I
took
my
daughter
for
a
check
up
because
she
was
sick
of
a
high
fever.
As
soon
as
I
arrived
at
the
clinic,
I
was
welcomed
with
attitude
and
poor
service,
having
to
wait
more
than
40
mins.
After
the
long
wait,
when
checking
my
daughter
the
nurse
did
not
check
for
her
temperature.
The
doctor
came
in
and
stated
that
the
nurse
had
taken
my
daughter's
temperature
and
that
my
daughter
had
a
temperature
of
36
Celsius(meaning
that
she
was
fine).
When
hearing
this,
I
was
very
confused
because
one,
the
nurse
had
not
taken
my
daughter's
temperature
and
two,
prior
coming
to
the
clinic
I
took
my
daughter's
temperature
in
which
she
had
a
temperature
of
38.7
Celsius.
I
told
the
doctor
that
the
nurse
did
not
take
my
daughter's
temperature,
when
informing
him
he
called
the
nurse
and
on
top
of
her
wrong
actions
she
stood
right
in
front
of
me
lying
that
she
took
my
daughter's
temperature.
I
went
back
and
forth
with
till
the
doctor
asked
her
to
take
my
daughter's
temperature
and
realized
that
it
had
even
gotten
worse
(39.8
Celsius).
She
did
not
apologize
till
afterwards
admiting
that
she
did
what
she
did
because
she
did
not
know
my
daughter
had
a
fever
🤔but
then
why
put
it
in
the
report.
I
belive
she
has
a
problem
with
me
being
black
and
I'm
sure
she
does
this
to
many
children
of
colour;
this
is
wrong
and
not
fair.
If
I
had
not
spoken
up
my
daughter
wouldn't
have
gotten
the
proper
treatment
required.
Even
when
checking
my
daughter
she
was
very
rough
with
her...
This
is
a
very
common
issue
and
it
needs
to
be
looked
upon
and
the
so
called
doctors
and
nurses
who
do
such
things
need
to
be
dealt
with.
I
was
able
to
save
my
daughter
but
what
about
other
children
or
people
in
general
in
the
future,
and
so
I
felt
I
had
to
let
it
be
known.
Be
sure
to
check
everything
at
the
check
ups.
