Had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Jessica right when I walked in and she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, plus all the items and she showed me were great. I ended up getting her recommendations of the the pure wonder gift set and a set of warm vanilla sugar which smells divine. These will be perfect gifts (to myself) for the holidays. Also the gift bag is shiny.. ✨

The greeter that was on shift today at around 12pm was rude. I asked her to describe the scent of a hand soap and she's was like "I don't know I don't have a sample, open it and smell it." I get that people have bad days or whatever, but she didn't even come closer to examine the bottle of soap or ask a colleague who might know. The store was not busy. And why are we encouraging customers to open products that are not testers to smell the scent? Anyways, I got what I came for at the end of my visit minus the bad attitude and left.

The staff was fantastic, friendly and made sure My Wife got all she wanted. And with Black Friday sales. Thanks 👍🏾 to the staff there keep up the fantastic work André.

this is the only location i ever shop at and the ladies i have dealt with are always nice. but today Jessica was exceptionally amazing! Lots of sales today. 6 for $10 hand sanitizer. Then buy 3 get 3 FREE! On the lotion, body was and sprays. My daughter and I went nuts trying out some old favourites and with the help of our lovely sales associate purchased a few new scents to us. Great choices, thank you! The store was super clean and staff ensured customers wore their masks and uses sanitizer on the way in. :) thanks for keeping us safe ladies.

This was the second location I visited on the same day in hopes that customer service would be better here. I was wrong. They only care when they are trying to upsell. I had brand new items that I bought the previous day and was requesting a price adjustment, but the associate was not knowledgeable and the manager would not honour their policy. Not only that, they made up some rule that completely contradicted what was outlined in the policy. I reached out to customer support online, and they were just as unhelpful and not apologetic. I won’t be frequenting Bath & Body Works for a while after this experience.

I used to love this store. Associates are very helpful until I had a bad experience from a new manager, probably the only man in store.He is the rudest manager i've ever met.He allows other people to buy more than the allowed items and I myself didn't allow.The funny thing was, his reason ,the customer was just returning those items,but in fact, I saw this customer going back and forth to load all the items he bought.

Highly recommended shop for fragrances, hand soap, liquid soap, foaming soap, and other gifts ... very good sales all over the year... mostly friendly customer service and the most i like is testers available for every item ..

They had a pretty good sale on plus we had a ten dollar off coupon with a 40 dollar spend. Bought a body Scrub as it was on my daughter's Christmas list plus their foam hand soap which is very nice.

Really good sales. I can see the appeal. The scents are too strong for me but got a bunch of lotions as party gifts. 75% off. Quick service. Inexpensive. Makes a nice gifts especially for teens I would think.

Great deals and friendly staff. It does get a bit overwhelming as there's so many different scents and flavors to choose from for soaps and sanitizers. Purchased 6 mini sanitizers for $10. The store wasn't too busy but because there's so many items all over it feels a bit crowded.

Not a fan. Although the staff are nice, they are constantly breathing down your neck and you're hearing about the same promotion from 3 or 4 different people who work in the store. They don't really give you space to browse without trying to talk your ear off.

Loved this place. Visited this store and the one at Scarborough town centre and I certainly prefer this one over the other. It’s not very crowded and the store personnel were very kind. I was able to shop leisurely and wasn’t rushed. They have a broad range of all items and have good deals as well.

Great selection and nice and roomy. Alot of the locations feel super cluttered and usually there's barely any room to walk around but this one is definitely an exception.

I really like this location. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in this morning and Sonica greeted me which made me feel nice. I came in to buy wallflowers and Mahiya took her time to help me choose the scents…such a sweet young woman. When I went to pay Nateisha was friendly and kind. This location is always clean and neat with a variety of products to choose from.

Always helpful staff. Lots of selection and a location with parking right out front. Also great return policy if ever you change your mind.

Well offers roll out every now and then. The place is always filled with fragrances and it’s a beautiful place to try on stuff too.

Customer service is excellent. Very professional and Knowledgeable. Beenthere 2 times in the last 4 weeks. Whoever does your customer service training is awsome. Michele and Maria and another who's name I forgot cashier 3203794. All awsome. Keep up the excellent service
