All I really have to say is Myoflex is simply amazing. I got injured at work just before the second covid lock down, and it was definitely hard for me to find help. I struggled to find a solution for my back injury while everything was closed, especially because WSIB claims weren't being accepted at many locations due to the city lock down. Many doctors didn't take as much care, compassion and understanding that I needed help. Myoflex was empathetic to my pain and helpful to getting me back on a path to my normal self. The safety for their clients is a priority and everyone at this office has shown me kindness and helpfulness to my injury. Simply without them I could not understand why I was in so much pain and how I could get back to my old self. I’ve been seeking physio treatment along with massage therapy from Myoflex over the past 7 months. I have absolutely nothing bad to report. I am so beyond grateful for the entire team there. The front desk staff (especially Vivian) are the sweetest and most accommodating group anyone can ask for. Over the years they have seen to it that I was able to get whatever appointment I needed or wanted and have worked around MY schedule for the most part. The amazing massage and physio therapists are a nothing short of being a godsend to us broken human beings.
