I
was
shopping
from
Suzy
since
last
7-8
years…
I
was
driving
from
Etobicoke
to
Scarborough
as
I
always
got
excellent
customer
service
&
collections
there.
Today,
I
had
worst
experience
in
a
quality
of
customer
service
that
I
never
had
in
my
life.
An
employee
came
to
me
&
started
shouting
in
front
of
everyone
that
I
used
some
shirts
&
I
did
not
hang
it
back
as
it
should
be
my
job
to
arrange
everything
back
as
it
was
before.
I
just
came
to
buy
a
party
wear
dress
&
a
coat….
(Even
the
coat
I
was
wearing
at
that
time
was
purchased
before
2
years
from
same
branch
of
suzy….)
that
was
at
backside
of
the
store.
I
did
not
see
or
pull
any
shirts
from
front
part
at
all…neither
I
pulled
any
dress
out
as
that
was
not
the
one
I
was
looking
for…
I
requested
staff
to
let’s
check
camera
before
pointing
me
out
&
blaming
me
like
I
did
a
big
crime…
She
did
not
supported
that
idea
as
she
knew
that
she
was
wrong
&
in
a
fault…
Before
visiting
Suzy,
I
visited
Mango
&
Zara
same
day
&
Their
staff
collected
clothes
from
my
hands
without
my
request
&
started
preparing
changing
room,
so
we
don’t
have
to
lift
them
while
choosing
clothes….
I
was
given
dresses
in
dressing
room
&
told
not
fold
it
as
it
is
their
job,
so
customer
can
choose
their
clothes
at
their
comfort….
I
never
knew
that
folding
clothes
was
not
the
part
of
suzy’s
employee’s
duties?
Does
not
suzy
have
staff
to
help
clients.
Why
that
employee
was
kept
staring
at
clients
and
don’t
do
any
work.
I
left
store
without
purchasing
anything
as
staff
behaved
like
I
should
get
out…
&
my
husband
did
not
want
me
to
stand
there
for
even
a
second…
we
ended
up
buying
clothes
from
other
brand…
Definitely,
I
am
not
going
to
come
to
this
store
again…
I
will
find
another
branch
with
the
help
of
head
office
or
will
choose
brands
that
has
quality
&
well
behaved
employees.
I
request
the
branch
owner
to
*****check
camera
first
too
see
that
staff
was
showing
me
shirt
aggressively
that
I
never
touched*****
&
discuss
with
staff
to
learn
some
morality
&
ethics
about
how
to
behave
with
normal
humans…
&
How
to
control
their
temperment
when
they
don’t
even
want
to
work…
Experience
customer
service
staff
would
never
point
out
to
specific
client
in
front
of
everyone
especially
when
they
don’t
have
a
proof
or
they
are
not
100%
sure.
Better
customer
service
is
definitely
out
of
her
expertise.
