Dr Rachel is very knowledgeable and professional, I have seen many doctors but nobody has been this patient and understanding, would definitely recommend her. I went here for a corn removal as I wear a lot of heels. I did my appointment with Jessamine who was knowledgable, and friendly. The receptionist was also friendly. However, for a $90 initial visit all she did was remove the top layer of skin and prescribe me a cream, whereas the other reviews say they got it removed effectively. The appt lasted around 15-20 minutes. For that price, I could have gotten a pedicure at a nice place that shaves off dead skin as I still have the corn.

I had an amazing experience with Rachel Kim. She diagnosed my issue and had orthotics specifically made for my feet. For the first time I’ve had a good pair that fit well. After a few weeks wearing them in I was basically pain free. She gave me good advice which shows her expertise in this field. I’m very happy and would readily recommend her.

I stumbled into this clinic just on google, their review were 100% true!! They have great patients care! The quality of the orthotic is very nice, compared to the may others I had over the year, instantly felt the difference in comfort as soon I started using it. I was referred to Rachel at Step Right Clinic after experiencing months of pain and discomfort in my feet after my pregnancy. After one treatment I was able to walk with no discomfort. I continued to see Rachel for subsequent sessions until the issues were completely resolved. She was always meticulous and took her time with my treatments. Her office is always clean, and she has great tools and equipment, which are all important considerations in this industry. I will continue to routinely see Rachel for future treatments and concerns, without hesitation!

I went back to see Rachel this time with my 94 year young Mom, she was very apprehensive about going had a hard time getting her to agree…once we arrived everything went great, mother said she was very happy and most willing to come back, Rachel had so much patience with her, it put us both at ease (mom and I) thanks again.✅ Just came back from meeting with Dr. Rachel, she was excellent, I was so afraid to go. I went for treatment for a corn. Janaany was very helpful and friendly. She removed my corn and gave me lots of useful information on the best shoes to wear. It was $90 and the receptionist who was also friendly put it through my insurance which covered it. I highly recommend this place.

I would never have imagined that seeing a chiropodist for a corn and calluses could be such a thoroughly uplifting experience, but it was! I'd give 10 stars if I could. Steve is not only a skilled, helpful and knowledgeable professional, he is also friendly, warm, encouraging and immensely personable. I felt so well cared for. Also, it was easy to get an appointment, and they have free parking. I'm definitely going back when necessary. I can't recommend them enough!

Today was my second fantastic experience here! I called on Wednesday and they were able to quickly book me in the following day. The office has lots of parking in the back and is very clean. Jessamine is such a kind chiropodist. She was super informative and did an amazing job taking care of my situation and answering my questions. I had a total nail avulsion done at this clinic, and I'm glad I chose Step right foot clinic. Rachel performed the procedure and also handled my first and second post-surgical check-up. She did an amazing job and is knowledgeable about what she does, she knows how to solve feet issues I'm bringing. I booked an appointment at Step Right Foot clinic for orthotic pads and the receptionist was polite and very nice. The practitioners have a calm and caring presence and gave me useful tips and recommendations about my walking habits that were causing me pain. The office itself is small but kept really clean. They have really comfortable specialized chairs that you can lie face down on and go on your phone during treatment. Very convenient. Overall would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of foot/leg related medical treatment, or is looking for advice about them.

Rachel was absolutely amazing! She's empathetic, knowledgeable and really gets the job done. The most important thing for me with any clinician is feeling comfortable with them, which is exactly how I felt with her. She answered all my questions and even when I felt I was being nagging and annoying she told me it was nice that I was being inquisitive. Front desk was amazing as well, very fast and communicative. I had a great experience with Jessamine, she took her time with my in grown toe surgery and evaluation. Due to a slight issue she even did it free of charge! Steve is excellent; very nice, very caring (which was so refreshing considering the care my wife received from him). He knows exactly how to help us. He is also very skilled with his hands. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and able to immediately answer all our questions. We are SO glad we went to him and we will not go anywhere else from now on. After suffering for so long, my wife deserved the best, and we definitely got the best here in Canada. Steve is AWESOME! We reached in time and we did not have to sit & wait at all. I had been originally satisfied with the service I got regarding new orthotics. While there Jessmine suggested I had my old ones refurbished for $60 When I got them the price was $80 and bigradgedly they agreed to the original price. I did not use them for a couple of months because I had the new ones and unfortunately I discovered now that the arch is too high. I showed them to Jessmine and she insisted that the arch is not changed in spite of the fact that it is evident it has. I had worn these orthotics for over 15 years because they fit just right, but they were rather worn out. I had asked that no changes be made but now they cause backache. She said I could have them adjusted but it would cost me $85. I will throw them out but I will not return there ever again

She immediately sent me to Emergency with a letter and at my follow up at the hospital, the doctor said it was an excellent letter. They followed her recommendations. Rachel also followed up with me the next day, and I thought she went above and beyond. My next appointment was with Steve. I had questions about casts for my infected foot. He was so thorough and patient. Not only did I receive professional treatment and advice, they seemed so genuine, caring and personable. I trust them completely. Hey Everyone: i've been a patient of Dr. Jessamine Leung for years intially, I saw her at a clinic within walking distance but was hard to get an appointment with her so I go to her Scarborough clinic and get Saturday appointments instead. It's worth it to travel farther for good quality service.

The physicians at this clinic are true expert's at their craft and they continue to ensure that I have a thorough understanding of the treatment.

We found Step Right with a general inquiry on Google for Scarborough. My wife and I have needed foot help for some time as we are seniors and diabetic. I did a nail removal surgery two weeks ago with Dr.Jasmine. She is the best and most friendly. She totally undstood and accommodated me when I told her that my pain tolerance is low and she helped me a lot and made me less nervous about the surgery.
