Had some items to return that I had purchased online and the staff here were super understanding and very helpful. I was in and out of the store in no time which I really appreciated. Although this location is on the smaller side, it’s well-organized and visually appealing. I love this store!

Very good selection of books But... the staff is truly terrible. I went to ask the price of a book and the employee there just opened the book and stood there. I mean I get that you might be having a difficult or busy day but that's no way to treat a customer. Very unprofessional customer service.

Great selection of books and other items. However, very small location and not very baby stroller friendly. The staff are very nice and helpful. I would have loved to look through some more items but I just couldn't fit my stroller in especially with the isles being small and customers already in the isles so I had to leave.

I was only going to buy a notebook... But I ended up going home with 2 new books! The place is nice and neat even when they were busy. Workers are attentive and friendly. They also have a nice sales going on right now. Can’t wait to visit after I finished reading my books…

Indigo, an important and valuable vat dye obtained until about 1900 entirely from plants of the genera Indigofera and Isatis. Indigo was known to the ancients of Asia, Egypt, Rome, and britons. It is used in the states mainly for dyeing cotton for work clothes; for a long time it was used to produce heavy (navy blue) shades on wool.

The store are small, there are not really enough choices or good selections especially for books, I couldn’t find what I’m looking for . The gifts idea sections is a bit outdated , there are not many options of cards or gifts choices. But the staff are nice, the place are clean and tidy.

It is a smaller format indigo that is really more of a destination for pick up on online orders if you are looking for less mainstream books. Considering the square footage of the store, it is honestly well stocked for what a majority of people will be looking for. On my end, I read more light novels and manga so I would understand if they don't have what I am looking for. It is a smaller format bookstore to browse at the STC.

It's got a good stock and the employees are always really nice. It is kind of cramped though. I also bought an off brand Tamagotchi but it was not that good and the instructions on the back didn't match the device itself. They downsized their new age/occult selection too but it's not that big of a deal. Overall still a good location

I love coming to Indigo at the STC location, it’s kind of my comfort place because the environment is so cool and peaceful. And I absolutely love reading books and writing journals, calligraphy etc it’s just a fun place to be. 😁😁

as a weeb, there could be more manga choices instead of only demon slayer and mha. but bro, if you're a bibliophile, go inside and you won't be disappointed

Great customer experience, My 8 year old and I always go here whenever we are STC.. of course we leave with books.. Accessible.

While you cannot go here, expecting to find everything you might wish to buy, this location makes effective use of the limited space they have.

This one worker named areyell gave us a free snowglobe after the one we bought broke and we tried giving her a tip and she would not accept it so give her a raise also the snow globe was for my friends mom and we had no money so employee should get a raise

Smaller then most but pack with a vast selection & warm atmosphere you'd expect from Chapter's/Indigo

Nice little store, with great service. Because of the small size, they don't have the same sections as you would find in a large store.

Big and good supermarket i like most of the products..I don't know the cooked foods or some of them heated from yesterday left over....over all good store

The store give out bookmarks instead of candies to kids for Halloween. I think they should put a sign for "no candies".

Loved the ambience and the collection :) Got a wonderfully stuffed toy for my niece too 💖 Really wanted to get the "reading socks" but they were too expensive for me. Looked fantastically comfortable though 😌

Place is beautiful 2 storey book-lover and artsy collection haven. The customer service is wonderful and they even have computer to self search and explore the maze of literature it is. Awesome gem.

Small and cozy, I love how clean and organized this Indigo is. Has everything that I wanted and the customer service is not bad at all. It doesn't seem to get too crowded all the time, and tends to have the right amount of customers all the time. Can't sit there and read any books for a while, but that's definitely not a deal breaker.

Really love this store. Always has my latest manga issues and novels instock. Everyone is really helpful in helping me find what I am looking for.

Small selection but the staff was the friendliest and most helpful that I have come across at any Chapters. Lost a star due to limited selection.

Nice place to shop. They do have food trucks in the weekends, whcih is street food festivals.
