My older sister goes there for groups and other things they go on trips for the seniors to get out for the day. They are nice people who work there.

This seniors centre has lots of activities: day bus trips, crafts, walking groups, art lessons, Friday lunch, workout room and much more. Friendly volunteers and caring staff.

I love this place. I work next door and came twice this week to try their lunch. The elders and staffs are friendly. The food here is really tasty if youre into healthy food. On my first day, a lady walked up to me and thanked me for visiting. She totally made my day. When I get old and have to stay at a nursing home, I'm going to tell my future kids to take me here :)

North York Senior Centre shares the same passion for helping seniors the same way Chartwell Lansing Retirement Residence does, being the Retirement Living consultant at Lansing I have had the pleasure working and collaborating with the wonderful staff and volunteers at North York Senior Centre, together we aim to help and provide for our community and our seniors in the North York area.

Good place for seniors to socialize. Lunch is subsidized and very reasonable. Exercise, art and Spanish classes are available with payable fees

Great facility in the midst of busy North York. I believe it provides a lot of services for seniors. Amazing they can do it, given how expensive real estate is in that area. A place for our senior citizens to spend time with fellows

Receptionist was talking on the phone the entire duration of our tour and it turns out it was a personal phone call. Facility is old and dismal. Staff was friendly enough, except for the receptionist.

Be careful they steal your program ideas by offering an interview

I work at Delmanor Northtown Retirement Residence, which is just down the street from the NYSC. It's my job to connect with community partners such as the North York Seniors Centre. I can honestly say I've yet to encounter a more vibrant, active, and welcoming group of people (staff, volunteers and members alike) who have figured out how to thrive in the face of a pandemic. Through multiple programs and various platforms, the Centre does an outstanding job in supporting our neighbourhood seniors.

Great place for exercise programs, card playing & social. Gift Shoppe is a great place to buy unique handmade gifts all crafted by seniors.

I went to the mystery luncheon there. Had wonderful time. The staff and volunteers were great!!!!
