Went to this place and it was brutal. All you see is pimps and crack heads walking in and out of the rooms. There were prostitutes standing outside the rooms trying to pick men up. I would never recommend this place to anyone , unless you're looking to get robbed. The room I was in smelt like urine, and they said they cleaned it. They clearly did not!!! I could not even get my work done on my laptop because the smell was so over powering. When I spoke to the lady, she gave me a new room to choose which smelt even worse. I would rather sleep in my car that book a room At this place.

Had a buddy staying here, in the long term rooms, for a few months now. The accommodations in the long term rooms are good and rooms are being renovated from what I understand. There is a shared kitchen that opens at 8 am and closes at 10 pm, it looks like people clean up after themselves and it is well maintained

Freshly renovated room, but a dumpy location in a rough area. With that being said, have stayed in FAR worse places (Park Inn Markham, anyone???)

Very bad very cheap evil people trying to find any way to take your deposit never go here in your life worst experience order Uber eats to my room and they took my deposit and threaten to call the police. Another customer face towel was under the bed and they accused him of stealing it. Evil selfish people

Was here a bit over a year ago and got to say, I've noticed new people at the front office and the whole structuring has changed. I was a bit iffy on whether to stay at this location again but had no choice because everything in town was booked and these guys only had 1 room left. But to my surprise the owners were super nice, they talked to me very polity and told me new management has taken over, unlike the old management which didn't even treat me as human... Last time I stayed (over a year ago) here I remember there being a urine stench when walking in but now I couldn't smell a thing and that's coming from someone who has a very strong nose. Everything has changed, the rooms were re-coloured and seem to be scrubbed brand new, actually can call this a room now. My previous experience with this Hotel was that it was like a mini brothel but now I didn't notice anyone of that kind, it seems new management doesn't only care about money unlike the previous one and wants to make this a family friendly environment. Will come here again, was not disappointed one bit!

they service is very bad and the office stinks. I went in to book a room and was told they were full after sleeping there the same night. then i called to see if any room were available a couple of hours later and the man on the phone was so rude and because i asked to speak to the boss he told me “don’t come here i’m not going to rent to you.” and i asked for his name and he said “why you want to know my name i still won’t rent to you”. don’t waste ur time or gas.

Management was quick to make repairs and didn’t hesitate to assist when needed. The whole front office staff was very pleasant friendly. Thank you for making our stay a positive one Mr. BPK!

Bad experience! The room was good and the only thing I liked. The environment outside was horrible. The service was okay when I booked in but they made a one time deposit together with the amenities payment. I called them for a refund and the only reply I got was “ You need to call your bank not us” so at the end I didn’t get anything back from them. Better be careful staying here.

From seeing it to go and picking up my granddaughter it is pathic the fridge is not very big and the room my daughter and granddaughter staying in there is s leak in the fan so when it rains hard the rain comes through the fan I have contacted the mayor and the health department the people that are running it are very rude to family members that come to bring food or visit

The place was below average for a motel. Not clean

I asked for non smoking and the room had a strong smell of smoke it was 3 in the morning and I was to tired to complain the man at the desk said he would refund my money if I didn't like the room. the only good thing was that they are open all night. Oh I noticed a stain on the blanket so I slept on top of it in and my clothes. I would not go back unless it was my last option.

Wow what a change! I came here last year and wasn't all that impressed. This year is a whole different story, the management has changed and they've completely renovated the place. The rooms are much cleaner and have been renovated, the property is actually clean for once, the office has been remodelled and everything was much quieter than before! Will stay here again soon.

Very nice cooperative staf and manegment

Room was much cleaner than most place on Kingston road. Property owners worked with us and meet us half way with what we could afford. Had no issues that way. Room was clean it was quiet . Price could be a little cheaper considering the size of the rooms . Can use some air fresheners. Over all good stay

BIZZARE PLACE. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Initially we were told to check in at 2 PM but they denied and made us wait till 4PM And when we requested to extend the check out time to 2 hours since genuinely we are checking in 2 hours late, the man shut the door and told he's not giving the room anymore. Extremely rude. Made us wait for 2 hours and we ended up getting misbehaved and still without the room.

I called the motel to book for a group of people and I called, the person who answered the call was so rude. I asked is there a fridge inside the room and his answer was do you keep your fridge inside your room and he hang up, I don’t understand how these people are still in business with these type of staff.

We booked here a while ago, we had a horrible experience. The manager was very rude, the room wasn't tidy, the television barely worked and the internet connection was terrible. I've been to other motels but this was the worst.
