🫤 The food is great. The company did a great job at crafting their croffle recipes with popular flavours for everyone to enjoy. I definitely recommend Fuwa Fuwa as a go-to dessert spot for croffles. However, their service was atrocious and the cleanliness of their seating inside the mall was horrific... The food is great. The company did a great job at crafting their croffle recipes with popular flavours for everyone to enjoy. I definitely recommend Fuwa Fuwa as a go-to dessert spot for croffles. However, their service was atrocious and the cleanliness of their seating inside the mall was horrific. I ordered a single Biscoff Croffle and waited 25 minutes for it to be made and delivered in a small paper tray that completely ruined the aesthetic of the dessert. I didn't even want to take a picture since the presentation looked so unappetizing. Meanwhile, the two ladies who were served before us got their food served on a wooden tray. This already soured the mood before even taking a bite. The croffle was soft and crunchy at the same time. The toppings were light and not overwhelmingly sweet, which paired well with the softness of the dough. But unfortunately, the workers need to learn a thing or two from the recipe because they were far from sweet and I may go as far as to describe their behavior as bitter, as they gave off the impression that they were miserable, didn't enjoy their job, and that they just wanted to end their day as soon as possible. After eating, I asked for an extra napkin and when I went to toss out the napkin in the garbage bin that they provided for their customers along the side of the store, I got told off by one of the workers. She yelled, "You can't be back there" from across the establishment and gave me the nastiest glare, when I took at most 5 seconds to wipe my face off and dispose the napkin. This just topped off the already unpleasant experience and urged me to write this review as I can't get my mind off of what happened without venting through Google Reviews. I would recommend Fuwa Fuwa as a restaurant, but I would not recommend visiting this location specifically. The staff themselves don't even want to be there-- so why would you? Their service was rude and discriminatory, and the common areas were not kept clean-- especially the floors and table tops. It was a horrible first experience at Fuwa Fuwa, but I would definitely like to check out other restaurants where the people are trained better and aren't so miserable. I also don't know why I tipped $1 for a $7 croffle that was delivered to me on a paper tray. This experience made me really regret tipping and have caused me to rethink about tipping in small establishments with little to no service.

I was having a bad day and went to treat myself at Fuwa Fuwa because I love their pancakes. The man who served me was very kind and friendly to me and although probably part of customer service to be kind, it truly made my day. I saw them shooting content and it seems they put lots of effort into their social media and serving customers well. It does take long sometimes but that’s because they want to serve the pancakes fresh - not just some freezer fast food. I love eating here more than at the food court especially because it’s more quiet/peaceful here and I will always be coming back here for more.

Super experience. I always see the place next to the Walmart entrance/exit inside the STC complex as I come for shopping but now when I tried it, it simply blowed me away from the flavour and freshness of the items that I ordered. I went for the mango latte and tiramisu pancake. Just wow. From the presentation to the service, I enjoyed it to the last bite. I was served by Marge. She did a good professional job in preparation and service. There is seating available here too.

First time ever going to Fuwa Fuwa Pancakes and I will not say, it was not disappointing at all. Although the wait was slightly longer than I was expecting, the overall wait was well worth it. The staff was very friendly and was accommodating. So personally I didn’t mind the 20 minutes wait. Not to mention the pancakes were really fluffy and soft 🤤 Drinks were refreshing and nice too! The staff here was amazing and very friendly! I would have to say customer service was A+. Pancakes were tasty, fluffy, and very light. It has taken over the old juice place right next to Walmart; convenient location for dessert to go.

Ordered the traditional strawberries and whipped cream and tiramisu croffles. They taste exactly as they are named, a croissant waffle with awesome toppings. I enjoyed the traditional more than the tiramisu. They took about 10 minutes to makes but you are made aware and we sat down and took in the scenery in the mall. They are reasonably priced and I would go back to try other items on the menu.

Pancakes here were so soft, they just melt in mouth, we ordered Blueberry Pancakes and Strawberry Pancakes, they both were exceptionally delicious. Drinks are also pretty decent. And on top of all extremely friendly staff..

Very overpriced for what you get and you have to wait a long time for the order. I was told a surprising 20 minute wait and I accepted but that ended up being a 35 minute wait. The drink I got wasn't mixed very well so most of the syrup was at the bottom. The actual pancake itself was okay. But way way overpriced especially considering the other issues. Response to Owner: I don't think the two options are long waits or "cheap frozen pancakes". If you think that you need to look more into logistics of your process. Lots of good restaurants offer pancakes and other similar products and even more complex products that aren't frozen and in a more timely manner. But I think the worse thing is not being honest about the time because a lot of people in the reviews mention that. I don't buy the excuse of "other customers in front" because they would have known who ordered before me prior to telling me that time. Please have some respect for your customers and be honest both initially when telling the time and in response when you give excuses that don't hold up. As well I don't care about price as long as you hold up to the standard level of the price point. Unfortunately that wasn't my experience.

This place made me try Japanese fluffy pancake for the first time, my experience was awesome! The pancake was light and fluffy and it is not too sweet. The one I got was the tiramisu pancake, I couldn't stop eating it!. The drinks are pretty decent too make sure to pair it up with your pancake. The customer service was great even though it was busy, they would tend to our request and they even shouted goodbye and thank you when we left. I would come back here when I crave for Japanese fluffy pancake. P.S this is not a fast food place, expect your food to be made from scratch every time to order so there will be a wait time, remember quality is worth the wait :)

Every time I visit Scarborough Town Centre, the Fuwa Fuwa store beside Walmart on the top floor literally makes me go crazy as I can smell fresh pancakes in the making! I’m sure it’s the same for many of you out there. I was sceptical about trying out their pancakes for the longest time because honestly I hadn’t heard a lot about them but a few days back I finally gave in and decided to try their Signature pancake topped with blueberries, strawberries, banana, mint leaves and some cream. There were two fluffy pancakes that tasted SO good. It melts in your mouth and the flavours just hit the right mark. I wish I had tried their pancakes before and I’m pretty sure now I’m gonna just go back to try out their other flavours!

Excellent Soufle pancake. Very large Waffle with plenty of fresh fruit and a big scoop of ice cream. Strawberry and Yuzu Asian citrus drinks were very good. Service was a little slow nut as cooked from scratch it was worth the wait Located next door to Walmart on Upper Level. Definitely worth a visit when going to the Scarborough Shopping Centre.

Fuwafuwa pancake is bringing back their HOT ITEMS - CROFFLES!! This new item are sold out everyday at the CNE, but now you can enjoy this delicious sweet treats at all Ontario locations. Available in 4 flavours, Signature, Tiramisu, Cocoa Banana, and Cookies & Cream. This is my first time trying out their Croffles, and I understand the hype! I really love the Cookies & cream and we devour it within seconds. Sweet and a nice crunch of the Oreo! Also we are a huge fan of croissants with chocolate and banana, so we have to get the Cocoa Banana croffle! If you haven’t tried yet, you must!!

The name says it all. Fluffy and soft pancakes, with different sauces to try. Tokyo style. They also have Waffles and all kind of soft drinks which are also good.

It was worth the wait. Ube pancake tasted amazing-so fluffy and not too sweet the way I like it. The drinks were phenomenal especially the strawberry creamy frappe. The only downside which I don't mind was seats were limited.

I've been to the Midtown Fuwa Fuwa location and loved my experiences there. So, I was excited to hear this location opening at STC. The pancakes were undeniably delicious, but the wait time was painfully slow. I understand the pancakes are delicate and are temperature sensitive. However, the staff told me it would take 30 minutes... it took 54 minutes, nearly an hour!! The people infront of me waited for at least an hour and it wasn't too busy for a Wednesday. There were 3 staff working at the time, but they had their hands full making pancakes. As a result, people in line had to wait longer just to put in an order. It's unfortunate the food stalls on this side of the mall haven't been able to have tables, since the pandemic. Customers must take their pancakes to the other side of the mall for a seat. By then, the cream melts and pancakes get deflated. Until things change, I would suggest heading to their other locations.

The wait was way too long and there was no seat close by to sit while waiting. The pancakes were too dry and it would’ve been nicer if they put some extra syrup or whipped cream to make it less dry. My experience in the downtown location was way better.

The staff are very friendly and the desserts are really tasty! I really love their matcha roll cake and soufflé pancakes (I love matcha haha) and the strawberry lychee genmaicha so far! Can't wait to try their other items :) it does take a while to get the food ready but since it's inside a mall, you can do other stuff and then come back too~

Its worth the wait for there nicely presented and instagrammable waffle dessert we ordered with me and my friends just today! The staff were so accomodating to give us updates on how many minutes more to wait and was able to explain the product and menu since it was our first time to try Fuwa Fuwa at STC . Next time we will try the Ube Flavor Pancake. Thank You.

Ordered in the location the first time, I could say that the wait time is a little longer but the staffs are very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place and you should definitely try their pancakes and drinks!

One of my all time favorite drinks. This drink was so good. It had the perfect amount of everything. Loved the biscoff. It's definitely addictive.

You will notice the friendly staff and cannot forget the taste of the very fluffy Japanese pancakes. Happiness live here.

Food is tasty but very pricey. A tiny croffle for $7 is a lot, but I won’t deny it did taste good. They did forget our drink so I had to go remind them 15 minutes later and they forgot to make it.

Overall the pancake tasted good. Kind of wish they didn't stack it since the bottom pancake gets no toppings. The location is inside the mall in an open space area, so it is more noisy than the location.

Delicious fluffy Japanese pancakes - over a dozen different flavours to choose from. Fast service with limited seating. Great for having a quick bite with friends.

This would be a good location for take-out, but not so much for dining in. Also keep in mind, because everything is made fresh, it takes about 25 minutes for your food. I came here on a Saturday morning with a friend. Unfortunately, about half the items on the menu were unavailable due to low inventory of ingredients. The pancakes were delicious! But the serving size was quite small. It was about $20 for 2 soufflé pancakes and an americano. I would come here again for dessert after a meal, or afternoon tea.

We ordered signature croffle, which is okay okay. We also ordered mango latte, I personally did not like it. It is like cold milk with ice. There is no taste of flavour. Service is not good. They refuse to provide bubble waffles and charge extra for to go. We would like to eat at the place.
