I brought in rings that needed some fixing and/ or stones replaced and had a new ring made. The service was friendly which is what the one star is for. What came next was weeks of waiting. 6 weeks to be exact. I dropped by the store to find out what was going on but closed of course. Very odd hours when all other stores are open. Don’t try checking their website for hours because that doesn’t come up.Called for an update to find out that my rings were done, but no call to tell me that. I go to pick them up and one of them is not done. So more waiting. The worst part of this experience is a ring they made with a beautiful heart shaped amethyst stone that was my Mom’s. I wore the ring on and off for a couple of months and the stone fell out. Not caught on anything, just disappeared. I took the setting to another jeweller who confirmed that the claws were not done well to hold a stone. So, the stone is gone. Don’t go to this store!

I had my wedding ring sized. They are very pleasant people to deal with! Pricing was very reasonable! Work was done on time! They did a great job! I would definitely use them again! Highly recommended!

Cannot say enough great things about Ringleader Jewellers. Just discovered them this holiday season looking for a jeweller who could refurbish a cracked and tarnished custom ring, as well as to make a an initial ring for our son which had to be created new. Both turned out amazing, better than the original. And Phil made sure it was all done by Christmas (less than two weeks). Also very personable, feels like talking to friends who just want to help. The band on my engagement ring had snapped outside of it's warranty period and I panicked because I hadn't a clue how much it would cost to fix so I turned to Google. I ended up at Ringleader and am so glad I did. I had my ring back within a week's time, the staff were friendly and the repair cost was very affordable. Highly recommend.

Went in to get a simple appraisal on a gold chain i owned, ended up being told the chain at question (and my other one) were both fake. After running around and going to 6 other jewelers and cash for gold places, i was told by the other 6 places that my gold was real, 10k solid, and even offered to buy them off me. If your looking for appraisals, go to a place that cleans their stone for testing and doesn't leave the other residual metals on the stone. Im guessing they expecting me to buy one of their "real" gold chains by telling me mine was fake 😂. Right.

Ringleader has re-sized or repaired three different pieces of jewellery for me and has done a great job at a very reasonable price. They understood that even for the pieces that weren't very valuable there was sentimental value, and they understood why I wanted to have them adjusted as a result. I am now having some earrings and a ring re-worked into two completely new pieces. Robyn has a great eye for design, and was able to both listen to my wishes and guide me in the right direction given the stones that I was working with. I'm sure I'll be happy with the pieces when they're done!
