It’s
incredibly
hard
to
make
an
appointment
with
Safeway
tours...
I
have
called
them
more
than
20
times,
but
nobody
picks
up
the
phone.
Ive
been
trying
to
reach
them
for
2
weeks.
They
never
answer
their
phones,
but
their
hours
of
operations
10am-6pm,
monday-friday
Since
they
never
answer
their
phones,
I
thought
maybe
they
were
just
doing
walk-ins
at
the
moment.
So
my
cousins
and
I
walked-in
to
Safeway
shuttle
bus
at
Pacific
Mall
last
wednesday.
The
9am
bus
came
on
time
but
was
full
already.
I
wanted
to
bring
my
cousins
to
Niagara
Falls,
it’s
their
first
time
visiting
canada.
Our
plans
have
changed,
we
decided
to
go
on
friday
instead.
We
called
Safeway
again,
and
same
thing
with
their
phones,
no
answer.
We
went
to
Pacific
mall
again
on
friday
for
the
9am
shuttle
bus,
the
middle
age
lady
staff
(travel
guide)
was
saying
only
people
who
are
on
the
list
can
get
on
the
bus.
If
you
are
not
on
the
list
NO
ENTRY.
You
need
to
make
an
appointment,
otherwise
you
might
not
get
a
seat
by
walk-in.
It
depends
on
your
luck.
But
if
they
dont
answer
the
calls,
how
would
I
make
the
appointment?

She
was
telling
us
there
will
be
another
shuttle
bus
at
2pm
with
available
seats.
She
was
kinda
forcing
us
to
take
the
2pm
shuttle
bus,
that
we
didnt
want
to
take.
It
was
too
late
for
us
tho.
The
lady
was
so
rude!
She
had
a
bad
attitude
and
customer
service.
It
made
us
feel
very
uncomfortable.
what
a
lack
of
communication
with
her
customers!
Our
plans
were
ruined…
we
were
so
disappointed.
