Dr. Dhawan's analysis of my issue was quick and apt. I had been to other doctors previously and was only given 10 days courses of antibiotics. Dr Dhawan thoroughly examined, listened to me patiently, advised and explained the issue. Even googled and explained it to me with images. The staff at Maple clinic are also very warm and nice. Plus a major plus point is that the wait times are minimal and getting appointments is not that difficult.

We (my wife, my sister in law and me) want to thank out of the bottom of our heart Dr.Dhawan and his team at Maple clinic on Ellesmere road for the attention and care they took in treating my mother in law. Our first contact with Dr.Dhawan and the staff at Maple clinic was under stressful circumstances. Dr.Dhawan was my Mother in Law's family doctor and my MIL having fallen seriously ill required a lot of immediate attention. Dr. Dhawan was an amazing family doctor in those testing circumstances. He personally made sure we got all the required medical tests done in a short time, made it a point to update us regarding her health condition whenever the reports from the done tests reached him, and was caring and frank in updating us on her health condition. Any one navigating the health care system in Ontario can testify that having a good family doctor as a first point of contact is vital to ensure that we get fast and proper access to the health network and specialists available to us in our hospitals. In that regard, I was extremely impressed with Dr. Dhawan and his team. I would rate him highly as a family doctor. The front reception staff, Dhanya and Fazana were very helpful to us. They were courteous and very professional. They worked tirelessly to arrange care for my mother in law and were very patient in answering our questions whenever we called the clinic on the phone. They made sure all the bookings for the tests needed and specialist appointments were done in a timely fashion, so we could focus on getting the best care possible to my Mother in Law. In summary, I would highly recommend this medical clinic for everyone.

I have my file in this clinic but this low rating is more for the front staff and not my doctor. My doctor has been great so far and no complaints against her. But to get through the front staff is so freaking difficult and frustrating. Each time I have to try calling them at least 7-8 times to finally get through to someone. I understand you guys multitask besides taking calls but it cannot be that difficult to simply answer the call if not on the first attempt and then in 2nd or 3rd at least. You guys are the patient's first point of contact and if that is not working properly then how do you expect us to get through to the doctor. For the reports as well it's the patient who has to call you every time to check in if the results came in or not even though I was told that once your results are in we will get in touch with you to book a consultation. They don't even check the requisitions properly before answering your question. One time the doctor gave my husband a requisition in which he asked the doctor to include a blood group check as well. She forgot to include it in the requisition and when my husband came to the clinic to do the blood work, he asked the front staff to confirm if blood group request is included in this or not. Without even checking the requisition, he is like yeah it is there. And guess what it was not. They said they will send a message to the doctor to reissue the requisition but later when we asked the doctor she said she never got any message from the staff.

Even if you got family docter here, you will hardly get appointment of doctor within 10 days. would not recommand this clinic to everyone. if you are sick and you survive till appointment, mark yourself as lucky. if we always have to go walk-in clinic, there is no meaning to have a family doctor at first place.

Bad customer service from the front desk receptionist: MISS KIM HAEIJI. She is rude and always talks down as if the patients don’t understand English. It’s a horrible experience every time we deal with her. However, both Dr. Almeida and Dr. Dhawan are very kind and helpful and good doctors but the experience of going through Kim when we call or arrive is truly frightening. They really need to address this issue if they want to provide good patient care. Both me and my wife are throughly disappointed to the point that we had to write this review.

Great place. Staff is friendly and the few times I have went I was able to walk right in and see the doctor with little to no wait. Test results were also delivered promptly. This is now my "go to" place and will happily recommend to anyone.

Please avoid booking your appointment with Dr. Singh (Cardiologist). I had to cancel my appointment 4 hours before appointment time due to personal emergency and I was asked to pay $400. Worse service. Receptionist never pick up calls. I would not recommend this clinic.

Things started out ok. The doctor spoke loudly, and often interrupted/talked over me. Not desirable, but not the worst. Plus the location is good for me and it's new so little/no waiting time. However, over the few visits I had, this doctor's behaviour devolved to become aggressive, irrational and overly dramatic. It reached the point where I left feeling that I'd just been in an argument. This is hardly the calm, rational, objective manner to be expected from a doctor. I'm sure he is educated and knows what he's talking about, but lacks what I perceive to be a combination of linguistic skill and/or cultural sensitivity to communicate effectively for this profession.

What a great experience. The facility is bright, modern, clean, well stocked, computerized and friendly. First time here (walk in) for my son's ingrown toenail. I called in just to see if the Dr was available and they made an appointment (same day)! Arrived on time and only waited 15 minutes. Dr. Dhawan was fantastic, he was calm, not rushed and explained the procedure (partial nail removal). He went to great lengths to make sure the toe was frozen and when not, he waited some more, he made it clear pain was not an option. Point being, there was a very personal touch, not many Dr's would do this procedure in house to begin with or take the time to service and comfort their 'customers' like this. Old school meets new school. Even the reception's smiled at you. I might have to make Dr. Dhawan my personal GP. Cannot think of one negative.

This clinic is totally waste we don’t get the appointment with our own family doctor. And also to discuss the reports we have to wait almost two weeks worst clinic ever seen. Specially front staff is worst not sure what do they think of themselves.

I went to Maple Clinic for the first time as a walk-in patient. The doctor saw me within 5 mins of my arrival. The staff was super friendly. The service was quick and fast which I really appreciated. I would recommend people to visit Maple Clinic!

Dr Shweta is the most annoying doctor, very immature, talks with too many hand gestures, constantly nodding her head! Tries to argue, doesn’t have emphatic attitude. Told my mom to YouTube the exercises rather telling herself! Don’t waste your time here

Worst experience at front desk. We have been given appointment at 11:00 am for infant vaccination. We reached at 10:50 am to clinic and they told us that your appointment was at 10:30 am, not at 11:00. Moreover, we are ready to wait for 1-2 hours to get vaccinated. But they said we dont have appointment availabletoday. They cannot accomodate. Usually we used to wait 1-1.5 hours after our appointment time. But clinic cannot accomodate patient who is 20 minutes late. This is ridiculous.

Maple Clinic is great. It was great in the old location, and even better now. For me, it's a one stop shop - I get my regular family dr visits, physio, pharmacy, and massage if and when needed. Wait times are short, Dr. Dhawan is professional and prompt. With a toddler, this is hugely comforting to me - nothing is worse than having to wait 1hr+. This never happens at Maple. I strongly recommend.

Customer services guy , such bad behaviour. Managment must to take care about him, if I cancel the appointment he started shouting. Health department must to take care of this.

Originally went for a walk in appointment and now Dr. Dhawan is my family doctor. The clinic is always clean and inviting and the reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Hours of operation are very flexible, I have never had to wait long for a walk in appointment and I can always book in advance using the iamsick.ca. Dr. Dhawan, is knowable and thorough, he provides different options, explaining everything as we are going along. I find him to be very patient focused, and I find the degree of follow up I receive very helpful. I highly recommend this clinic and I am very satisfied with the medical services I am receiving.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Short waiting time. Well organized waiting system. Found our family healthcare physician after more than a year of searching everywhere in the GTA. Happy that from now on we can consult someone who seems not only richly experienced at her profession but also is so approachable and friendly.

Always great experience at this clinic. Dr. Balchandra Dhawan and his team always pay attention on smallest things. He is an amazing doctor and give you precise treatment. They have very good online system to make an online appointment. Visit their website so you can find it. I always had great experience on my any family members visit to that clinic. If you are sick and want to see family doctor it is only after 2 weeks. Front desk do not know what is customer service. They don't pick up call sorry not for appointment. They don't call you back. When you go there they don't have humble talk. they are your boss. They call out loudly to collegues what kind of patient you are and all waiting area stare at you with pitty eyes. Do you want all this nonsense then go to this clinic.

Very bad attitude, Money minded. Please avoid. Don't book any appointments which you have to pay. Once you are there they will charge you extra, all the way they can. They have another clinic in Scarborough. They will make you run between both the clinics for follow-up and charge you both clinics

We have been going here since 2018, Dr. Dhawan is our family doctor, he takes great care of his patients and gives best treatment. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Not so difficult to get appointments with doctors like many other clinics. Staff will try to arrange appointments with other available doctors if family doctors are not available immediately if needed. Overall it’s a good clinic to go for walk-in or to find a family doctor.

Very unprofessional staff… this lady she is a walking “doctor” doesn’t even know how to diagnose anything she Google the symptoms…🙆🏻🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️I bought my son in with coughing she took samples from his throat🤦🏻‍♂️ she said the test will be back in the same day and this happened 3 weeks ago. I asked them after 2 weeks for the results and they brought up excuses like it’s because of the long weekend but dude I was there 2 weeks before the long weekend… they look sneaky do not go there!

You hardly get an appointment even with your family doctor and no other doctors can see you regarding follow ups or results, so you would need to wait for more than 10-15 days just to know your result or get an appointment. Would not suggest to anyone seeking regular consultation with family doctors

This is the best clinic in whole GTA to go, if you are not feeling well. They examine you thoroughly and find out the root cause. I was diagnosed by Dr. Shweta Dhawan. She is very knowledgable and caring doctor. In house pharmacy is icing on the cake. I would highly recommend her.

Unprofessional approach at the counter where not giving any privacy for the illness.Disclosing to all the people sitting around the waiting area. Its happening in a country where privacy is concerned as an important factor.Really unprofessional behaviour from the reception staff at the counter.

The Maple Clinic is an awesome clinic! They are well organized online and in-person. They are very informed and their medical information is current and relevant. You are treated like a human being, not a number or a commodity. My Dr. Fiona Almedia is a sensitive, knowledgeable and respectful doctor. I am glad I made the switch almost 2 years ago. :)

Cheapest RT PCR tests I've found here for travelling purposes !! No wait. Definitely worth the price. Accessible location for me.

I have visited this clinic and seen Doctor Sood many times. She is extremely knowledgeable, and very informative. I am always impressed at how much she knows. It's always comforting to know I am in such safe hands. Although I can see how busy the clinic is, she takes her time to address all of my concerns and needs. Great doctor and place to go!

Dr. Almeida, Dr. Sood and Dr. Pranay are very efficient and we have always had good experiences with them. Their admin staff are amazing. Best family health care group of physicians!

I recently moved to Scarborough and switched to this clinic. I am very happy with the service. Dr. Malathy is friendly, professional and explains everything. Reception is very good and organized. Quick follow up. Service at the Pharmacy is quick too. Everyone is friendly.

Dr dhawan is very irresponsible person and never calls during phone appointments and to cover this he will send voicemail at the end of the day by saying that your health card is expired (which is incorrect). My card is valid. And if we need appointment again then his staff will give excuses that he is on vacation which is again incorrect as we saw him on same day at the clinic when we visited to see other doctor in his absence.

Dr Dhawan has been our family doctor since 4 years. He's quite helpful, listens to you carefully. Best doctor we could have. Reception staff is very friendly.

I had an appointment here yesterday with Doctor Sood. She is a very polite and smart doctor. She had back to back appointments but still took her time when it was my turn. I appreciate she didn’t rush me. She listened to all my concerns, and helped me. I couldn’t imagine being doctor in these difficult times. Very sweet doctor, would highly recommend her.

I booked an appointment for the first available doctor and also received a confirmation email with time but did not get any call from them, when I call them back the lady told she would book me another appointment for evening and I still did not receive and call or email for why they never got back to meet. It's disappointing because someone would only like to consult a doctor when they need medical help.

Had a few amazing visits at this location. There professionalism is above and beyond. Demeaner is exceptional..

I always get great treatment at this clinic. Dr. Malathy Satgunanathan is an amazing doctor she takes the time out to listen to you, she is very thorough and has great bed side manors. She will do everything to get you the medical treatment you need. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr.Dhawan is very knowledgeable and experienced Physician. The staff is very helpful and friendly. No long waiting on the appointment. They have inhouse Pharmacy as well where all the Pharmacists and support staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Booked covid tests for travel because the prices are obviously fantastic. However, went to get the tests the day before we travelled and they closed unexpectedly, leaving us in an absolute bind to get tested so we could fly. Do yourself a favor and book at Shoppers Drug Mart - the cheap fee here is absolutely not worth the stress you will have when they fail!

Front desk supervisor is very rude over the phone. No minimum courtesy at all. Hanged up the phone before finishing conversation.

After waiting close to an hour, the doctor sent me away to pharmacy to get test results, then took other patient whilst i went. Now have to go back tommorow morning.

When you call the front desk you’ll note how disorganized and inexperienced they are. Hold times are long, they don’t understand basic questions, you don’t get a call back when you’re told you will. Clinic is tiny and tight, and staff are just running between rooms trying to keep up with the flow. Will not be returning.
