If I could give the Eglinton clinic 0 stars I would solely for the Korean receptionist. She is completely unprofessional and rude. She scolded my daughter LOUDLY in front of waiting patients in the lobby. My daughter just nodded and responded to the receptionist, however, the receptionist STILL made inappropriate facial expressions (i.e., eye rolling, furrowed and raising eyebrows). What type of clinic hires somebody who has no social skills and cannot interact with the public? This disgusting person is a representation of the clinic and its doctors, and also tarnishes the clinics reputation. The last thing a sick person wants to deal with is someone being disrespectful and unkind. Clients are there for help, and the receptionist provided the adverse affect. I am honestly reconsidering finding a new family doctor if this woman continues to be employed with them.. I also advise those who are reading these reviews to do the same and look elsewhere.

Horrible Receptionist. She is rude and pretend to advice by herself and don't want to make walking appointment. She suddenly said we don't do walking anymore, but it's not true. She then said come back later. Then she said come back next days. Even doctor was inside and patient are visiting doctor. It's just she decide who she want to let to see doctor or not . Horrible? They need to get rid of her as soon as possible.

This pharmacy is wonderful. The staff are fast, knowledgeable and kind. They offer delivery, compounding and blister packages. So much nicer than going to a cold big box pharmacy. Pharmacist is always available for quick assessments such as UTI and pink eye. I always highly recommend this pharmacy to my friends and family.

Useless receptionist at Eglinton Ave as well as doctor. Don't give complete information at one go. She will make you visit clinic for 7-8 times for a single thing. Although I really liked the receptionist at Ellismere location. Whenever you call her, she will give you complete details unlike the one at Eglinton. Dr will take a test for A infection and when you get reports, you find that dr has tested you only for B infection and when you ask if you have A infection, they will say: if medicines are working for you, that means you have A infection. Is this an answer from a qualified doctor? Bunch of stupids

The Pharmacy staff and Doctors have always been amazing. I have been coming to this clinic since it opened and they always take the time to listen to you and help you come up with a health plan. They are very friendly and actually care about their patients.

I had an appointment booked before 2 weeks at 5:30pm and these guys informed just a day ahead by sending an email that my appointment is re-scheduled to 4:30. They don’t care about their patients at all and their timings. They don’t care if we have schedule and they feel like we are available anytime and they can schedule whenever they want. I do not recommend this location. They should have either adjusted their timing for a day to accommodate my schedule. They were not apologetic about this. However I did a phone consultation but was not even helpful.

IDA Noble Pharmacy and its staff are great to me! What you want is what the staff offers. Reliability, effectiveness, accuracy and security when dealing with your medications! Thank you to the team.

Dr.Sood is an amazing doctor. She takes the time to answer questions and you don't feel rushed out of the room. The secretary staff are wonderful as well. Wait times are great. The most I've ever waited was about 15 minutes for a walk in visit.

I have been contacted by clinic to book an appointment so I had been trying to call clinic for 2 weeks now. No one is picking up phone. I even left a message with pharmacy , I left voicemail. No response at all. No one is picking up phone . No one is responding to voicemail or messages. This is so absurd.

This is a great clinic with a friendly doctor, staff, and pharmacists. Dr. Wong stayed a bit past closing hour to fit in my walk-in appointment as well (they were kind and understanding of my circumstances). They called back in under two weeks for my specialist referral, and they were always reachable by phone. I really appreciated the help they have provided me. I highly recommend this walk-in clinic.

Dr. JAYAROOBEN is a very caring, efficient, and cautious family doctor. The maple health clinic network via which we were fortunate to be assigned to him is also very efficient and well managed. We have experienced 2 locations of theirs in scarborough -Maple Health and Noble Clinic and both gave us a seamless experience.

If you guys can’t talk over the phone then why you guys pick up the phone at first!! You guys don’t deserve one star also! Waste of time

Be careful of the technicians helping. They have so much attitude . I can not believe that heart patients have to deal with all of this . Please visit a different clinic and save yourself from the agony

Dr. Almeida is a gem. She is always professional, takes time to listen to your concerns and is happy to explain and answer any questions I have. I found that if you have an appointment there are never any wait times, which is great! The lady at the lab for bloodwork at the Eglinton location is also very quick and friendly. 10/10 would recommend both of them!

The staff is very friendly, very helpful and very efficient. This is my friend's local pharmacy and she recommended it for my need for paxlovid for myself and my husband as she had been helped before. If you were in my area, I'd go to you all the time.
