Low key, good vibes, chill owner, amazing price. Best Shisha bar in Scarborough imo!

Exactly what I needed. A quiet place with great shisha at reasonable prices. Good food and fresh juice shakes. Friendly staff and great service as well. Would highly recommend!! My only recommendation: the need for a bit more comfortable chairs/couches.

Min order quantity of 2 sheesha for 4 folks. Doesnt keep several items in the menu. No barbican.

My go-to sheesha place. The management rocks, me and my group of friends love to come hangout here. We are here pretty much every day. Would totally recommend it ❤️

Very very poor service, the owner of lounge have a very bad attitude. I went with my friends for chill, and the owner very disrespectfully said that go out of my shesha lounge. The hokka was rusty and I have to fix appointment with doctor. My advice never go this shesha lounge.

This was my first shisha lounge I went to and I’m honestly surprised they are super nice the shisha tasted amazing they even help me pick a flavour since it was my first time I’ve been here 4 times now and the service is the same thanks you guys

Might not have the best ambience, but the quality of the hookah is amazing! P.S. Adding more from my experience yday. I am not a regular Hookah guy and usually go with my friends. Yesterday my friends left early and I was alone and after a couple of hours I ordered another one. Never thought that hookah can get you so high and worse if you are hungry and dehydrated. I fell while going to the washroom- but Mohd Zayed was the attendant at the lounge and was extremely helpful to get me back to comfort. I was carrying expensive electronics with me around that time- couple of DSLRs, drone and my phones. But he ensured everything was safe even when i wasn't around. He was sitting next to me till the time I was normal- offered me water to hydrate and dropped my valuables in the cab and myself too. I was overwhelmed- it could have been a different situation at a different place. My beloved iPhone was stolen from a Subway restaurant while I was absolutely in my senses. Thanks to Mohd Zayed for the care and concern. I wish I find him next time around when I'm there, and this time- am going to be very careful :D

We often come to koyla for shisha, love the shisha and the staff. Moin is always friendly. The shisha prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is really good!

No food, no drinks, sub par service. We had to pretty much beg for service . But when we did, the employees were lovely.
