I went to Suzy store at STC on a Saturday late afternoon. The store was busy and there was only one cashier working named Joey. She was working way beyond her shift because the employee who was supposed to replace her was late. In that busy pace Joey was very professional and patient with every customer. Giving her 10 stars. Wife was looking for a party dress for wedding. They have a good selection of dresses in the back of the store. They carry some Le Chateau branded clothing. The retailer that went out of business. Some of the dresses were priced attractively around $40-$50 with regular price in the $100's. Go check them out if you need formal or prom dresses. Great prices for the on sale items.

I was well taken care of by Joey, Hocken and San. They were so knowledgeable and friendly. The music in the store was on point and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I recently had another exceptional experience at this location. Rebekah, love the blue hair, took the time to explain my complicated situation with the refund/exchange policies and was patient from the moment I came till the moment I left. I was there this past Sunday, right at closing. Shout out to the 2 girls who helped my mom and I. Great service. The business has really improved their style but it was the service from the 2 girls that would have me return!

Yesterday I went to this store and I tried on some clothes but one of the staff was so rude. I was trying clothes and I was not there to put their clothes back on hangers like they were earlier because i had to try number of clothes but she treated me so bad and rudely so I had to leave the store .Staff need to change their behavior and attitude towards customers. Bring some professionalism to your attitude.

I was bying a dress with my fiance today and our total approached to near 100, she said to make it 100 and we can get 60% off and membership card for free. We thought it was a good deal so we did that. At the end she gave us 60% off but made us pay 25$ for the membership card and then when we asked why because she said card was free she was like this is how the system works, if u want take it if not just take a refund. Staff was very rude and didn't accept their mistake and was showing so much attitude. Worst customer service ever.

I was shopping from Suzy since last 7-8 years… I was driving from Etobicoke to Scarborough as I always got excellent customer service & collections there. Today, I had worst experience in a quality of customer service that I never had in my life. An employee came to me & started shouting in front of everyone that I used some shirts & I did not hang it back as it should be my job to arrange everything back as it was before. I just came to buy a party wear dress & a coat…. (Even the coat I was wearing at that time was purchased before 2 years from same branch of suzy….) that was at backside of the store. I did not see or pull any shirts from front part at all…neither I pulled any dress out as that was not the one I was looking for… I requested staff to let’s check camera before pointing me out & blaming me like I did a big crime… She did not supported that idea as she knew that she was wrong & in a fault… Before visiting Suzy, I visited Mango & Zara same day & Their staff collected clothes from my hands without my request & started preparing changing room, so we don’t have to lift them while choosing clothes…. I was given dresses in dressing room & told not fold it as it is their job, so customer can choose their clothes at their comfort…. I never knew that folding clothes was not the part of suzy’s employee’s duties? Does not suzy have staff to help clients. Why that employee was kept staring at clients and don’t do any work. I left store without purchasing anything as staff behaved like I should get out… & my husband did not want me to stand there for even a second… we ended up buying clothes from other brand… Definitely, I am not going to come to this store again… I will find another branch with the help of head office or will choose brands that has quality & well behaved employees. I request the branch owner to *****check camera first too see that staff was showing me shirt aggressively that I never touched***** & discuss with staff to learn some morality & ethics about how to behave with normal humans… & How to control their temperment when they don’t even want to work… Experience customer service staff would never point out to specific client in front of everyone especially when they don’t have a proof or they are not 100% sure. Better customer service is definitely out of her expertise.

I am very upset with the way the lady at the cashier deals with me. She was very rude to me and was not polite in her words to me, and I am a single mother. She raised her voice at me and started speaking in a very low manner in front of my children. I have shopped from this store and spent about $700 in it, and in the end i was treated harshly and rudely. Unfortunately, this worker made me not want to return to this store, Unfortunate..

Very unprofessional staff, rude and does not apologise for their duty. Store employee forgot to remove tag from the cloth and do not want to remove without receipt, eventhough the transaction was how to the staff. A couple weeks ago I was in this store and I came across one of the Managers her name is Celine. She is the most welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful person I have come across. I was just in there to look around but that did not stop her from helping me find things I might like. I will be visiting the store more often because of her. I noticed she was so kind to not only her customers but to her fellow employees as well. With the store being as busy as it was she still managed to attend to me and others with a big smile on her face.
