The lady there is a terrible salesperson. She takes the item you want to look at right away and puts it back. She belittles you. She speaks behind your back in your face to her colleague. She was rude and dismissive. I am very disappointed. The customer service was minus zero. The men there are great they treat you with respect. I would ask to see something and she would hesitate to even let me see it - she gives you 10 seconds to look at an item and then just puts it back. She does not let you engage with the item and feel whether it is something you want to pay money for. I am going to call the owner and complain.She lost the sale of a pendant from me and a bracelet from my friend. If you see the one lady that works there, DO NOT go to her for customer service. She will make you feel like trash.
