The receptionist that works in the morning is so terrible, unkind and uncompassionate. I don’t understand how she can work with sick people and have zero compassion towards patients. She is rude, and barely allows you to speak. I wish there was someone higher that I could speak to about it. If you’re a patient and you’re coming in, be mindful of the receptionist in the morning. I don’t know if she is the only receptionist but she’s the only one I always meet. Please hire someone who has empathy

Horrible experience. Went to see Dr Elkafazy to have an examination done. Waited 20 mins and drove 45 minutes to see him, only for him to tell me there is no issues within the first 2 mins of our appointment. Poor service and terrible professionalism. I told him I feel like I have wasted my time, and he started yelling at me.

Worst place for a walk in clinic. People are allowed to leave and not provide their health card and upon return the receptionist allows them in first, despite a 45 minute (and ongoing wait) even though there has been 2 people here the whole time.

If bad receptionist customer service was an Olympic sport then Stephanie (the receptionist here) would win all the gold medals. Absolutely atrocious service. Rude and impatient are adjectives too good to describe Stephanie. We took our elderly family member here and the lack of empathy and discourteous tone we received from Stephanie made us leave regardless of how bad our family member was suffering. Stephanie should consider a career as a scarecrow on a ranch to keep crows away from crops.

I called to book the appointment, she said, do covid test first, if it comes negative then visit, this is 2024 freaking , she didn’t want to give any treatment and u talking about COVID, by the time, we would get covid result, she ll be alright you simmmpps, scaaammers, CLOSE THE CLINIC if dont wanna provide service

This was the worst medical experience of my life. I waited for over 40 minutes past my appointment. Went in and spoke for 3 minutes and was cut off by the old male Arab doctor. He proceeded by saying “I don’t have time for more than one illness, I can only talk about one illness per patient” lol. I reminded him that it hadn’t even been 5 minutes and that I had two major reoccurring issues. He said he’s very busy, yet waiting room was completely empty. What a joke of a doctor, change your profession or do one better and retire.

Dr Bilbly should not be in practice. Not only did my health quickly deteriorate because of his "no medication is best" attitude. He frequently messed up prescription refills and new medications. I had to call the pharmacy to make sure he didn't screw up the medication, which was pretty much guaranteed to happen. My health has quickly bounced back once talking to a doctor who listens. Do not go to this doctor, you are risking your health and livelihood.

Went there to get a referral for ADHD testing. Instead, first, I was asked to do some blood tests for having a bit high BP (was unnecessary). After getting the tests done, I contacted the clinic over the phone because I was out of country and requested for a referral. The doctor simply said no and asked me to come to the clinic first for another visit. Never going again.

Doctor is a bit rude, I was explaining my medical injury and he kept cutting me off .. one of the receptionists doesn't wear a mask .. not a good look for a medical clinic.

If I can give zero I would. The iraqi doctor very rude and doesn’t know how to work with babies. The lady on the front desk isn’t wearing mask. Horrible experience.

I’ve been there a couple of times once for one of my kid and the last time for me. I have nothing negative to say. Reception and Dr were great. I was there when no one was in the clinic so maybe if it gets busy things can get a bit stressful. My experience was friendly, informative, and quick. Dr professional diagnosis was bang on, even when I challenged them they did explain things logically.

Gave 1 star because it's not possible to give negative stars. Went there today to take my sick child to see a doctor. Receptionist was sooo rude and unkind! It made me so anxious! The doctor was ok, did his job in 5 minutes consultation. The pharmacy "professional" was also rude. Terrible place! Terrible experience. Don't recommend anyone going there!

Zero stars. Everything you read about the receptionist is most likely true. What an impatient, impersonal woman. There are several clinics in this area, do not choose this one unless you want to be treated like less.

I loved my experience with this center. Dr AlKafagi was excellent, patient, professional and knowledgable. The center has fair prices and doesn’t overcharge for profit like a lot of other centers. They are experienced with health regulations and provide you with all your needs efficiently.

Dr Bilbly is great, we are with him since 12 years,he is highly knowledgeable professional doctor.Always considerable n kind.Though he moved from Milner loc to Lawrence Ave but we chose to stay with him due to his Experience n medical expertise.Thanks for your services Dr Bilbly. Bilbly

I just got in to ask for information about a medical test for a driving license, and the lady at the desk (who was arguing to someone at the phone) was so rude and didn't allow me to talk so, I just said thanks and left the place. Horrible.

I will like to give zero stars to this clinic but, I only can put one, the worst customer service comes from the lady in the reception, she was very rude.

Please stay away from Dr Al-Kafagi, Nagah if you want to safe your life, he’s so bad and don’t understand what he’s doing he’s always give wrong medicine and don’t even check you or teach you as a doctor he just gives wrong medication to the people!!

My wife and I are regular patients both to the doctors and pharmacy. Excellent and friendly customer/patient service. Clean and modern facilities.

One of the worst clinic I have ever seen I went 3 times to get my vaccine injections. When I got my first shot I booked appointment for the second dose which was after a month when I came at the clinic on my appointment day on time and the lady at frond desk said that they don’t have appointment system only walk ins I took half day to get that shot which I didn’t get so I went to work came another day earlier in morning so I can get my shot but front desk lady say doctors are not available. Dr’s only available between 2 to 5. okay …!!! thn I tried third time and took whole day off to get my shot and came right before 2:00pm and lady at front desk asks me do you have appointment …..?and I said no and now I have to wait until they clear there appointments what a waste of time never ever go to this clinic

Waited 45 mins for my turn, when I asked the receptionist why it's taking that long, she was very rude, told me to leave if I didn't like it. Like the rest of the bad reviews here, I do not recommend this place. Really worst walk in clinic I've ever visited.

Such a kind team here I interacted with from receptionist to the Doctor. It was my first time in this country seeing a Doctor, I was little afraid before but when I met receptionist and then the Doctor I felt so comfortable environment.

Excellent care and fast service! The quickest I’ve ever been seen and gotten a prescription in my life. The doctor wasn’t in yet but the receptionist was able to have another physician call me and send my prescription. Walked in at 10:30, drove away prescription in hand at 11:15. Thank you!! Will definitely return

Hidden gem. Never busy, usually just a couple people ahead of me when I come, and I always get fairly good care here.

Went in to see Doctor B. regarding immunizations. The doctor explained the process very well and was very accommodating of my vaccination requirements. Definitely reccommend.

Staff are kind and polite and accommodating towards personal issues. I never have to wait long to see the doctors and they are very helpful overall.

The reception lady was very rude. However, the doctor B was very nice and good.

Very kind staff and doctor was very kind and helpful. He provided me proper care after my surgery when my own surgeon didn’t. Highly recommend !

Doctor B was extremely patient as I described my symptoms over the phone. He took the time to explain everything and provide me with the information I needed. He took his time whereas other walk ins have rushed me off the phone.

It's a good clinic. Dr. B is great. The staff is also nice.
