The worst place I have ever been. My boyfriend and I went there for a body check. In a few days, my boyfriend got an email telling him there is something abnormal in the report. I received no email but it was actually about my report instead my boyfriend’s. After paying an extra 40 dollar fee for a further talk with the doctor, no response was given by them. After I called them, the reception claimed no fee was received and asked me to forward the confirmation of the payment. I did that immediately and then no one answered my phone for that whole day. In the next day, I called again and was told they had sent me an email confirming the doctor would call me on that day between 9 and 13. No email was received by me, and no call was received on that day. Same, no one answered my phone any more! It was such a bad experience.

I went today for my medical exam I had amazing experience here. Also my check up done by Dr. Lianne Butterfill and she was very professional and friendly. All process was done very quickly and they also clear my doubts about the exam also they have all check up in one place so no one have to go at any different location to do other test. ALL IN ONE PLACE WHICH really save time. definitely would love to recommend this place to one who need medical examination for their immigration

From booking, medical check up to submitting results to IRCC, the entire process has been smooth and highly efficient. The customer service staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Butterfilll is experienced and she kept everything smooth and quick. They have X-rays and blood test in the same building so it could definitely save time on commute. IRCC received the results in just 4 days. Price is fair and transparent. Highly recommend people to go if they need to have IRCC medical exams done.

The doctors are very nice and friendly they provide you smooth service with exact appointment time. Everything was good plus i think the fee was also less compared to others. And they passed my medical to immigration within 3-4 days only.
