Well stocked location and the new staff they hired for the holiday season are very helpful and always have a friendly smile on their face. Excellent customer service that is so rare now. They also revamped their loyalty program last year and it's so much better now. Lots of promos in store and online Tea tea line is the best

This place was packed when we visit last weekend due to black Friday sale. I enjoyed shopping for christmas gifts items. I got 2 baskets. Lots are on sale. Tons of choices for scents from body wash, scrubs, lotions and cologne. This place is awesome. Long line up for the cashier too. Floor staff are helpful.

Give a gift bag or kit to someone special. Better yet, just pamper yourself! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Join the Love Your Body Club which lets you collect points on your purchases; every 100 points you earn, you have a $10 reward to spend.

Today was my first time at this shop, and the customer service was amazing, they make you feel welcome. The prices are fair, and it seems the quality is great. I'll try it, and then I'll update the review. I love that the products are organic. This probably will be my favorite shop for personal care now.

I have developed allergies to most shampoos and have thankfully found their Ginger Shampoo. It works great on my scalp and hair, I will never go back to drugstore shampoos after this. And on the plus side, they have aluminum can refill bottles!!! How amazing is that for the environment 👏🏽 🙌🏽 also, the associate was very helpful in answering my questions 😀

Very friendly, clean and tidy store. I was greeted upon entering. I had made an online order and was going in to pick up. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I even got space and time to browse other products while I was in.

I would rate it 5/5. I was there on Wednesday along with my children and both Samsam and Michaelah made my shopping super easy. They were amazing not just helped with the purchase but also offered stickers and candy to the kids. We all left the store happy :)

Extremely poor service by the lady working in store at this very moment. The lady kept talking to her friend about her personal life so loud that even I could hear their conversation for the entire time that I was in store. Didn't even bother to greet any customers, tell them about the current promotion or ask what I was looking for or if I needed help with anything. I mean seriously, are you there just to cash people out? This isn't a grocery store, it's Body Shop! Please provide good customer service to your customers. I came in with intentions of buying something for my valentine and ended up walking out and decided to spend my money where I'm given good service.

I always love to explore the natural products as I have sensitive and oily skin type. For the very first time when I tried tea tree oil for acne scar it didn’t work much but the Himalayan charcoal face mask gave me wonderful outcome more than I expected. It not only soothe your skin especially in summer time also helps to absorb excessive oil. I love to have obsession with this product ❤️❤️

Last week my friend and I went to body shop we shopped at STC, We kind of took a lot of products and decided to store them for winter too since we stay far away from city, so we shopped for over 400$ and the employee - VANSHIKA 1428 , has been really good with guiding of what products contain with respect to the skin type that we have and suitability factors... Thank you so much, VANSHIKA , we've been using the product and they are great on our skin . 😇... Loads of love.

The cashier wanted to see my email for the order number. I had to repeat to her that I need to get the wifi first. It was taking a while to sign in and I suggest I show id. She insisted on the email. When I finally got in I said it was no longer there then she asked for the id. I wasnt happy because it took me about 5 minutes to get in and look for it. I had told her what email am I going to show you when it's not there and I told you about the id 5 minutes ago. Her weak reply was we need both.

Wow, talk about no customer service. This place; don't expect any. All the staff were mingling amongst themselves, not with customers. They had no intention to help me find a particular foot cream. Might as well continue to shop online with no help.

They don't even deserve a star. Manager inconsiderate little person. Their loyalty program is a joke. First they are very eager to take your email to send you junk, but no one really explains the conditions or notify you when conditions change. Shame on you to pick up on my child and trying to make her feel less than a person for just making an inquiry into any perks for her birthday!
