal deal" (since I didnt order), but the cashier was super polite and kind.
