This Marshals has really gone down hill since it’s opened. They used to have some nice things, but now there is nothing but junk. I guess it depends on the who they all cater to

Not the worst Marshalls, definitely not the best though. It's a lot of generic stuff which you'll find at any other Marshalls. Compared to the Winners across the street which has a lot of rare stuff. There's always kids/youth clothes mixed in with adult stuff. Like.. lots of it.. So you could see a nice sweater in your size but you hold it up and it's baby sized. Kind of annoying if you're someone who hunts for the good stuff. If you pass by it's worth dropping in but don't get your hopes up.

This Marshalls is a little smaller than other locations. They don’t have a huge selection of home decorations but some. No plants, and only a few frame selections which is what I was hoping to find. Maybe depending on the season their stock changes but right now these are my findings. Otherwise a great clean store to browse. I love their GF chip selection and granola bites.

Great place to shop at. Good brands at an affordable price. The staff are extremely nice. Even though its almost near closing and they're tired they choose to smile and provide a great service. Update: Re-visited again and it seems that they have not degraded and provides the same high quality of service. Store is super clean, organized so it's easy to find things and have high quality t-shirts at an affordable price. One of my favorite places to shop at.

I went to this Marshall’s with my sister today and oddly enough, we saw an unmasked man holding his child strolling around. Several employees walked by as if they saw nothing. My sister approached 2 different employees to inform them that there is a man walking around with no mask on and the employees simply replied with “ok” and walked away without doing anything. Not trying to be a Karen here but really think that they should implement better safety practices in store especially in a time like this. Quite disappointed with my experience today...

Great clean store, found many good items here yesterday.

Lots of parking available at this location. Store is typical layout. Availability of mens shoes in my size was very limited at the time I visited, and was what I went for. Staff was around but no one engaged or asked if I needed help. Okay experience. Store is clean and quite spacious. Checkout was quick on this day as it was snowing and not to busy. Did find some birthday gifts for my wife here. A Tommy Hilfiger puffer jacket and a Steve Madden bag. Both at good prices and current styles.

Like all other Marshalls here in Canada you'll get a good bargain if you are lucky enough to stumble on something you like depending on what day of the week you shop. This location is bigger and I only go for their homewares and spices.

We can get shoes in resonable price. Several items will be on sale but i could not fit me. Bad luck🙃

Friendly, helpful staff, but too few of them at checkout

A solid location. Quite a wide selection of high street brands. Some items don’t have a price tag. Cashiers and staff are nice though.

Great place to find everything, great pricing and quality. store staff is very helpful. Nicole was amazing, she went out of her way to make sure all the pricing was correct before asking for payment.

You can find variety of clothes, shoes, bags, utensils and home essentials here. Need some time to find something good here.

Went to shop dresses for my baby girl and able to find variety of dresses but some of them are pricy.. I am happy with my purchase and my baby liked the dress.. ☺️

Certain good deals on clothes and accessories, however super hard to find exact sizes on anything especially shoes. 😑 Hard to find any customer service 😕 agents in the store to get any help.

I love walking into a store and not being bothered. A lady at the doors welcomed us and waved to sanitize our hands, employees were courteous. The cashier was very friendly. Likely to return to this location :)

They have much better stock now, cash out was fast and courteous.

It's a great place...great staff...great products....great pricing ...expecting offers soon...as schools and colleges start....

The women section has the most deals, however it is great place to shop.

This location is fairly better than others, well laid out and clean. Still a hit or a miss, mostly miss in my experience.

There was a Labour's Day sale and I made the most of it. Service was great.

Go when they restock. You may get great deals

If you are lucky enough you can find good quality product for very good price. Just make sure you check attentive for expiration date, etc

Love this store. With all the supply chain junk their inventory is pretty good and still lots of deals. Cash is fast and professional :)

I got two nice dresses for myself and onesie for my grandson is my favorite store love to shop there

I purchased a purse at Marshalls Scarborough Town Centre. The cashier did not say 1 word to me. No hello or thank you. I am so disgusted with the lack of customer service. Whoever is training the cashiers leaves a lot to be desired. I will not shop there again. If I could give a less than zero rating, I would. Frankly, I'm disgusted.

I've been shopping at this location since it first opened. Change rooms and bathrooms are always clean. Good selection of casual and office wear. Check out is quick!

My go to Marshalls! I always find what I need & then some! I live close by so I can drop by and check things out! The customer service is great & the staff is really nice. The Manager even wrapped up my luggage in plastic fo me!

Good choice of merchandise here. Amazing customer service in this store. Joshmin, in the dressroom was very kind, seeing that I had a hurt leg she opened up a large room with seating, without me asking. Evelyn and Tania too provided respectful service. Please keep up the good work.

Hidden away behind a lot of box stores, but a pretty good location. Especially if you're looking for a store with limited line ups with covid. If you're looking for the basics a good place to stop by. Have also found a surprise treasure every once in a while.

I went to this location to return a belt and one of the store associates, Sabrina, was super unhelpful. Her standard response without even looking for the requested item was that she didn't know and everything was on the shelves. If you are unsure if you have something, a good sales associate would at least try to look for the item.

Very nice, if you like the stuff just grab it don't wait for next time 😀

It's ok if you like to look through racks of clothing

They actually had what I needed for my grandson. Helpful staff solved my issue and came and helped me to the shelves were my item was. Clean and bright. Not cluttered of products and I love the prices there. Wheel chair accessible. Parking just outside

At cash a few days ago, I was helped by a very youthful tall man. He was quite patient with me because I was purchasing a large number of products. We had a great conversation and it was great to get to know him. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain the identity of this young man, but I strongly advise everyone to stop by and shop here. The store has a lot of products and the employees were friendly, especially the one who worked at the cash register. 🙂

Excellent customer service they're nice and professional and the store has verity of products of need
