I bought this jacket a month and a half ago and it riped on the shoulder. With the exchange policy of 30 days and feedback of other customers who didnt get their exchange even within the 30 days I am not gonna show up to the store and waste my time asking for exchange but I want other customers to see the quality of the 169$ jacket I just bought. Better get a brand name for this price. I just got it cause it says it could go up to -35 and I walk a lot but its damaged now cause of poor stitching quality by the manufacturer.

It was boxing day when I visited the store. So lots of people shopoing. Great quality Canadian winter jackets. Good deal. I got the grayish parka for $99 originally 250 and I love it. Place is just a little packed. Service is good. Location is inside Scarborough Town Center.

I was abused an draged around the store by the lady cashier for asking exchange with bill. They had exchange policy an she sold the jacket with smile an she was insisting me to buy that jacket, couple of hours later I was there for size exchange since it was for my mum . The cashier is not helping to find my suits.and I went their main branch in Orfus rd. That location is big and you can find a lot of choices.I will suggest Irfus location is much better than Scarborough kicatuin

Picked up my son's graduation suit without any problems at all. The woman helping us out was very nice and polite. She didn't push the sale at all and helped us through the process, even pointed out where we could get any alterations needed before the big day.

Worst quality cloths ever. Don't get tricked into buying their cloths. All the offers and discounts will probably makes you wanna buy, please don't. They even put 'store closing deals' frequently. I bought a Fahrenheit winter jacket from them and guess what the pockets was ripped off in just one month.

Helped by an Indian boy working there. Went there yesterday to buy a pant. He showed me different selections of the pant and helped me choose the right one. Very pleasant experience. It’s hard to find such good sales people these days. Will recommend this place to everyone.

Went here today to take a look at their jackets, and as I walked in (operator 362900 Sales person:00999 Tanjina) litterally walked away from me. No form of customer service what so ever given. No hello, hi. I looked at some jackets, and then I had to yell over to her to get some customer service as she seemed like she didn't want anything to do with me. She shouted across the store at me as she was fixin stock, instead of walking over to me in order to answer my questions. There were other two people in the store that came in after me, same culture as her, she had no issue with going and giving them superb customer service. She was pleasant and kind with them. In this day and age, if you're running a store, you should treat ALL customers the same. Me as a black person, shouldn't be felt left out. She's lucky I even made a purchase, but NEVER again will I return back to this store.

Very affordale winter clothing. I got an amazing jacket for less than $80. We were here before and we picked up a great men coat for almost the same price. The qulity is very good and the service is amazing. I also got 2 ice caps for $5!!! If you are looking for qulity with good price this is the place to go

During my brief visit to this store I found out it was under the same ownership as Designer Depot. No wonder the Stockholmme product offerings were mostly the same! Anyways, although the product range they carry is narrower than at DD, they make up for it by offering alteration services. I haven't tried it yet, but one I do I'll update this review. For now, I bought a pair of ties for $20 and saved $5!

Find my winter coats here every couple years very reasonable prices

I bought a jacket as a gift, but I had to return it the next day because it didn't fit. They do not give refunds or store credit. They did say I could exchange it there or at Fairweather or Labels. But the problem was I needed a 2XL or a size 42 men's. They do not carry anything beyond an XL or size 40 at either of those stores or at International. I would like to ask the owners of this company to PLEASE carry plus sizes or at the very least offer refunds.

It’s a fraud shop. Never go here until unless you want to waste your money. The one who were in billing section said no exchange or refund. I asked what if there is any damage, then they said, they are ok to accept exchange. While I tried the jacket at home I noticed the stitches were not good and the fur was coming out. I took it to them for the next day. The one who were billing me was not available the next day and the manager said they won’t accept the return. At the time of sale they can speak anything but not when you return it.
