The secretary here is absolutely horrible! She is snobby and doesn’t wanna do her job, I’ll definitely be going back in to complain to her manager or whoever employs her, I asked her if she could fax a certain document I needed to my union so I could get an appointment time faster and she completely brushed me off then we threatening to tell her boss did she say come tomorrow and hung up. Absolutely unprofessional

I will not go again. Too rude doctor, non-neat place, I don't like the service (just don't wana say bad service). 1) I visited with a flu, they gave me ANTIBIOTICS (Doctor in emergency care, when I visited later same day, puzzled to see antibiotics for viral flu). The doc at Golfdale asked me how do you wana pay, I said "I am paying, no insurance." So I got $12 antiviral (which is in fact the needed medicine) and another $48 antibiotics ( no idea whats that for). My temperature was 40, and I have not even prescribed or given a Tylanol or any other fever medicine, I was having severe head ache they gave me nothing for it. 2) I asked for a glass of water, they said "No glass". 3) I asked, do I have to go to emergency, the doctor said "Why do you ask this, how do I know ?" 4) The doc was so rude, seems like she does not like what she do. 5) Even the pharmacist, I asked him, Can you write, when I have to take the medicines in the cover, he said "I will after you pay for it". But it was already pasted on the tablet covers, which he was covering with his hand. 6) Before I pay, I asked them how much I have to pay, they said $48, but when they billed it was $69. Then they said, $48 was for just one medicine. These are my observations, now its up to you to make right decisions. Usually if a clinic owns pharmacy I dont by medicines from them, I will opt an another independent pharmacy.

Rudest people ever! While explaining my issue on the phone due to covid, she interrupted me and told me to call after 5 mins with a very rude tone. To begin w, she answered the phone with just a hello, not even stating the name of the walk in - pure unprofessionalism

Best walk in, i use go in a different clinic, i stopped going just because of the long wait time and bad reception. This clinic has excellent service with cleanliness... manager Sabbir and the front desk girls are very helpful and cooperative... highly recommended.

Dr. SALEHA GANGAT Nice clean place, came at 9am no one was here, we were first. 9 am is good time to come for walk-in. RECEPTIONIST is a new lady, I think she is good. I saw her helping out her other fellow receptionists. PHARMACIST also very friendly and polite

This is the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. The receptionist is astonishingly unprofessional, inhuman, and unethical. I say this as someone who worked as a medical receptionist in downtown Toronto. The doctor was not much better. Do not going here no matter how sick you feel. They will make you feel worse.

One of the best clinics I’ve been to. The doctor is very knowledgeable and helpful she listens and takes her time and I don’t feel rushed. The receptionist Israa is very helpful she is kind and polite she always accommodates my availability with appointments that work for me and whenever I’m there she’s helping other receptionist and she’s nice to all patients something that isn’t seen everywhere, she helps make my experience a positive one.

It’s commendable that the clinic has a friendly staff, especially highlighting the positive experience with the lady pharmacist.

This clinic is very clean and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I walked in on a weekend and waited about 30 mins before being seen by the doctor. Quick and professional service. The in-house pharmacist was also very nice and helpful. Thank you!

Unfortunately this clinic went from good to worst. They pick up phone and before taking the hung up on people and laying to patients. I called to make appointment with doctor Nancy which she is working on Wednesdays they said yes and she is until 6.30 when I reached at 4.45 pm the response was she was working until 2.30 today I have no idea why they have to lie the new management needs to change all this attitude towards patients because changing patients for their business needs to stop it is matter of patience life not thier pocket.

I am an international student. I visit this clinic 2 times. Every time the doctor talk with me politely. Even she listen to me properly and give answer to all my questions. All staff including receptionist and pharmacist are also too kind. Apart from this, I don't have to wait too long for my turn. It took just 5-10 minutes. To be honest, this is best walk - in - clinic of Scarborough.

Excellent place ,where you can rely and treated with respect and deal fairly.Staff Isra and Shareen are wonderful,helpful and know how to do best customer service.Dr Gangat and Dr Emad are the best family physicians in this location. Office is well equipped and ventilated sitting place .They are honest with scheduling and provide right direction to the patients and customers.I do not have any experience of Golf Dale pharmacy .

I found them very nice a month back too. Nowadays very unprofessional. I had an appointment at 10.30am but got chance to see the doctor at 11.30am.

I am very satisfied with the service I received today. Not only was the wait time short, but the staff were very pleasant. It was clear to see that they were a little short on staff today, but even that wasn't enough for them to lower their level of service with each individual patient. I felt heard, supported, and guided with how the doctor listened to me. She did an amazing job of answering my questions, as well as everyone else there. Not once did I feel like an inconvenience in their day. You may be saying to yourself "That's how its supposed to be!". That is true, but they went above the bar in making it that way. One of the best walkin clinic in scarborough. Wait time is less than 20 minutes and doctors are highly professional. Manager S abbir helped me to solve my forms along with the receptionist girl.Excellent service.

Very frustrating They don't take patients according to first come first serve I have seen so many people came after( they don't have a appointment, i khow because spoke with person he told me i dont have appointment) though they took them because they khow them I have waited more than 3 hours, whe I them told they are not even recognized what they do There are serving based on they khow you or not

I went to the clinic May 26 and I wait almost 2 hours, I was patient #3 waiting outside, maybe some people that came after me had appointment because they called them first. But I was sitting in the first row, and I didn't hear them saying that they have appointment. I found the system A little slow, somebody called me to the room,, put the information in the computer and after a while the dr came to see me. I used to visit this clinic before, but they didn't find my chart. There was a lady telling the receptionist what to do. She looks unfriendly and snobby. I liked that the renovation looks nice and the place is clean.

We are so happy that we found this medical clinic. The staff are incredibly friendly, we felt super comfortable, and the wait time is super fast. Especially, Israa, she's so wonderful, she will make you feel safe and taken care of. Dr. Gengat is a great physician, and when you leave her office you feel like there's hope.

Our previous doctor who is retiring made my husband and l aware that Dr. Gangat whose practice is in the Golfdale Walk-in Clinic was accepting new patients. We feel fortunate that this is the case. We have been very impressed with her professional yet caring manner. Although she uses her time with patients very efficiently you don’t get the feeling of being rushed. Dr.Gangat is a good listener and has a calm, reassuring presence. And the staff l have seen at the reception desk and in the pharmacy seem to be competent, with a kindly and respectful attitude to the people they are serving. As seniors we are grateful to have found this welcoming Clinic so close to our home.

The worst clinic ever, they r more busier than passport Canada, as phone line is always busy…….. My advice for doctors, please change that lady as it harm ur reputation as well ……

Was literally just turned away when seeking treatment for swollen glands and a sinus infection. And told off for not wearing a mask I CAN'T wear right now due to how hard it is to breathe.

What a horrible service this lady has omg , this is the first and last time I’m going to this walk in clinic , one women is sooooo rude. When you say hi and about to ask something she makes faces and tells u to go sit in the chair without asking what you came for or what you need... sooo sooo rude people

Change your hours , if you close at 6 then you close at 6 not 4:30
