The staff are ignorant, the floor in the changing room was sticky from pop and even though I ignored all of that and tried to buy something, they demanded ID on a cash purchase. I was refused the purchase because I didn't have my wallet, though my personal business is none of their concern when I'm buying with CASH. When I told them that it made no sense to look at my ID, the manager swore at me. Never again will I ever go there! Counterfeit scanners are not that expensive and aren't intrusive of people's personal information. They need to learn customer service, how to clean their store and how to update to the current world.

It's ok but nothing more. The sweaters seemed very thin and cheap. The prices are good but the quality you get doesn't match the item... no bang for your buck. Fairly big location but the selection could use an update. Selling last years items for cheaper prices I get but when they are more than a couple years old there has to be a bigger price drop or it will just sit on the shelf...

This is one of my favorite shops, no matter which season you go, there is always a discount for everyone. The best part I liked is how they deal with their clients. Thanks to the store manager and the cashier for my no-fuss exchange.

This is reasonable big store located at Kennedy and Lawrence East. Well maintained, nice clean as well. There are lots of design available. For summer and for winter good designs available. BUT the problem is the dresses are more open for body - which is not appreciated by me. The prices are reasonable. Some prices are very affordable. Almost everytime whole sale is offered here. The plaza is having big parking lot. Usually no problem with car parking.

This is one of the shop besides others like Ardene and Labels. I found this one to be the best among the three based on availability of design and prices. Do check out for winter clothing or accessories. Staffs are friendly too.
