    All crews are very very very rude. You can’t demand for what you want. If you do so, they make it so worst that you never ask for your customization. Worst part is that they laugh on you after your order if you ask for something more or less. Not recommended at all. But students at college has no choice. And They take advantage of it. My order is waste because I can’t eat anymore. I ordered cinnamon raisin begal with chipotle sauce with little more chipotle sauce as they put less and Keep it dry. So they added so much chipotle sauce that I can’t even hold Begal.

    I wish I could give zero. They are so rude those old women. No courtesy. The Indian girl always say, promotion not working, but it works. They are so racist. I can see the difference when they serve white people and brown skin. This must be stopped otherwise I will raise the concern to Dean of the college. A lot of students have faced similar situations. They don't know wht customer service means in canada. Poorly trained and they are rude when they serve people here. I would never come back also I am going to raise this issue with the dean of the school. I have vises tim horton other places, never had any issues. This place particularly is really horrible..

    This restaurant should not be here anymore. I mean every time you ask for something they say we do not have. What the hell is this! I will suggest keep stock and don't be rude. Staff is angry always. I can understand too many orders but that does not mean you will think you are the owner. 😏😏😏

    The worst service in the world! I ordered two things. But the left line of Philippine lady just gave me one thing.When I asked her, She said she didn't hear. It's ok if you didn't hear. But she had a bad attitude like I made the fault. Didn't say sorry. Hopefully, the store manager can see this review. How did you train people work at this way?

    Very bad customer service. We were in the line for 20 minutes and some of the staff was let some people to buy food from the side like what was that. We were late to class and waiting in the line but the stuff serving some of their friends on the side. Such a horrible experience with this Tim Hortons please take this serious and make sure everyone come from line.

    Very disappointed with customer service. Staff doesn’t know what customer means. They denies to give very negligible things like spoon, they ask for extra charge even it’s not in Tim’s policy. I also been Tim’s Employee but never seen this kind of rudeness. They even don’t put sausages that customer selected in Tim’s Application. We can select many sauces for sandwiches but they excuse that they can put only one sauce. Then what application is meant for? Disgusting.

    This morning I asked the lady if the chocolate cookie is soft or crispy she said she doesn’t know any about it and straight up asked me how would I like to pay, WHAT ABOUT MY COOKIE?! Also they forgot to add sugar to my coffee more than 5 times. Worst service ever, would’ve gone out of business in a few days if it wasn’t inside a college cafeteria.

    They gave me a chicken sandwich straight out from the fridge didn’t expected that from a branch that is in a college campus seriously wont be buying anything else from here anymore #everyordermatters I literally used the microwave at the campus to heat it up and eat that worst experience ever no option for minus stars if possible i will be giving them -5 after going through all the reviews I think am not the first one to experience that management of centennial college please look into this matter if i fall sick due to this cold served chicken Sandwich that i reheated my self I will definitely file a case against them . The management of centennial college we hope you to look into this matter and take necessary actions.

    they gave me a wrong coffee and when i went back again to them they again gave the same wrong one….I ordered chai tea latte and this is what they gave me….I really very disappointed with the services. My prediction says that their machine do not had any chai tea so they gave me milk instead for their own sake of profit. I hope college should take some actions on it….

    A couple of the staff in this location are completely rude. Customer service should be good no matter how tired you are. Also, how come one of the staff here does not know the Iced Macchiato?

    The skinny brown girl at the express lane has an attitude problem. She was very rude most of the time. Moreover, she talks back behind your back. One time, I lined up at her register. SHE DELIBERATELY told me to go at the other register to get my drinks. She refused to service me while she took other customers orders behind me. It was infuriating experience.

    Very disappointed with the customer service. The staff have a nasty attitude and are very rude plus they never get your order right. They deny to give you very negligible things like spoon, napkins, cups, etc. The manager said "Were not an ordinary Tim hortons we charge extra for these things". If your on campus I suggest going to the Local Cafe instead of this rundown bootleg tim hortons at least there they won't yell at you and give you attitude.

    The app is allowing to select three sauces for Caprese and when we ordered, the representative was denying to put three sauces and was telling to only choose one of them. So why the app is allowing to select three sauces and the lady was arguing on that??? Poor customer service and I won’t give them a single star for this kind of service.

    Totally Non-sense ladies working here, they even not respect to anybody. I like to give them 0 rating for costumer service but its not available. They don't know how to take order. One lady she is working on this Tim-Hortons from last 10 years, she need some common sense or maybe need doctor for brain checkup.

    I have made a order to an old lady with the short hair. We order and made a payment but forget one item so I asked her to punch me for another order then she replied me that go in a line and order again . We were in a line for more than 45 minutes . They know nothing about customer service . Really need to improve the customer service. I have a awful experience here mostly. Worst Tim Hortons.

    If i could give 0 stars I would. Was trying to redeem points, and they didnt tell me how to redeem, kept insisting its automatically done and that "i should know how to" (yes they said that). They kept saying "hurry up there's a line". I asked if they could guide me through the app but it got to a point where they said "just go" so i did. Worst customer service.

    This Tim Hortans sucks. Slow service like a snail 🐌. Customer service is so poor. They take 30 mins to make a small black coffee. Not enough staff as well. They don’t care about students time at all.

    This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. I was standing in a huge line asked for chicken sandwich/wrap they told me come after 11:00 am, and I did. I came again at the very moment, and then one of the server tells that we don't do any chicken sandwiches or wraps. Basically this guys are just here to make your time waste by giving false statements. Even after that I asked them to give me a Croissant with cream cheese and they says, sorry "we don't do it". Like come on guys, every other Tim Hortons do it. One of the most useless Tim Hortons I had ever been. Staff was rude...

    The supervisor is tardy rude on the employees. We gave an order with extra butter, if you don't want to serve then you can politely deny but shouting on the employee working there and saying this is not subway then the supervisor should definitely resign.

    Very rude staff, declined to make my order. I asked to put hashbrown inside a cheese croissant, the staff said they do not make it here and said they are very busy. Same location, just a day ago made the exact same order with no hassle. Date: 10 feb, time 11:20 am

    Just saw an unfortunate event in which a tim employee’s finger got cut and it was bleeding badly. None of the employees including the supervisor helped her in giving first aid, instead they were busy handling the customers. Infact, one of the customer stood up and helped the person. This is an example of such a poor work environment and I would like to urge people to not work at any outlets owned by this management. This is shameful, management should be supportive towards their employees or else they are doomed.

    Worst Tim Hortons in Canada. They run out of food at 6.00 pm and nothing to sell after that, even though the restaurant is open till 7.00pm. One day a working lady closed the beverages line when people were still standing in the queue. Some of the staff are unprofessional.

    Very dissatisfied Ordered Ice cap but the ice cap was too frozen that I cannot have even a sip of it. It doesn’t passes through the straw. I have to wait for 10 minutes for ice to melt. I will never buy any cold beverage from here
