First time at this clinic and I’ve had an amazing experience. Quick, fast and friendly. The receptionist got me registered right away as I walked in they greeted me. I saw the nurse in under 10 minutes. The doctor I saw was friendly and understanding. Thank you for your great service!

This clinic was my favourite at one point (a year ago) until possibly new staff, I am not sure but the wait times now are horrible. I came from Ellesmere health group clinic originally because their wait times were disgusting, (2-3 hours) with once available; Dr. Abunara or whatever would diagnose in 1 minute and dismiss without even paying attention. Now I’m sad to say this clinic as well exceeds hour wait times with the assistant saying it will only be 30 minutes. I came for something so small, just needed 5 mins and medicine but had to wait for patients who took hours inside. Also patients that came after me as first time patients were some how permitted to go prior. Not good. Won’t be coming back!

WONDERFUL. I came over from Pickering, where the walk in clinics are a mess - not open when they say they will be, rude and unhelpful receptionists, uncaring medical staff. Here? Complete opposite. Open and easy to find (for Scarborough - I parked in the YCMA parking lot), friendly and attentive reception, and both the nurse and Dr Khan helped me quickly and considerately. I was in and out in less than an hour. The place is small, so do call or otherwise check ahead of time to see if they're busy, but I walked in at 11am on a Tuesday and was seen quickly.

I love this clinic so much and I’m so sad that I moved to mid town and won’t be using their service anymore. Staff and doctors are super nice and welcoming; I never had any bad experience. I wish everyone the best

Best Walk-In Clinic, The Doctors care and actually listen to your concerns as a patient, and will do all the necessary test to find out what's the next step. So please be patience if there's a wait, that's because they are doing their job and putting patients first and not rushing you out.

Great clinic, has been my go to for over 5 years. Always a good experience. But it’s often busy. Go 30 minutes before it opens to line up and register. The pharmacy connected to the clinic is good too. Dr. Khan is amazing… so are all the other doctors there!!

The nurse was great and the doctor got me my prescription very quickly. However, I had a multiple issues to be looked at but unfortunately they only do one issue per appointment. If you're trying to get treatment for multiple issues, go to your family doctor.

This place used to be my go-to for any medical symptoms. I loved this place. It used to be super efficient and very predictive in terms of waiting time. However, it’s no longer the case. The doctors are still super helpful, but it took me 2 hours to get checked for a super minor issue. Please improve the waiting system. While I understand the clinic is super busy, please appreciate the time of patients too.

I really appreciate their service,I was in and out in an hour . They were really very helpful and doctor was very professional. I recommend it more than the other walk-in clinics in this area.

This is my fourth time, I am visiting this place, just because they accept walkin and it's nearby. I have been experiencing a pain on the neck, thats why I been there in the first place.. But the doctor didn't even asked me the nature of pain, and he didn't even really tried to undrstnd where it is exactly. He just simply gave me a medication for pain relief. Total disappointment. I have noticed that, these doctors in this clinic trying to finish consulting people by simply doing basic checkups.

Only down side was this place was a bit difficult to locate in the Condominium. Otherwise it was great, clean layout, attached Pharmacy, very kind and welcoming receptionist, friendly and comforting nurse. If you make an appointment they will see you quickly, no long waiting times. I have to go a bit out of my way to come here, and I will continue to come here because it is the best Walk-In Clinic I have been to.

This is by far the worst walk in clinic I've been to in the past 4 years. This place is very unorganized and unprofessional. Receptionist was over charging people with health cards and not charging people without a health card. Doctor is very rude to male patients and overly nice to female patients. Receptionist lost over 3 patients health cards. While trying to refund patients debit machine broke and owner had no idea how to fix it or compensate. This is the worst doctor office ever to exist. Employees are not trained or have been taught customer service. Appointments were severely delayed without any explanation. If you have gone to this clinic within the past week please go back and get a damn refund asap.

I don’t ever really leave reviews but I really wanted to for this clinic. Everyone from the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor was so sweet and welcoming. I was nervous about going somewhere new but quickly felt eased. The doc (I believe his name is dr.khan) told me to come back for my results so we could talk about them which is so rare, it’s much more common to receive results over the phone but I felt he cared about how I received my results and my overall experience. He used they/them pronouns before I specified the gender of my partner which I also really appreciated. Everyone here made me feel welcomed and comfortable and not judged. Both times I was there, I was in and out in under an hour which is also rare for a walk in. Thank you to everyone working at this clinic!!

I am grateful to meet Dr. Khan at Town Care Medical Clinic. He provided me incredible care . Dr Khan's thorough examination and attention to detail left me feeling incredibly thankful. His recommendation for a blood test get a comprehensive understanding of my condition. Thanks to his precise evaluation. His insight in recognizing the cause of my back pain and referring me for physiotherapy was truly invaluable. Thus, I had speedy recovery.

Worst walk-in experience I've had from them. I won't be coming back ever again. Dr. Pannozzo didn't mention that there was going to be a $30 charge for an ear wax cleaning, nor did the receptionist or the nurse that was there. I spoke to the receptionist and she did nothing to remedy the problem. The nurse did nothing to remedy the problem when I spoke to him. So be very cautious of extra services because you might just get charged without you know! Update: 1 star changed to 2 stars. The clinic was willing to refund me the money so I'm a little happier.

Very impressed with the care here. The doctors and staff are kind, compassionate and have amazing bedside manners. I went in for an infected skin eruption. I was just expecting some antibiotics but for a walk-in, I was surprised that the doctor took the time to break open and clean up and dress the wound.

Brought a family member get their TB test done here, and despite the process being a relatively quick one (first visit an injection, second visit a look at the arm to see if there was a reaction) it took 1hr+ wait time both times (even though their appointments had been made in advance). Sounded as if there was only one HCP staff member present working at a time. Would recommend going elsewhere for this particular service.

Conveniently located near STC mall. From the receptionists , to the nurses, and the doctors, every one here is professional and kind. If you make an appointment online, you are taken in at the time you book for - no waiting. Speedy service and non-judgmental, in and out within 10 minutes. Thank you to every one here! You've all made me so comfortable. Thanks for your openness and thoroughly explaining things I don't understand - until I understand it!

This is a wonderful office. All of the staff are professional and friendly. The doctor was kind and respectful. The schedule must have been well organized, because everything moved so quickly. It was a positive experience.

Still struggling to find a family doctor since I moved to Toronto. I'm so happy to have found this clinic! I've visited a few times for various reasons. Always easy to make an appointment online, professional and helpful staff, quick in and out, overall great experiences. PS: There is a visitor parking lot on Town Center Court near the lights! Though the many "no parking/no visitor parking" signs all around it is very confusing and intimidating lol.

I went with my friend for a checkup after he was having some cold/flu symptoms. The check-in process was very swift. The attendant was nice and courteous. The entire process from checking in, seeing the attendant, and finally seeing the doctor took only about 45 mins. I was very impressed with the service at this clinic. I recommend it for anyone who needs the service.

We were amazed by how well-run this clinic was, especially considering the volume of people. Everyone who worked there was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated being able to leave and come back and we were seen efficiently, considering we showed up on a weekend, and not right when they opened. We met with Dr. Hossai Furmli who clearly knows her stuff and had a great way with our son! We just moved back to Canada after 7 years in the US and were worried we'd be shocked by going back to the Canadian medical system...this was much better than any clinic visit we had in the US. Obviously they would get lots of patients either way, but they've clearly chosen to commit to a positive environment.

Waheed Khan is such an amazing doctor. He's well knowledged in his field and took care of all my questions. It totally felt like I was interacting with my family doctor that I used to have back home. The receptionist was very calm and composed. Something went wrong with the fax machine and that was delaying my meeting with the doctor. I had somewhere to be so I got a bit restless and started bugging her every few minutes just to see if it's working or not. But she didn't show an ounce of irritability and kept working patiently to solve the problem. Somehow we figured out a way to get the job done. The pharmacy girls were pretty good at their job too. They explained me everything regarding how to use the medicine and answered all my questions without any hurry. Overall, I had a great experience. Everyone here has exceptional customer service skills. 10/10 would recommend.

Overall great experience. When I came in receptionist quickly registered me and was seen by a nurse right away, it was not very long before I seen the doctor. When seen by the doctor, he was very nice and had clear communication. Took his time and assessed the situation. They have a in house pharmacy in which the pharmacist was again so nice and took time to answer any questions. Total time it took was about 40 mins from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

It's a small area and can get crowded pretty quick. Definitely come early but everything was smooth and quick. There is only one doctor so you will have to be patient but he is extremely hardworking. He might seem really quick for people because he is trying to make sure that everyone gets checked with minimal wait times. Pharmacy and receptionist were polite. No complaints. Will definitely be using this clinic as my go to.

One of the worst experiences ever. I waited almost 4 hours to be seen by the doctor. After I told him my problems and what I have been following to alleviate my pain just by reading from the internet, the doctor asked me “can you tell me what your question is for me because it seems you are already doing everything” and then he proceeded to advice me to go to the gym….this is just a small part of the conversation. I understand that it was almost the end of the day and he must have been tired, however, I found his response extremely rude and unprofessional, and hope being a doctor, he is more empathetic towards his patients in the future. Very disappointed with the diagnosis. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful though.

I’ve only ever had positive experiences coming here. All the doctors I’ve experienced are very friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth and kind. Faster waiting times in comparison to other clinics, yet you never feel rushed as if you are just another number. I choose to come here over my family physician at several instances. Even the front desk workers are amazing and extremely efficient. Thank you Dr. Salam and Dr. Waheed!

It's a blessing to have a walk-in like this near home. Everybody knows how difficult it is now to go and see a doctor. Town care walk-in always kept their door wide open. I don't know about all doctor, I met 2 of them. They were good. Nurses, receptionists, pharmacists all are so good and polite. It's rare, I mean it's really really rare in GTA. Hope they continue to do the good works they are doing now

Doctors and clinic is good. It is a hassle to get records for insurance purpose. After I have paid they are not willing to share documents that will help me in supporting my claim. The receptionist mentioned I would have to pay extra which I am okay with, however they declined and stated the insurance company will have to fax them. Avoid if you are with any private insurance company. Edited: Thank you Sully, clinic manager for the timely help they have sent the requested documents, appreciate it!

It's my first time to go in a walk-in clinic and I am satisfied. All The receptionists are professional. I called them before I visit and they are nice. Everything wents well. It's just too much people and the place is little small. Also there is free self test for covid! I went here twice in two days and I will definitely went here in the future!

I had a bad injury at work and went to Town Care Walk in clinic. Dr Khan helped me and did some paperwork for my employer. My family doctor then retired and Dr Khan has stepped up and has helped me with ongoing issues. He is very thorough and i am very comfortable recommending him to anyone needing quality medical care in Scarborough.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Took my new born son for circumcision on recommendations from several friends and family. Dr Al-Salam was very polite, caring, professional, explained the procedure, and answered any questions we had. He and his assisting doctor performed the procedure quite well. There was hardly any bleeding during and after the procedure. No swelling or any other issues. The recovery was great. He even saw us 2 days later in the walk-in without keeping us waiting. Despite the clinic being full of patients, he told us to come in any time of the day and he would see my new born right away as a follow up check. All-in-All great experience and I would recommend Dr. Al-Salam without any hesitations.

Brought my baby to see the doctor for eye infection. Doctor said it was caused by virus and would be healed on their own. In next 2 days my baby eyes got even worse. Brought my baby back to our paediatrician and received antibiotic eye drops. I could immediately tell my baby’s eyes improved in less 2 days. Will not come to this clinic again.

My wife went to this clinic for getting a RT-PCR test. The staff were very pleasing and professional. The results came out exactly in 24hours time. I would definetly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a RT-PCR test for travel. The only downside is , it is little difficult to find this clinic, as it is located on the backend of the building. I would suggest the clinic, to provide some signboards, so that it is easier for customers to find the clinic.

The only lacking of this clinic is that they are not a family medicine practice - who would go elsewhere otherwise! It's a fantastic group of people running this clinic. Pleasant reception experience, and always a good and knowledgeable conversation with the nurses and doctors. Each of them is so kind and caring with the patients.

This walk-in clinic is small and tight, but clean. The receptionist and nurse were nice and there’s also a pharmacy - very convenient. Unfortunately, Dr. Waheed Khan forgot that I was a patient and not his personal assistant. He wanted me to seat on the bed and ordered me to get the stool so I could go up. Unfamiliar with the room and a little dizzy, I couldn’t find the stool and he got snarky with me. RUDE. .

Dr. Suleiman Furmli has been a life savior to me.He is thorough in diagnosing various diseases.Every time I went, I felt the receptionists were so supportive, the nurse properly recorded the history and Dr. Furmli gave ample time to understand the etiology before prescribing any medication. Even if I have to travel, I would go to this clinic .Highly recommended.

Went to go see Dr.Khan. Really great doctor very personable and understanding. Referred me to a dermatologist on the spot with no hesitation to ensure my spot come Monday. Dr.Khan easily reminded me of a Jedi Knight with the way he carefully guided me and made sure that my health was on the good side of the force and that's coming from a Mandalorian. I came here last week. Everyone is nice. Didn't have to wait too long. They are easy to talk with. Doctors are friendly, too! I felt comfortable in the clinic. Highly recommended! 💯

Such a good place!! Everyone there is so nice and helpful. This place is operated organizedly with efficiency. The lady at the front desk is so warm. She told me how many people ahead of me so I would have ideas about how long I would have to wait. Doctor is very warm and nice. He smiled all the time and showed his care. The only thing you need to concern is parking. No free parking but only a few paid parking cross the street. There is a parking lot beside the building (need to pay) but a bit distance to the clinic.

Went for first time to this clinic on weekend which is Saturday it’s super busy. Go to reception she’ll ask you the details and ask to wait for your turn she is very nice to every person . I waited for about 2 hours to get in doctor’s cabin but mean while in between nurse (male) will take care of you talk to you super nicely listen to you very carefully and prepare notes for doctor and I met Dr. Ruan he is a gentleman he talk to us very friendly recommended me whatever test I needed & that’s what I expected from doctor. I genuinely feel this clinic is worth visiting if you want to see doctor personally as of now a days family doctors are not willing to see you personally, just be early so you don’t have to wait longer Specially on weekends. They would call to for follow up as well if needed.

Lovely place! It was my first time going to any walk-in clinic on my own, so I read lots of google reviews and determined this was the place to check out. I went in yesterday around 4, and the lineup was pretty long so I talked to the receptionist and she said I could also come in tomorrow if I would like so I chose that. I went in today around 11 AM, the wait was supposed to be an hour but I think I got called around 40 min in, nurse was sweet and was very efficient + polite. Once they determined I didn’t need to fully see the doctor for a full checkup, the doctor came by to check on me and then gave me a prescription. I picked mine up right next to the pharmacy in the same establishment. Definitely coming back here :).

I visited this place with my friend today, the clinic is small but absolutely perfect for urgent care. Firstly the girls at the reception were calm and awesome. Then the doctor named Dr.Ruan is a great man. Empathetic and knowledgeable. The pharmacy in the clinic is good and has almost everything you might need in case of emergency. Strongly recommend this place.

I visited this place and was pleasantly impressed by the reception team and the Doctor. Mr.Ruan, he is the best doctor, efficient and friendly. The place was neat and well organized. I would recommend everyone to go to this place instead of wasting time calling other clinics.

Excellent clinic. It's a little busy, waiting time of 1+ hour on average. The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. As I was watching, he was multitasking efficiently and did a very good job in handling everything that came his way. Dr. Salam was amazing. As I observed, he took ample time with all of his patients, including me. I was very nervous, but I felt deeply cared for. Thanks, Dr. Al Attar and town centre clinic.

Had a great experience with dr. Waheed! He was so caring and put me at ease before during and after my baby boys circumsicion. He explained the procedure and walked us through step by step. He was also very thorough with our post op follow up care- he was available to us 24/7 and constantly checking in with us to make sure our baby boy was good. Above and beyond!
