Where
do
I
start?
I
found
Northern
Crossfit
on
google.
I
was
looking
to
do
something
more
then
just
jog
on
a
treadmill
and
body
weight
exercises.
I
am
a
crossfit
newbie
and
already
feel
that
northern
crossfit
has
taken
my
fitness
to
the
next
level.
All
the
coaches
are
professional
and
extremely
knowledgeable,
who
take
the
time
to
know
each
member's
strength
and
weakness
and
make
sure
the
workout
is
challenging
but
safe.
They
give
you
one
on
one
attention
and
tries
to
bring
the
best
out
of
every
member.
The
coaches
motivates
you
enough
to
hold
your
interest
throughout
the
workout.
It
isn't
only
the
caliber
of
the
coaches
but
the
people
and
community
are
welcoming,
encouraging
and
inspiring.
I
was
apprehensive
and
intimidated
by
the
sport
of
crossfit
at
the
start
but
the
programming
and
coaches
made
me
feel
able
and
confident
to
pursue
group
exercise.
My
experience
thus
far
have
sparked
and
enthusiasm
for
commiting
to
exercise
in
a
way
that
has
yet
to
happen
for
me.
I
m
inspired
to
get
better
and
become
stronger.
I
recommend
anyone
that
has
struggled
with
finding
a
fitness
routine
and
daily
motivation
or
discipline
to
follow
through,
give
northern
crossfit
a
try
and
you
may
surprise
yourself
in
the
possibilities
of
what's
available
to
transform
you.
Whether
thats
an
engaging
community,
top
notch
coaching
or
an
amazing
facility.

confident
that
you
