What can I say….it’s the Swiss Cha. Foods always been good. Service from Norma was very nice and friendly. Can’t really go wrong. Check it out.

Swiss Chalet is a classic. We normally get take out but I dined in with my parents a few days ago and we had a really good time. The chicken is fantastic and the sauce can't be beat! Our server Norma was very attentive, kind, and efficient.

Best location for Swiss Chalet. 💯 Employees are also nice and attentive. I'd like to recognize Ms. Amy as our server for the day. She's very accommodating. 😊 My boyfriend and I went here yesterday to celebrate our monthsary. Food preparation was fast and everything tastes delicious! 🤗💖Definitely will come back again. 😌

Overall pretty decent place. The service was exceptional as the waitstaff were incredibly kind and attentive. Food was really delicious as well. I highly recommend the pierogis. It is a matchmade in heaven with their cajun sauce. Their super sundae is also a pleasant way to round out their meal. Only grievance is that the place can be somewhat quiet depending on the time of day, making the atmosphere a little drabby at times. Though this is of minor note, as the experts is pleasant otherwise.

I've loved going to Swiss Chalet ever since I was a little kid because the food is always so excellent and this most recent trip was no exception. Had a wonderful time and the food didn't disappoint as always. Our waitress Amy was absolutely top notch! In addition to being an extraordinary human being, she was extremely helpful and kind. My group and I would come back in a heartbeat for the extraordinary food and to have a fantastic time with Amy again! Bless you Amy

Had the ribs + 5 piece chicken wings. The price is very reasonable considering the portions! It was very good, especially the ribs. The Swiss Chalet fries were quite salty (the server did warn me) but nevertheless it was crispy—just the way I like my fries. The place was cozy and clean and the service was impeccable thanks to Norma, our server. She was amiable, proactive and always making sure we had everything we needed. We’re definitely coming back to this branch.

Great dining experience this evening. We were served by Norma who is a long timer at this location. She is a very genuine and hardworking server. Our needs were met with attentiveness. Food was served nice and hot and fresh.

We have a nice server named Norma. She's cool and very accommodating. I like drinking warm water and she didn't have any problem in going back and forth in getting me warm water several times. We enjoyed our full rack ribs cooked to perfection.

Norma was such a phenomenal server. She was attentive and kind. Norma was very accommodating when I arrived late with my medical alert service dog to dinner with my grandfather. She made sure to let my family know I’d be late when I called the store and ensured that there was a safe space for my service dog to lay. She always made sure our coffees were filled and my family was well taken care of. Thank you Norma for making our holiday lunch so lovely and memorable!

Went to this location for dinner with my parents and our server, NORMA, was AMAZING. She was so kind and patient. She was serving us plus 4 other tables - We went around dinner time on a weekend and the place was getting busy, and not once did Norma forget to ask how our meal was, or if we needed anything else. She was incredibly sweet and very helpful even though she was extremely busy tending to the other tables. Will definitely come back and hopefully Norma will be our server again.

Great place. Nice and calm environment. The service was also quick and employees were kind too. I really liked everything about the restaurant. The only issue I felt was the lack of vegan options. Me being a vegetarian, didn’t have anything I could eat. Portions are good. Taste is authentic.

Echoing what someone else said that this is a very calm environment. Server was friendly and attentive to our needs. They had a good deal for two quarter chicken dinners and choice of 2 appetizers (between perogies and spring roll) for $35. Good portions and I really enjoyed the perogies. The chicken and gravy were ok, not my favourite and the French fries were mostly small pieces. The sangria was pretty good and was happy they could sub for white wine instead of red. We were in a rush to leave and waited a bit to get our bill and the attention of our server. However they do have the option to pay online which was pretty neat so we ended up doing that.

Came here with our family to celebrate our daughter's 1 yr birthday. The food and service were impeccable and our server, Norma, was a sweetheart and such a wholesome person. The washrooms were clean and stocked and were equipped with a changing table and everything for our little one-definitely recommend and will revisit soon. Keep up the great work!

We had arrived at 300 Borough Drive close to closing at 9pm and Norma as always was happy to serve us. We had an enjoyable meal served by Norma as she is always attentive to her excellent customer service, always so friendly with a smile so that we always walk out having an enjoyable visit at this location. She went above and beyond for us by making freshly brewed coffee even if it was already close to closing hours and we could still enjoy our dessert and coffee before we left the restaurant. It is always a pleasure to be served by Norma as we always receive her high-level of excellent service every time we visit this location. This is our go-to location as we have a Swiss Chalet location close to our home but always drive to this location because of the quality and service received at this location. Excellent service received from Norma as always! Thank you. Much appreciated.

We ate dinner at Swiss Chalet near Scarborough Town Centre one evening. Our server was Norma, and she was wonderful! We had specific requests, and she remembered all of them. She served the food promptly and efficiently, and she was very accommodating. Her service was remarkable, and we left the restaurant feeling very satisfied because of the food and the service. I had lunch at Swiss Chalet STC the other day and just have to give a shout-out to our server Amy - what an absolute gem! From the minute I sat down, Amy welcomed me with the biggest, friendliest smile. She was so warm and attentive throughout my entire meal. Amy clearly takes pride in providing top-notch customer service. She made excellent menu recommendations that hit the spot perfectly. The food came out fast and tasted great, as usual. But Amy's upbeat attitude and personal touches really made my dining experience stand out. She checked on me multiple times, made sure I had everything I needed, and kept my drink refilled - just excellent, thoughtful service. Her sincere hospitality shows how much she values each guest. I'll definitely be requesting Amy again next time I'm craving some Chalet! She's a total rock star and representative of the stellar service Swiss Chalet is known for. Big thanks to Amy for making my lunch so enjoyable!

Missed this place use to eat it all the time when i lived here don't have it in Florida. Food was good and service was OK food took a bit to come out considering it was pretty empty at 3 In the afternoon

Swiss Chalet has been around since the mid 1950’s. Their classic rotisserie chicken and chalet sauce remained the same and is a Canadian favourite. During the year, they have several promotions. Right now, their promo is 2 can dine Tuesdays for $19.99. You can dine in, do take out or drive thru at this location. There are washrooms onsite. Note this restaurant is not adjoined to a Harvey’s like other locations, but you can collect and use Scene points. I like the fact it was within the vicinity of Scarborough Towne Centre mall. It’s an one stop shop. I dined in during the weekend. My server was a five stars, but I was not content with my quarter chicken dinner order. During the evening, someone else than my server approached my table (red hat with head gear) and stated they can offer us white meat for no extra charge. She pushed this onto 2 people at my table. I have experienced this situation before with other Swiss Chalet locations, but somehow this Lady left without even asking me for my choice as I was sitting at the far end of the table. As a long time Swiss Chalet customer, I never come across this. My only feedback to Swiss Chalet is ensure all their employees must ask the correct person to give them an option to proceed, cancel or change their order. I didn’t complain that night to my server as she was already working hard to cater to the needs of the large group of family and friends I was with, but better late than never this is my one complaint for improvement to Swiss Chalet.

A newer, more modern look Swiss Chalet location with convenient nearby access to the 401 and free parking. Nice friendly staff and a super efficient lady, a master on the order panel and guiding you through your order, on the takeout order and drive through. I appreciate that. I used a coupon and if none there is a CAA discount. Food looks good and the customers look happy. I'm sure I will be too once home and eating.

We had Norma as our server, she was very friendly and prompt. She delivered our food without any trouble and always checked in with us. We got the 1/2 rack rib combo w/ chicken and the Club wrap. The meat was very tender and the gravy very succulent.

Yesterday, September 11/2021. My husband and I went for lunch at the restaurant at 300 borough, Scarborough. We enjoy our meal, after of a long time of not dinning out. Our server was 16 Norma N. As it appears in bill. She was very good. The order was exactly as order. She also offer us a Better option. She was fast , clear when talking and checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The food came fast and it was delicious!!!

My fiancee and I had dinner here and we were greeted immediately. Jo was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was fine. She brought over things she knew we’d ask for which made our experience relaxing. We would definitely come back

It's been a while since I got back here and one of their servers, Seirah is very accommodating and helpful. Food served quick, warm and good. They also have some activities sheets for little kids to be busy with. Thank you and will definitely go back

We decided to stop by for dinner tonight and had Sea as our server. She was extremely nice and great to chat with. She recommended some items from the menu and I ended up getting the ribs which were so good. Great customer service, would definitely return thanks to her.

Husband, daughter and I stopped for supper after playing glow in the dark mini putt. Our server was Norma N and she was fast, efficient and polite. Food came very quickly and was hot and delicious.

Come to visit here because I thought this place shouldn't be too busy as I expected. Service is great but one thing which really bugs me and make me feel very uncomfortable at all to finish my meals is because the staffs doesn't know how to practice social distance at all. If there are no tables, of course I do understand that there is no limitation capacity. But when you have tons of table, and you still putting people sitting closes to each other, do you care any safety measure at all? I don't even know if they do check every customers for the vaccine passport either because the last 2 guys come in very quick and get seated right behind me and with so much space and tables in the restaurant. I won't bother to come here again until the pandemic is gone. And this is why we still have so many cases every single day because people think the pandemic is over or nothing at all. Very disappointed!! Don't think that after placing my review on your feedback and I won't be make a star post here. Because I have to let the people know what is my terrible experience here.

Ordered online to pick up during Thanksgiving weekend. Got a text msg that morning telling me they've received my order and will let me know when my order is almost ready. I thought I'll get ready-to-pickup notification, so I waited out at home. 30 mins had passed scheduled time and still nothing. I thought they're just busy coz it's Thanksgiving. I'm not in rush in any way so I headed out after I got all chores done (that was 1 hr passed scheduled time, still no notification).Turned out my order was just sitting there. The ordering process was perfect, the meal was perfect. The one star deducted for no ready-to-pickup notification (but leading customers to expect one). Another minor complaint was they used paper bags to pack the meal, but the bags have no handle to carry it. I had a hard time carrying 2 large bags walking back to my car.

Nice atmosphere there, Amy is definitely the best server, she is both hostess and waitress , and give us the proper suggestion to order . Happy to have time here.

We been coming to this Swiss Chalet location since my son was a baby. He is now almost 18. We always appreciate the service and enjoy the foods. On our recent visit, after the lockdown, We especially enjoyed the foods we order and the superb service of our server, Norma. She was amazing. Thank you.

This location is unprofessional! I went thru the Drive-Thu on a Saturday night and ordered the most common meal on the menu only to have the staff mess the whole thing up! Management is laxed in addressing customer concerns as well. Staff posse as management when calling the store itself. If you want to receive something that you did not order and then over pay for it then this is your place!@ When I contacted the "management" about the issue .... They did nothing! Even the signage out in the drive-thru is unclear! 1/4 chicken dinner listed @ $13.49 is what I ordered 4 - 1/4 pcs of chicken is what I got! that is all! can not respond to the comment below ,,, but did you read this? I called and I emailed your customer service and the location BEFORE posting this review!

Typical Swiss Chalet fare. Three stars for Swiss Chalet overall. Four stars for this particular location. Edit: Knocked a star off. Though disappointed, I like to think it was an off-day since the three visits we've been were mostly pleasant. --- Went again on Aug 19. The server was Amy. We asked to sit on the patio. Most of our food came quickly. Our experience was both rushed and absent-minded: - Amy gave us our menus and barely any time to decide. Fortunately, we had mostly decided what we wanted. - Didn't check up on us, and we were not asked for refills on our drinks. Definitely would have asked for refills if we could. - After our dishes were taken away, we sat for a while waiting for our bill to pay. We waited long enough that I walked inside to pay. - It was not until I wanted to pay that the servers realized we were not provided dessert with one of our meals. - The pie came out quickly and was cold. --- We've been here once previously, and they were predictable and pleasant. Yvonne served us on Aug 12. Yvonne provided very good service. Appreciated how she announced when she would be serving the courses (salad, mains, dessert). Nice touch that reassured us. Friendly and pleasant throughout our meal.

My family and I dined at this location to celebrate my sister-in-law's convocation. Our server, Norma, was very pleasant and provided exceptional customer service. The food and desserts were scrumptious. We will definitely return.
