I
am
a
senior
woman,
going
to
this
physiotherapy
clinic
at
Main
&
Gerrard
St.
for
several
years
now,
for
arthritis
pain
in
my
knees,
back,and
shoulders.
I
was
very
fortunate
to
find
this
place,
thru
an
acquaintance
who
said
her
mother
came
here
and
found
it
helpful.
Before
this
I
was
dealing
with
clinics
that
gave
me
a
perfunctory
15
min
of
poorly
supervised
physio
before
sending
me
off.
Hadi
and
his
team
has
always
given
me
a
full
hour
or
more
of
heat
and
Tens
application,
then
closely
supervised
exercises
on
the
treatment
bed
and
the
gym.
However,
I
moved
farther
away,
and
thought
I
could
go
to
a
clinic
more
conveniently
located.
That
was
a
waste
as
I
again
received
a
limited
level
of
treatment
and
treated
as
a
number.
I
came
back
to
Hadi's
clinic.
Hadi
and
Michelle
worked
with
my
sore
joints
and
weak
muscles
to
make
them
stronger.
Michelle,
with
her
constant
energetic
manner,
and
smiling,
joking
,way
of
saying
it
was
her
job
to
make
us
suffer,
gave
me
the
encouragement
&
energy
to
keep
up
and
step
up
my
exercises.
No
slouching
act
goes
unnoticed
by
her
!
Hadi
was
always
available
to
answer
a
question
about
my
progress,
and
to
suggest
another
approach.
He
regularly
moves
around
the
clinic
to
talk
to
the
other
patients,
with
interest
and
concern
for
what
they
are
doing-
correcting
and/
or
encouraging
each
person.
They
made
me
feel
like
I
was
important
and
valued,
and
that's
how
others
felt,
I
think.
It
felt
like
a
(good)
family
atmosphere
here
as
we
patients
talked
and
laughed
with
each
other
in
the
gym.
Now
I
have
completed
all
my
sessions
and
continue
to
do
exercise
every
morning
at
home.
I
am
getting
stronger,
thanks
to
Hadi
getting
me
into
a
routine
and
emphasizing
how
important
it
is
to
continue
doing
exercises
at
home,
regularly.
I
recommend
this
clinic
to
everyone
who
asks
me
for
a
good
place
to
get
physio
treatment.
Thank
you,
Hadi
and
Michelle
for
coming
into
my
life
to
help
me
get
healthier.
