Love the new My Health Center has been such a life saver for me. FINALLY WE GOT A GOOD PLACE to have you altrasounds, ct, cs, and xray, what a beautiful facility and yes it is in birchmount plaza and nice staff and very professional. I went in for a chest x-ray, no appointment, and I was seen within 30 mins. Fast, efficient, and friendly service. Even though there were many people waiting, the folks working at reception were very friendly and professional.

I was able to book a same day appointment at 1130am for 1230pm via the hot line. I got there 15 mins early and they took me in within 5 minutes. I also had to do an xray which was walk in only and I got called in for that 2 minutes after my first appointment! All in all I left before my booked time of 1230pm. Very nice staff and very clean and organized center. Glad this was a great first experience.

I had a very good experience at MyHealth Centre in Scarborough. I went in for some tests that took a couple of hours to complete. The staff were extremely friendly and caring. They explained in good detail the process and what I would be going through so there was no guess work on my side. Although the tests took a couple of hours they were very efficient and the time passed quickly. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this Clinic.

The entire process was smooth, pleasant and efficient. From I called to book my appointment the person who helped me over the phone was thorough, polite and able to get me an appointment within two days. Reception was welcoming and efficient and my ultrasound tech was friendly and efficient. I didn't have to wait for my appointment when I arrived. I would definitely recommend it here.

I chose this establishment for my 8 week ultrasound. I thought it would be similar to the thornhill location which was a pleasure with my first pregnancy plus this place had stellar reviews. I figured no matter the outcome I would be treated with respect. My baby had already went to heaven.. the sonographer saw that but there was a coldness in the entire process. I am convinced that sonographers are only kind and warm to mothers with healthy pregnancies whereas the mother that is unaware of the pain she will have to endure is treated subpar. There was no help. I was told that my doctor will reach out in the evening. I did not hear anything for 3 days. I am here grieving my loss but my first moments of grief will be this place and how they treated me. I understand that my Angel baby and I don’t matter.. but man would it have made a difference to see compassion at the start of this lonely journey. I will never go here again. I am horrified if this place.

It was a good experience overall in terms of testing. I think her name was Nichole, and she did my testing for me. She was very polite, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and answered all my questions and concerns. She described the processes thoroughly and told me the step by step process as it was my first time and I was a little bit worried. She made the whole procedure comfortable for me. Overall the clinic practiced hygiene, and masking regulations in relation to covid 1 prevention really well. And the receptionists were helpful and welcoming.

I did Ultrasound Test a few days ago in the Scarborough Clinic of MyHealth Centre and I had good experience with their service! At the beginning I was very nervous when I got there, but the lady of Front Desk was very nice very patient with big smile to me and helped me checked in there very quick! A few minutes before my appointment, the nurse called me in the treatment room for my test! The doctor was very nice and told me very carefully how would we do the test! I can tell She is very professional when she did my test and she told me don't worry just wait a few days then they would send the result to my doctor! Be honest I really appreciate all of the stuffs who works there because they made me feel very relax very warm during my test in there! I just want to say Thanks very much to all of them!!!

The Health Care workers at the Scarborough location were quite personable. When I missed my phone conversation with the doctor (I forgot to enter the appointment into my calendar), he took no offence and gladly re-scheduled. We spoke the next day. I went to the office for tests. The health care team demonstrated professionalism, and readily imparted information to ensure that I was informed and comfortable throughout the two day testing period. Thank you!

The receptionists were courteous, and the technicians were obviously experienced and capable. I liked that when I made my appointments I was told about how long each would take. Mask policy appeared to be enforced: everyone was wearing at least a cloth mask.

Great experience! Arrived 15 mins before my appointment & was seen for a bone density scan with less than a 5 min wait. My technician was thorough & very kind. Would not hesitate to recommend

Front office staff are so friendly and my appointment was quick and professional. They all gave huge smiles and make you feel very comfortable. My go to place and I’d recommend it to anyone. Just a side note: X-ray visits are walk in only, but it’s fast.

I had an awesome experience. The  clinic  is clean.  The  receptionists are friendly.   I came  in for  X-ray and was  amazed by the  prompt service I received.   X-ray requires no appointment. however,  the service is available on specific days  of the week.   The facility is located in a mall . Ample parking spots.

Amazing staff, very professional with good manners and care. Parking never a problem, every appointment on time. You strongly feel that you have been looked after as a patient. My Ultrasound technician (Nicole, I believe) was fantastic. I have never had a more comfortable, and stress free, experience getting imaging done. I am having a lot of anxiety with the issues I am dealing with, and she truly knows how to put patients at ease! Thank you!!

I was supposed to attend two parts of the Stress Test on 2 consecutive mornings. However, due to my stomach ache the night before the first test I did not feel well enough to take part 2 of the test on the next day. The receptionist and the technician were very nice and allowed me to re-arrange part 2 of the test on another day. Both of my appointments were attended to as scheduled. No wait time at all when I was at the clinic. I was taken care of by Technician, Kamran, who was very professional, caring and patient. I am sensitive of taking any medication and injection. He was very patient to listen to my medical history and answered all my questions which made me feel at ease. The lady who took care of the test on the treadmill was also very kind and attentive. They both explained the procedure of the tests in detail. Greatly appreciate their professional and caring service at the Birchmount Clinic.

Very efficient service and kind. I had an EKG and Chest X Ray done at the Scarborough location. It took about 50 minutes for both. I would definitely go there again. I have nothing negative to say. The staff is very polite and professional.

First time at the clinic for an ultrasound. I arrived on time for my appointment and was worried I’d be waiting a long time as the waiting room was full (no chairs left!), but within 5 min I was in with the technician. She was very friendly and efficient, and I was in-out within 1/2hr.

The receptionist is friendly and the technician is kind and has good skill level. This is a very good lab. The area isn’t great, but who cares?

Ultrasound technician was knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. Zero wait time when I arrived. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because English is not the 1st language of the call centre that books the appointments and I was told that I don't need an appointment for an xray. Guess what?!? I got there and they don't do xrays on Tuesdays ... uugghhh annoying🤨

This is a wonderful clinic in the city. The front desk staff are helpful and kind. the technicians are efficient. The clinic itself is very clean and follows COVID protocols.

Front desk staff are friendly, patient, professional and courteous. Technical staff were professionals and did their task efficiently. Booking online was also surprisingly easy to do as they appear to be part of a larger network that books for multiple locations and has people ready to help book on weekends at various hours. Covid procedures including temperature check and offering masks if you didn't have one or yours was inadequate made you feel safe. Office was organized and clean. Did have a slight wait (10mins) as I think my tech was prepping. Was in and out quickly, which I appreciated. Large free parking lot out front and TTC to stops at the corner. Fairly easy to get to if you are in the area.

Every time I have had to come to the MyHealth in Scarborough on Birchmount the X-ray techs and ultrasound techs were courteous, professional and efficient I was in a D out in no time at all Very grateful on how wonderful they were especially during this pandemic Can’t say enough good about them Thank you so much Sincerely Natasha 😊 🥰💜😇

Very friendly and helpful staffs, the scanning session was smooth and quick. The lady do ultrasound for me not only scan but also ask about my symptoms, how the symptoms and how I feel that day. Careful and professional. Highly recommend this location.

At had a 5:00 o’clock appointment they wanted to change and I said I was in too much pain to wait for another appointment so they took me immediately. I was so appreciative and thankful.

The staff were amazing From the time I booked the appt. I asked a million questions and they were all answered. The technicians were kind and comforting. I showed up at opening for a walk in x-ray but didn't know that x-rays didn't start for the first hour. The receptionist offered to book me in for the first appointment which we did and the x-ray took about ten minutes. Great service and pretty easy to get done despite the initial hiccup.

• Technicians were friendly. • Possibly one person at the front desk was a new employee. So even I arrived first, but the patient that arrived after me was attended first by her!! And I had to wait 15 mins for that. This was unacceptable. Later I was told that the technicians have been waiting for me!! Seems I arrived late!! Whereas I arrived 10 mins before my appointment time at the front desk.

I had x-ray and ultra-sound. The female technician who did my x-ray was good, and took her time. But the Indian male technician who did my ultrasound, I didn't have a good experience with. My wrist was painful and I had to twist it into awkward position for ultraound, but told him it was painful in that position especially when he pressed down on the area, but don't think he was listening. My wrist is even more painful now. Explained where the pain was so he could check the whole area but don't think he checked the whole area that was painful, and said he's already got something in part of the area that was sore.

My cardio technician is a very personable, knowledgeable individual who obviously knows his job very well and can deal very effectively with the difficulties my job pressures create for attending my appointments. I’m grateful for his professionalism.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. When I called to book an appointment over the phone I was served promptly, treated with care and respect, and had my appointment booked in under 5 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes early as asked and was called in right on time. The practitioner helping me was polite, respectful, and was able to answer any question. The last thing I would like to say is they had a mission statement on the wall that focused on patient care through trust and integrity. I can safely say all three people I talked to - the phone receptionist, the front desk, and the practitioner practiced this statement.

Because of circumstances beyond my control, I was late for my appointment and called in. MyHealth Center agreed to facilitate me. Upon arrival both the receptionist and technician were pleasant and polite Though the waiting room is small, it was pleasant and well organized and I was out in good time. I would definitely not be reluctant to use the facility again.

I visited My health Centre Scarborough and i wanna thank all the friendly people working there. Even they are wearing a face mask you can see the smile in their eyes , from the front desk to all the people working inside they are all accommodating and-they are really doing their job so well with their heart on it . I feel so comfortable thanks a lot guys for doing a great job.

I arrived just prior to my appointed time and was given a friendly welcome. I was brought in for my appointment exactly in time and was in my way within several minutes. All good. Thank you to all the staff!

I had booked my appt through the chat,and sent in my form. It was for 3 ultrasound tests on the same limb. I arrived at the appt and only one of the 3 tests was booked. The lovely staff did all three anyway, with the form as proof, and made sure I didn 't have to take time off work again. I was very grateful. The staff was professional and kind.

The administration staff are very helpful, kind and caring. The laboratory staff are also very friendly and experienced. Dr. Lee , the cardiologist was good at answering all my questions. It is a very busy medical centre so sometimes , I had to wait for my appointments. I was happy with the care , I received.

My husband & I have had several different types of tests done at the Scarborough clinic. Always find staff pleasant & professional, on time, & a clean facility. Also appreciate the large free parking lot.
