👍👍 I have ordered mixed Indian sweets and snacks/ samosas. I must tell everything was fresh. Sweets were delicious and having mouth watering flavours. Samosas were fresh and hot , stuffed with good quantity of potatoes. Chutney was also good ,comes with samosas. Love the quality and quantity. People often mention good, sweets, samosas, quality, taste, fresh, ordered, service, samosa, store,

Annapurna's been a part of many cherishable memories, functions of our family for nearly 20 years. The taste of the ladoos, ras mlai, and other items were always craved for, as it always tasted so flavourful, savoury and fresh. However the taste has taken a deep dive in the last few visits, and I am saying this with a very heavy heart. Kari chawal has no taste, mithai has gone just okay, samosas are not fresh. We have loved your store and my friends from 100 miles away used to request for your mithai upon each get together, sadly not the case any more. Pleeease work on the magic your store has the great potential for, as we miss that old taste & freshness.

A nice place for vegetarians and sweet lovers, nice people to deal , always serve with smile. Jaleebi and Samosoa are very tasty here. This place is famous for a nice vegetarian luncheon. Chana Puri, Chana Puri, Chana Chat, Potato roti, cauliflower roti are delicious among all others.

I had a take away order of channe bhature and this is what I got!! Uncooked bhatura with a thick layer of the raw dough inside!! So unhealthy and for sure not recommend food!!

I have been a loyal patron of this restaurant for over a decade, and even though it has changed ownership and prices have seen a significant increase, the quality has remained consistently excellent. I couldn't be happier about that! In fact, I'm thrilled to see that they have expanded their range of delectable sweets, offering even more variety than before. One aspect that truly sets this restaurant apart is its commitment to being a pure vegetarian establishment.

Old food served. I ordered takeaway of chola batura the poori was fresh but the chola was old from the refrigerator heated up. After eating it, I got stomach pain. It's sad they charge good money but dont make fresh food.

Fried onion fritter was flavorful. Wish it was a bit more crunchy. Big pieces, great snack! Recommend! :)

Why have an online ordering system when your store is not receiving orders. Placed an order online and got the confirmation email and text. Upon arriving at the store, I am notified that the order is not received, and one of the items ordered is not even in stock. At the very least, advise on your website on items not in stock. Don't waste your customers' time. Very disappointed !

Food is great! The Customer service could be better. My experiences recently was not that great. The front staff didn't give me any tamarind sauce that supposed come with my order of Samosas. So, I had ask them and then she was not willing to give the right portion which supposed to come with my dozen samosas. I was supposed get 1 serving of sauce for each two samosas. At first, she didn't give me any and when asked she pretended and said that oh I would have given if u asked. Well, in my opinion I didn't have to ask...I believe. Anyways, eventually she gave the sauces with a little hesitance. The thing I have paid for 12 samosa and I was supposed to get 6 servings of sauce. Well, I hope the customer service gets better. I have come to this location for many times so you gotta know how treat ur customers. Very important.

I have only tried Dhokla two times in my life. The second time was from Annapurna’s when I had a sudden craving for Dhokla. It came it good quantity with imli and puthina chutney. Not a Dhokla fan, but this was pretty good. Neatly packed, decent taste and good quantity. Would recommend for Dhokla lovers.

I went in today (July 2) to buy sweets for my mother. I was served by two pleasant ladies whose names I can’t recall. Customer service was so stellar that I will definitely recommend this place in a heartbeat. The sweets are delicious especially the milk cake as well as the coconut barfi. Five star and high recommend from me. Good food and exceptionally good customer service!!!

This indian sweet shop has been around along time, it used to be an excellent place when it was operated by the original owners. They were bought a few years ago and with it came lots of changes...some good, some not so good, as it is with anything. My family has been a regular here for years but slowly we have stopped frequenting this place. Earlier this year I purchased some mini rasgullas and when I went home they had a smell to it....I called them and they said I can bring it and they will refund/replace....I don’t live close by so I couldn’t go..thats on me. Today we went had a Thali and the only thing good was the poori. We go to A1 frequently as well and so we were expecting similar quality food, we were extremely disappointed with the thali at Annapurna. The pooris were excellent but the curries/rice was not good. The quality of their sweets is not what it used to be with the previous owners anymore. There are lots of options now....Rajdhani has also come to the East end...I will not recommend this plave anymore. It used to be a good place but not anymore.

Good quality sweets, samosa and pakora. Friendly staff, they were patient and answered my questions about the sweets. Should mention, I went in morning when they opened.

Our go-to store for mithai! We discovered Annapurna Mithai Shoppe almost 5 years ago, and it has been a sweet journey ever since. The quality and taste of their sweets have consistently impressed us. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to work on the ambience of the store. Nevertheless, we highly recommend their sweets for their deliciousness and the nostalgic feeling they bring!

Hi, we tasted Annapurna's biryani and samosas at a birthday party, recently. We got some samosas for tske out a couple of times and they were always hot and fresh. The biryani we got tonight, however was very disappointing it was way off, funny, and almost started to rot (sorry to say this on a Google review). The biryani we had at the party was so delicately layered with flavours yet rich. But tonight was total dismay. The eco friendly packaging is great. The raita too didn't have any salt or seasoning. Just yogurt and boondi. I hope it's better the next time we order!

I ordered take away twice expecting it to be good. I was craving sweets a lot and ordered jalebi and samosa. Samosa was good but jalebi was soo bad. There was literally a smell of some cheap oil coming from it while I ate After a week I ordered balushahi and vada pav thinking this should atleast be good. Worst balushahi I have ever tasted. Don't buy from here please! Literally oil dripping out of balushahi and same kind of some cheap oil smell coming from it. Like seriously? That's how an authentic balushahi is made? We pay more amount on the take out food from the actual price we pay at the restaurant plus service fees, delivery fees and so on, and this is what we get? Never going to buy anything from here again. Ps- I gave two starts only for samosa and vada pav. Sweets are horrible here

This place is good for hot evening snacks and samosas. However I have found the quality of sweets have been going down for sometime now. Also varities are becoming less and less. Hope they can keep up quality

Ordered Channa bhatura! Worst Channa bhatura I can ever think of. It doesn't look like bhatura at all and is more of a pita bread! It is very thick and undercooked. Few bites are enough take you sick. Channa are cold and not freshly made.

After a while I bought breakfast (halwa puri, Chana n aloo curry) and surprised that quality is bad . Even puris were thin parathas not real one . Hopeless . Is it under same management which was decade ago.

Had brought rasgulla recently. 12 peices at $21. Initially the lady at reception asked in case I wish to buy rasmalai instead of rasgulla. I said I want rasgulla. When I brought home I understand the game. Those rasgulla were stale and cracked on gentle touch like kalakand. I served those sweets to guests and later realized why my guest left them after tasting. Refrain buying from this. Instead samosa king is a far better option. Don't know how it is surviving with this food quality. Horrible experience !!!

The most racist shop I have ever been too. The staff over there treat south and North Indians differently. This is something which was experienced by my friends as well. So u guys lost a bunch of customers . The lady handling the front counter has no customer service skills .

Went to try sweets as one of my friends recommended long back...don't know whether they changed the chef,I didn't like it...the samosa was bland no taste,no salt or spicy..then badushah, that was used to be my fav Indian sweet..but after trying here,my heart just broke along with my home wall..it was literally a rock..even my amateur Diwali badusha looked ,felt ,tasted better ..the only good thing was gulab jamun, small in size but good..

I bought two packs of mixed sweets. One was for gifting to one of my colleagues and the other one was for me. Honestly speaking, it was the worst sweets I have ever had. Thank God, I tried them before gifting the pack. It was such a waste of money! 😡

The worst place. We came here very first time and 4 people were sitting doing nothing. 1 girl served us and missed part of our order which we realized when we came home. Upon calling the store and complaining to the one of the female employees all she said was “ Oh “ . Lazy useless people makes a business worse than it may be. The food was okish but combined with the service, never going to come back again. If I could I would give 0 stars.

Pros Great and customer friendly Quick service Great tasting onion pakora (fritters) The green chutney was amazing Cons (main reason for this 3 star rating) Malpova doesn't taste great at all - I was having lot of expectations with this one but it completely disappointed. Had to literally throw it Samosa was too oily

You can’t expect wonders in taste from this restaurant, you get what you pay for, ordered Channa Bathura and Aloo Puri today, felt like I was drinking water. Tasteless curries, very thick Bathura and puri

I was impressed that they opened punctually at 11am and had freshly made samosas ready. While a bit pricey, the samosas were quite good. A bit more spice would elevate them further. This was my first visit and I will definitely return to sample their other offerings.
