I enjoy going to this place to find out their latest merchandise. My personal favorite is there for massager. What I like about this franchise is you're totally okay to come in and try out the merchandise without having the pressure of a salesperson trying to convince you to buy their product. Although most of the merchandise is made in China still I think there is something for everyone there as well as good gift ideas. Prices tend to be a little higher so I would encourage to compare online prices before making any purchases here.

Nicely stocked store located in the Scarborough Town Centre. Great place to get unique items gadgets etc. Many items available at clearance prices. Very helpful and cheerful staff.

Everytime I visit this location, there's this one associate who always looks like she does not want to be there and hates her job. She never greets customers & I don't think I've ever seen her smile..ever. I stopped by today because their fidget spinners were on sale as part of their Father's day promo. She was in this morning so I asked her and confirmed if the fidget spinners were on sale. Of course, she wasn't rude but she wasn't welcoming either. If you've been to this location before, you probably have an idea who I'm talking about. I recommend going to other Showcase locations.

I made an order online and came to pick it up today. I felt the way the lady talked was unfriendly, like screaming both on the phone and outside. Really bad customer service. Never going back to this location again.

Visited store last Saturday and did not get the name of the rep who helped my daughter and I. I was very impressed with his excellent service and his interactions with customers- helpful, patient, friendly and caring.

I will never buy anything from this store again. I bought a Prime Ice pop flaver drink for $10 thinking it was something special. I just found the same drink at Circke K store for $3.50 This store is a complete rip off.

SIM was absolutely AMAZING he really is a great asset to your company. He’s so helpful , kind and on point. Great customer service skills overall made me wanna shop all the promotions. I came in for something completely different.

I had a terrible experience where one employee named Angela was verbally abusive towards another employee because their system crashed and she became frustrated. It was very uncomfortable and I will never be returning.

Adam was extremely friendly despite how busy they were at the time. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Very dissatisfied, bought face mask and also the face mask extender strap, the strap will not stay in place, it's made of soft silicone and it keeps on popping off, it will not even stay on for a second. Went to the store to return the already overpriced item and was told that is final sale. The item does not even pass the test, is useless and it does not serve it's purpose, just left the item on the counter top at the store and walked out very upset, I'm out about $8, but they lost a valuable customer.

Manager Lucy and Assistant Manager Adam are extremely unprofessional and rude. Do not know how to talk to customers in person as well as over the phone. When making a return they expect you to return items that are not included in the box in my case a USB cable which is not provided by the manufacturer . There were 6 items in the box all 6 were returned but they were demanding for a 7th item which is a the USB cable. When I came home and checked again there was no USB so I called the stc location and the assistant manager Adam claims that he has the exact same item at home and it includes a USB cable and did raised his voice at me and was extremely rude. Basically saying that I am lying without saying that I am. I returned it at another location the assistant manager there confirmed that there was no USB she went above and beyond to help me. Scarborough Town centre should hire better candidates to be their managers and assistant managers who can handle escalations in a civilized manner. So if Lucy and Adam don’t know about the products that they sell maybe should at least check before jumping into conclusions to see if the customer is returning what is included in the package first before demanding cables that are not included. Will never visit this location or recommend it to anyone if there was an option to give negative stars I would do so.

Love shopping at STC SHOWCASE, but I’ve been coming recently and started to hate coming in. There is a middle aged lady named Angela and she is very pushy. She does not know what personal space, she also has a really strong odour of cigarette which probably isn’t the best choice when the store brings in a lot of children. The other two gentlemen was very helpful, I believe his name was Av. He was super helpful, wasn’t pushy but very knowledgeable about all the products, convinced me to get warranty. Will for sure be back to see the guys again. Love this place!!!
