DONT GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH KEITH ANANDACOOMARASWAMY! I went to the doctor with a acute pain in my feet, and this ‘doctor’ laughed in my face. He has no empathy for the patient whatsoever, just continued to laugh and joke with his medical assistant while I was there with tears in my eyes. I put doctor between quotes because of his total lack of compassion when handling a person who is in pain. Not judging his medical knowledge or degree, cause I’m no doctor myself, but as a health professional he should be ashamed. The only person that showed some empathy was the receptionist who saw me leave his office completely distraught. Please if he is available RUN, you will only get disrespected.

Reception staff are disgraceful. Our daughter became unwell the morning of her final ATAR exam and could not possibly sit the exam. We had to get a signed medical certificate. I very politely explained our situation only to be told we have no appointments and NOT MY PROBLEM and don't make it mine! Really is that how they speak to people, let alone how that exam will impact on whether my daughter gets into University.

I have been going to this practice for over 5 years. Yesterday the dr was terrible and uncaring. I was promised a call in relation to his poor attitude yet never received one. Reception took 3 goes to book the appointment. It use to be a great practice now its like it or lump it service.

I gave another opportunity to this medical center believing this time was gonna be better but as it turns out was worst, please don’t go to this medical center and if you have to don’t book with Dr Ananda if you can call him Doctor because for me he’s everything but doctor, the only thing he did was just referred me to another doctor to do a test which I did and for this results I had to pay again $90 to him in order for him to give me the results and medical advice, the only thing he did was sent an email with the results without any medical advice, just the ones the other Dr wrote in the results, when I complained about this the medical center said that he acted as he should as a doctor and there was nothing else they could do, so when a “Doctor” just care about charging you money and not giving medical advice and do their job they can’t be called doctors at all, so please don’t waste your time and money, don’t go to this “medical center”

I've been visiting Dr Bhatt at this practice for the past 13 years. Dr Bhatt is very experienced and consistently demonstrated exceptional levels of assistance, going above and beyond. His diagnostic skills are outstanding, making him undoubtedly the best doctor in town. Highly highly recommended

Just had a very disappointing experience here. Doctor was running 30 mins late and could barely operate the computer which further delayed me. The prices are insane.. $100 out of pocket for a simple consult is very expensive.

I've been going to this clinic to see my Doctor, Dr Conner...who's an awesome docter who even on his holidays would fit me in for a phn consolation to see how I'm going. I've been going there now for 5 years, I had to find somewhere else, and someone else when my doctor of 20 years just retired without warning, but I found this place. The staff are beautiful, friendly and have the patience of Saint's. I can't speak for all the doctors at the Practice, except for Dr Lowden who is also an amazing caring docter, but the one I see is my social worker, psychologist, doctor and someone I've built up a trust with that I thought I'd never find in another docter. He cares. Don't take any notice of the haters who have written negative stuff on here. This place and it's docters are professionals and they care. Rock n Roll Scarborough beach medical centre. You pay for what you get and if you have to pay a little more for quality then....! But $200, I've never heard of someone being charged that. $75 for a short consultation and so on...that's the usual rates.

Excellently run Medical Centre. Caring, organised and professional. Dr Lin was amazing.

Dr. Bhatt is caring and thorough, tries to cover all the bases in a short appointment. I have been coming here for several years, feel welcomed and heard. We are grateful for his services!!
