A good branded store with varieties of clothes for women, men and kids. Presently, offers and discounts are going on. 10% discount if we sign up for a H&M member. I liked the collections for kids especially. Thank you:)

Well the staff here was nice. We didn't find what we were looking for but that is no fault of their own. They have a nice selection of clothing and accessories though

No big black Friday sales sign but still lot of traffic and the walk of fame is in the front door makes it more attractive

Store closed early without any warnings. You can see their staff walking around inside. No matter how much you wave at them, they just look at you and ignore you.

A family clothing store located on the ground floor of STC. They have total separate sections for men, women, and kids. They have a variety of trendy collections for all ages and sizes at reasonable prices. The location was found clean and organized, albeit super busy. Checkout had a bit lineup_ overall had a pleasant shopping experience.

Wonderful place to shop and get your favorite stuff. Staffs are rude but the range of selection is superb

Very bad experience from the sales representative, The only size of a winter wear I need was on the dummy .. so I approach a sales representative and ask him for that , he told me If I can wait for 15 min he will get it for me and I agreed . He keep me waiting for more than 45 minutes and watching me . He keeps me waiting purposefully and I approach another staff she get it for me in one minutes .. only a idiot can do like that..

I came looking to add new pieces of clothing, different colours, not knowing what works for me and I came across a lady who worked there, her name is Kimberly. She was more than helpful, kind and pleasant. She picked out some items for me to try I loved some bought some and I think I will go back to continue expanding my wardrobe w such friendly help 😊

Had a very lovely shopping experience. Kimberly is the store manager and cares very much for not just the store, but especially for her customers and staff - really refreshing to see. The store was very tidy and organized, even in the Sale section and fitting rooms.

Back to school shopping was very disappointing to know there just alot of very small sizes rather than a variety and waited too long for someone to help me with merchandise.

We shop here regularly. The prices are affordable, especially when they have their end of season sale.

There would be a lot of people who would disagree with me, but I feel they have a lot of merchandise and the quality is not up to the mark. Because of a huge collection, the store is mostly messy and untidy. But, I would still prefer to shop here over Zara.

Sizing on most outfits was far too big. My merchandise return experience was a nightmare. Not going back there again.

The H&M STC fitting room is very dirty and dusty. it went to my clothes and bags while trying their clothes there. Looks like they don't ask their cleaner to clean it. Lots of dust bunnies!!! Clean up your fitting rooms guys! It's awful!

A lot of selections and the store is decently sized. The managers and cashiers are super friendly, even though they are usually very busy.

Waited over 40 minutes in the queue, and that was on a Monday night at 4:30 in the afternoon. Ridiculous! The only great thing was the employee serving me. He had the biggest smile and was very polite. He made the wait worth while. Cheers!

Initially didn’t have the greatest experience as one associate seemed very hostile when asked a question she seemed annoyed and responded in a rude manner. However, another associate, I believe her name is Zahra (was working today Sept 5, and wears a head scarf) was so sweet and went out of her way to check up on us to see if we found what we were looking for and took us to where we could find them. She was very kind and helpful, I wish all associates were as caring as her! 💕

Great location, variety of collections and reasonable price! Even though the shop is super busy, the staff is very welcoming and pleasing to shop. One place I find quite different range of collections and designs on women's wear. Also I found awesome collection of work wares. Definitely a go-to shopping place for ladies

I straight go to this store for any children's dress. They do have all kinds of good dresses for men and women as well. But if you want to buy kids dress no other shop in this mall has better options with in reasonable price.

One of the best place to buy for the whole family from kids to adults. Really like the collection for men. Very trendy and pocket friendly. The store is big and kind of packed most of the times. You can spend hours browsing through various styles. My goto store. The people are also good in the store and helpful.

Worst customer service by them one who is dealing with the fitting room named ellan was very rude. She has no patience at all. If she couldn't do her work just quit and go.

Worst waiting line. At 5 PM, they only have 2 cash points open, rest everything is closed. Have adequate team members on the floor and help customers check out soon.

Single handedly one of the worse H&M stores I've been to. The line ups are ridiculous, the inventory is lacking, and it's incredibly disorganized. People are holding up lines and the cashiers are slow. Avoid shopping here at all cost.

This store location at STC is never opened ON TIME! The whole mall would be open and they would still be walking around idling in their store for a good 10-20 minutes of opening hours. Dont put yall are open at 11am on sundays when you’re not. Unprofessional, when your staff are showing up late (i witnessed that while waiting) and the public has to waste their time waiting because employees dont show up on time to organize store before opening.

Fashionable and affordable. If you're looking for new season fashion - start early before the season starts to get in on the best selection. Also bargain shopping is usually found on several racks. Women's, men's and children's fashion. Accessories, jewellery and footwear. Can be busy but checkout is pretty fast.

All good just the store was a mess up. I didn't see anyone fixing anything. Typical H&M store unlike Dundas square one.
