Hands down the best physio therapy clinic I’ve ever been to. Dr. A rash is an AMAZING chiropractor I’ve never felt this close to normal in a long time. Thank you for your hard work and the care you put into your practice

This location has poor customer service. Don’t know where the good reviews are coming from. Overheard the Physio Bhavna asking patients to write her a good review. Seems the Physio is more interested in talking in her own language to other staff so other patients can’t understand what she is saying —.not professional. The other person shrada is very rude!! She gets too much in your space and does not listen to the patients. Would not recommend this place.

Edit: I received communication from the clinic and they were able to address my concern. As I said in my original review, the staff is friendly, the treatment is effective and I am happy my concerns were resolved. -------- The staff is friendly, however I felt that they charge a high amount. I was at the location for a 1 hr appointment. MY appointment started half hour late, and it finished 10 minutes early. So for 20 minutes of assessment they charged me a full 1 hour initial assessment fee.

The Scarborough clinic is neat and clean. Professional especially Bhavana who always take care patients, listen their issues. She went above and beyond. Thanks to her and her team.

Thanks to Bhavna at Activa Clinics my knee feels much better. She was caring, friendly and efficient. Always had a great smile and very welcoming. I'll be seeing you again after surgery. I recommend anyone needing physio to go see Bhavna!

ACTIVA wouldn’t be ACTIVA without shraddha PTA and Bhavna physiotherapist, they make me want to recommend a million people to the clinic. Compare to other places I’ve been to before either health care or any other businesses I must truly say that they’re the best. They are the definition of what professional is, their patience, there great customer service skills is on point, they’ve excel in all the good areas that you’d expect from PROFESSIONALISM/GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They’re team work is on point..Both of them deserve to have 100 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️But unfortunately the rating is only 5 so for me and my family that they attend to each and every visits they get a 5/5 which is 💯 percent for me, they are nice to my kids and me as well. I liked how easy going they are, they make sure that we are okay, gentle and applying treatments, always have a smiling face from the moment you enter to the moment you leave…They feel like FAMILY to me, I’m comfortable with them giving me treatment and very patient with my kids, I wish I could say 10 paragraphs but I am speechless…and for them I always want to go to ACTIVA and recommend others to them.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ THEY ARE SIMPLE THE BEST, IF EVERYONE COULD CARRY OUT GREAT PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS LIKE THEM, EVERY JOB PLACE AND THE WORLD WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE.

Waste of time. I booked an appt only to get there and find out that the RMT wouldn’t take my insurance. Maybe the receptionist should have confirmed which insurance company I was with prior to booking my appt? I’ve never heard of a place picking and choosing which companies they work with. Usually it’s just a yes or no to all. Anyways, if you choose to come here then confirm prior to going that they will accept your insurance.

I have been attending this clinic for a couple months now and I must say the physiotherapist Bhavna is the best! Definitely 5 out of 5 -highly recommend. She is very knowledgeable and very sympathetic in regards to my injuries and goes out of her way to help any way she can. I’ve seen many physiotherapists for my condition and she’s definitely one of the best! I cannot thank her enough

I’ve been coming here since my accident in October. Amazing service and great customer service. They great you with a smile and make you feel excited to come back, because you know you’re going to be treated as a person not just a patient. Bhavna is my physiotherapist and AMAZING is an under statement, she’s made my body feel amazing and I can definitely tell you I leave here different than I did walking in 😊

I have been here for hand pain therapy and acupuncture service. It was a great experience . Staff is very polite and humble and put all efforts to teach exercises. Bhawna is doing great job and other staff too.

She makes me feel so comfortable and I am always looking forward to going back for my next physiotherapy with her. She knows exactly what I like and I definitely recommend her. I had two physiotherapy sessions for my right shoulder here. ($90 initial assessment, $70 follow-up). The first time the practitioner paid more attention to me, but the second time she was walking around, treating other guests, and actively engaged with me for less than 3 minutes while trying to outsource tasks. My shoulder pain has not improved and little to no guidance was provided on what I could do to improve my wellbeing. They just insist you keep on booking even when they don't pay attention to you when you are there. Will not be returning.

All staff including the physiotherapist are very unprofessional. They speak a different language in front of English speaking customers the whole time, which makes customers think they’re being talked about. There’s a time and place for you to gossip/chit-chat about your lives but doing it at your workplace isn’t the place to do it. They don’t introduce themselves and don’t tell you what they’re about to do. Lack of privacy for customers. They just open the curtains without warning. Someone left a review about the same thing months ago and nothing has changed.

They are amazing! All staffs are so caring. The Physiotherapist Bhabna is very knowledgable and experienced. I had a tore Achilles tendon, Bhabna did so well treatment and I got well faster than expected. I strongly recommend this clinic.

I started doing physio at Activa two months ago treating my knee that I kept reinjuring without any previous treatment. I’m so happy that Bhavna listened to my history and showed me a regimen I can do at home to help with strengthening. I have been recovering well thanks to treatments by Bhavna and Srradha. Dr. Bhavana is amazing, I brought my In-laws for physiotherapy and they both benefited. Dr. Bhavana and PTA Shraddha are very helpful and were very accommodating with speaking the language as well. My mother-in-law noticed an improvement after 1 visit and has been raving about Dr. Bhavana and her series of treatments. She has been recommending everyone to come see them.

Since I have my ACL torn and repaired on June 11. I have been working with Parmar to gradually recover my basic function on my knee. Parmar is very nice and tell me about everything that I have to be careful while doing daily recovery practice at home. Now after 9 weeks practice, I have reached good range of motion and relatively good quad muscle. I believe if I can keep practicing hard on the recovery I will return to sports and doing what I love in next summer. Thank you Parmar. It's my pleasure to have you as my physiotherapist.

I have been seeing Bhavna for physio and I have seen such an improvement in my neck and back since my accident. She has been amazing! In addition to physio I have also had a few massages with Kevin and WOW I feel like a new person after. They are a great team and I will recommended them to anyone needing therapy.

She has been a lifesaver in my recovery and range of motion. She is attentive, helpful and listens to her clients needs.
