Been a regular customer. It's an amazing place to shop for. I have been getting my entire jewelry from this location, I love their cozy environment. Very respectful and appreciating. My husband has been buying my diamond from them. I love how professional and flexible they are with clients. They have good choices so I recommend it. Plus it's in a mall, so you could walk around and get the rest of your shopping done all in one.

Went to inquire about repairing my wife’s engagement ring that I bought here a few years ago. The manager made me wait about 15minutes after I was passed off by the very nice associate. When I finally got to speak to her she was incredibly condescending, asked multiple questions insinuating this was not my ring making me feel incredibly uncomfortable and discriminated against. My wife went to the Eaton centre location the next day and was able to hand in the ring with no questions asked and no fuss. Unsure if this was because I’m a man or the colour of my skin but regardless, we will not be shopping with Peoples in the future.

I love shopping here. Even in other peoples location. Lots of beautiful selections of jewelries. Designs are trendy. Price is affordable and reasonable. Service is great. Staff are nice. Location is at the lower level. Many shops to stroll.

I found the perfect Diamond and Gold bracelet for my sister on Thanksgiving weekend within 15 minutes of walking into the store. The service was 100% on par!

Went to check their collection of diamond rings. Some are 10K,12 K and 14K Gold apart from some platinum wear. I loved the 14 k Diamond rings they have , but choosing the perfect size for someone you want to gift is an issue because of the size does not they will not the sizing for free and would charge you around 70-80$. For unlimited sizing and other adjustments you have to buy their protection care plan which costs around 180-200$. It all depends on how much you are willing to pay, but they have a decent collection of rings to gift someone. Worth checking.

Excellent service by Julia! She was kind and courteous and able to help me in finding the perfect ring to propose to my now fiancée for my upcoming trip. Unlike most sales associates, Julia was not pushy at all and showed me many options that fit the style and budget I was looking for. I highly recommend visiting this location and speaking with Julia if you are in the market for rings (or other jewelry).

Out of the jewelry stores at Scarborough Town Center, I rank this as my highest. Staff are friendly and helpful. Never had any trouble there, even after not taking my ring in for two years because of the pandemic, they didn't give me any hassle with my policy.

They really need to work on their customer service. First of all, there is nobody available to speak to you, or help you out. I understand that you are busy with other customers but atleast acknowledge the presence of a person. Its not like you are carving a stone yourself and making the jewelry on the spot that you require maximum attention. I had been to multiple other stores before I went to People’s and even if they were busy helping others, they still welcomed me and asked to wait and someone will assist me, basic customer service, right? I still stick around in the store because I had to buy something. One of the respresentatives (finally!) acknowledged, asked me what I wanted, I told her that I am looking for a ring but my budget is this much. She takes me to some clearance section, shows me a ring or two, completely disinterested in helping me out. I told her this is not what I am looking for, and please show me the rings that I saw in your online catalogue. Her response to me is that everything that you see online has been discontinued from the store and you cannot get that here. Thats it?! Okay!

Went there today to check on necklace and ring i saw online. Been looking around and no staff asked for assistance. Then, I asked the lady for help, she said she's just going to print something then 5mins later we're still waiting. no one came to help/assist us. The chinese lady just standing there. Then came another person and she assist them. Other staff just walking around talking and those people just came they assist right away. I don't know if it's because of what my kids and I are wearing or they just think we can't afford to buy jewelry.

Amanda is absolutely wonderful! She was so kind and attentive, and helped me with all of my needs. She is perfect for the job and I will 100% come back as her service was exceptional. 10/10!

I came in today for repairs on two of my rings that was pulled and the shape is deformed. I spoke with Amanda and she was extremely kind and helpful. She was also very detailed and assured me that my jewelry will be repaired and be I trustable hands. My experience was seamless and stress free. I am a cancer patient so I was very worried if this transaction would be stressful but it was the total opposite. Thank you Amanda for being so efficient, kind and helpful. I shopped at this jewellery store for about 30 to 40 minutes without rushing. A lady by the name of Anna assisted me when I asked for help. I told Anna I was looking for a ring and a watch. Anna didn't pressure or rush me into my decision making. Over all I didn't get the ring I was looking for but I got the watch and was so excited and happy with my purchase (along with the service) that I'm heading back for another watch!

We were there at store and was greeted immediately, which made a huge impact. Unlike Michael Hill's where the associates do acknowledge you but to serve you it takes time. At People's regardless of being busy you are acknowledged, greeted and served. Danish was excellent at serving us, guiding us and understanding. Great customer service and very patient. I would definitely recommend anyone going jewellery shopping at STC to stop by People's first!

I purchased an engagement ring for my lady and had an issue with a prong being a little bent that was constantly catching on fabric. When we went into the store we were greeted by Amanda who was very friendly and pleasant, she helped us and we had a great experience. the customer service is outstanding when you visit the store see Amanda.

Went to look for a birthday gift for a friend, and Ana helped us out a lot. Helped me find the perfect gift within the budget and showed me lots of great options and recommendations. Made the process very fast and easy. Spent hours looking for a gift, but when I walked in the store she was able to help find the perfect gift within 10 mins. She was also very respectful and had a great attitude. If you visit I would highly recommended getting help from her.

We shopped at people jeweler with Zalak in Scarborough. He was so friendly and nice . He really helped us find the perfect gift for my family . We highly recommend him if you go visit that place .

She helped me find my bond # for my engagement ring and let me tell you , it took some elbow grease to find it since the system didnt have the information we needed. Got customer service on the phone , i wish i got her name but she helped and she was an angel and got us the information we need. Thanks to everyone for the help and especially Christine at the Scarborough Town Center Store. Love her for her patience because the one time i went to oshawa center mall , the girl barely tried to help me n told me to call customer service and walked away to help someone else. Definitely wont go back there. I will travel far just to go back to the STC location.

Milad was fantastic. He was patient as we took our time selecting our wedding rings. He did not rush us at all and ensured we left with the rings that were right for us. A fantastic experience overall and very informative. I recommend going straight to him I'd you are at the Scarborough town location.

The location lacks communication amongst team members but kudos to Poonam who offers superior customer service, is knowledgeable and super friendly. She revamped my perspective of People’s in a positive way. Will use this location again only because of her.

Over all good selection and great sales, staff was courteous but busy so I had to wait to be served. Grace was able to assist me, she was quite knowledgeable, I would highly recommend her.Shout out to the store manager whose presence was felt in a positive way, she is really good with her team, she was training someone new I guess, she was so calm and polite, and kept looking around to make sure everyone is looked after. I would only go to this store way better than other jewelry stores in this mall by far

Amazing experience here. Hands down Julia was wonderful from start to finish. Right when I entered I was greeted by her and was asked to sit down so I can explain to her what I was looking for. She was kind and provided feedback which was genuine. I always hated going to places like this because I thought I would get pressured into buying, but Julia, the store manager and the other employees there were hands down so friendly and helpful which helped me relax when it came to making a decision . I never really recommended others to go shop at places but if you are looking for good quality jewelry and great quality people visit STC's People's Jewellers.

Peoples Jewellers at Scarborough Town Centre has the worst customer service ever. I recently got a gift and needed it resized. I walked into the store and the woman in the glasses just stared at me. She didn’t even say hi or smiled at me. I pulled out my bag and she opened the box and looked at the ring as if she thought it was fake or something. Then, she asked for my receipt. After looking at my receipt for 2 seconds, she says I don’t have the ring protection plan and said I would have to pay $60. Mind you, it was a gift receipt, she could have scanned it and seen there is a protection plan for the ring. So instead of getting my ring resized I told the woman I will come back. I will never go back to that location! There were other people in the store being taken care of properly and I was judged by gazes as I stepped foot into that store. I even tried to contact them through the phone and got no one. I used their text service and still nothing. This is not how you treat your customers
