Haven't had A&W in years. Buddy burger tastes much fresher than McDonalds. Also didn't expect their sweet potato fries and sauce to be so good!

A&W Is the only fast food place that serves real breakfast and pancakes. This place is incredible. This location had a nice layout lots of windows and most importantly great staff. So friendly, sharp, professional. Thanks Mikee😊🙏

I had an issue with my uber order i placed a burger combo i only got the fries and drink i immediately called the branch and the person who took the phone was arrogant and rude was like whatever we put the burger may be you come see the manager two days after. Guys what am i supposed to do now you don’t even care about customers problem. Was so rude right on my face never ordering from this place again. Management if you are reading this make sure you train your employees properly and not only be focused on your business also consider customer satisfaction too .

This A and W was so very slow. Why did it take 12 minutes to make 1 buddy burger and a chicken burger at 2 am? There was barely any people and there were 3 people working. When i received my food the lady slammed it on the counter and did not even say anything. She did not say “sorry for the wait” or “have a nice night” I did not feel welcomed at this location.

I went here a couple of times and have never been disappointed! The place is so neat and clean. Staffs are quick and efficient… they get busy often since a lot of people visit this location. They also have the A&W brew bar! We went and ordered a strawberry milkshake and chocolate milkshake! I highly recommend both milkshakes… what I like about this place is that even the washroom is clean!!!

very clean friendly fast professional service. food is cooked fresh. i advise that you get seasoning on your fries when you order them. it kicks up the taste a notch

I recently tried Wendy's Asiago Mushroom burger, and also McDonald's Carolina BBQ Angus burger. Then one random St. Patties night I decided to try the Chedder Uncle burger from A&W. Hands down the better burger of the three. The bread was soft, the burger patty was juicy and tasty, and the cheese, real Chedder. It just has a more upscale flavour to it. As for the location, it's perfect. Right in the middle of a mixture of residential and commercial areas, and being 24 hours, pizza pizza now has some late night competition. I'm curious to see if they ever bring mobile and automated kiosk ordering in the future to this location. It's new so it's very clean, and the staff seem genuinely nice people. I wish them busy days to come!

I had ordered classic combo at 5:30 am today for takeout without any meat. The eggs tested yukky, egg had black greesy oil. The eggs were flat and overcooked. It had a snell. Tried to call but no one is picking. I have had the same at other A&W locations and it was the best.

The usual fast food joint. I did like the idea of having a hand wash next to the tray table return area and where you can get condiments. Hats off to the person who thought about it. I don't need to go to inside the washroom if I need to clean ketchup.

Probably one of the Best A&W I have been to, employees where polite, I had to use the wash room on my visit. It was actually nice to go in to a maintained and cleaned washroom. The food came out perfect temperature, tasted really good. Un like other A&W. my onion rings where cooked perfect and not burnt for once!!

My husband loves their breakfast sandwiches but I personally like Tim Hortons better. This location is very clean and the staff are always friendly.

Always great going here. Service is great, food is amazing, plenty of space to sit and its open 24/7. Sinks to wash your hands are also conveniently located in the dining area. The beyond meat burger taste like real meat

Fayaz (owner) is awesome with customers. Super nice, caring and makes customers feel welcome. The restaurant is clean, I'm definitely coming back!

I ordered one beyond meat combo, the service was super fast and everything was super fresh. I liked the service given by the night shift on 6th may 2023. I also work in A&W, I was missing my food so I went to the location near my house. Overall, the all three girls were super fast working during night. Had a wonderful experience.

Brand spanking new !! Clean and spacious ! Quick service. Staff could smile little more though, they seem low on energy and tired ! Else great place !

Burgers were warm. Fries were cold. Disappointing when you pay 30 bucks for 2 meals and this happens. Unacceptable.

We were looking to have lunch that would satisfy our hunger in the heat. Got burger 🍔 and fries 🍟 with my aunt. Food was great. Service excellent - food was brought to our table. Drinks were served on these huge A&W glasses 🍺👌🏻 (I'd call them beer glasses). Portion-wise, they're on point. Tummy filled and we left happily. Place is well air-conditioned. Could've done more with cleanliness. Used trays and garbages should be emptied. Overall, it was a good experience for us. Would come back for more burger🍔❤️

I ordered from doordash spicy habinaro burger Its not fresh and doesn’t have any veggies as well even fries are cold

4/5 because everything was great from great customer service from the cashier he did an awesome job of greeting me and let me take my time with ordering. food was super fresh and hot. only thing that sucked was someone forgot to put mayo on my chubby chicken sandwich, so I was eating a super dry sandwich with no sauce. but overall, loved the place!!! staff are super nice and welcoming and would come here again! best experience!

Would give it 0 stars if I could for sanitary reasons.... Just learned that one of the workers dipped their bare hands into the toppings for a burger that I just ordered. There were no gloves or utensils. I'm suddenly not hungry anymore, and had to give the food away. Please do better. 😓

Quick and friendly service. They were busy for lunch but all smiles from the team. The food was exactly what you have come to expect from A&W, fresh tasty burgers and cold foamy root beer. Restaurant was nice and clean as well which is not always easy at lunch time. 🙂

You get offers on your phone but have to place the order on your phone first even if you're at the restaurant ready to order. I don't get why they can't just scan the phone like it was a year ago. Too much effort just to order food when you're already at the restaurant. Bad business decision by A&W. Oh well, people can just go somewhere else for cheaper. No wonder why A&W is in financial trouble.

I've been coming here for a while after no frills shopping to grab dinner and or their coffee and and cookies and always fresh burgers and coffee and enjoy the teams friendliness and welcoming very clean restaurant and love the coffee hot and fresh.

Clean and efficient. I love that they have a faucet outside in the dining room area to wash your hands before and after you eat. Wonderful idea. Especially going through this covid pandemic

I went today for lunch. The girl at cash register was extremely slow and let customers order build up. When i got home burger was cold and looked stale. If you come to this location i reccomend that you watch them prepare your order so this does not happen to you.

Food was fresh and tasty. The price is reasonable. Customer service was very good and the place was very clean.

They served my 4 year old burnt plant based nuggets that she could not eat. Didn't want to come back just to return the nuggets. Food quality is never prioritzed anymore even though food prices are skyrocketing.

Me and my daughter had a craving for burgers, we stopped into A&W had quick service. The staff was polite and friendly.

It was,..."meh"...The actual burger was decent but much smaller than they make it out to be on the menu display. The place was squeaky clean though.

I did try out the sweet potato fries and they were good and the burger with beef bacon and cheese was amazing.

My visit on 4/23/22 was disappointing. The tumbler that my root beer was in was dirty. I initially thought that the spots or marks were flaws in the glass until I drank about halfway, then I realized that my drink was placed in a dirty tumbler. The second picture shows that it also had a chipped rim. I brought this to the attention of one of the women working there, who apologized and offered to get me more root beer. I declined because it wasn't about getting more or a refund. It was about cleanliness and maintaining a high standard. Also, the bathroom was very untidy. Sorry, A&W you used to be my favourite restaurant.

I don't generally review fast food restaurants but I was so impressed with this location that I had to leave a review. This location is very clean, organized and the staff are very friendly. Ordered a spicy habanero burger and found that it was fresh and you could tell that they put the burger together with care and it wasn't drenched in sauce. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be back.

First time visiting. Had the Beyond Meat burger with double cheese and no onions, fries and medium coffee. Service was pleasant. Not that busy for 1:30pm on a Friday. There were 4 other customers waiting to pick their order up. Food was hot and delicious. There is no drive thru unfortunately, but this will not deter me from coming back.

They always provide quick service. The outlet is also very clean. The coffee is quite good. I would like to see points card from A&W in future. Points card or reward card is what I found missing.

Best fast food burger experience to date. The prime rib burger with caramelized onions and fried pickleswas very tasty and juicy, and the fries were fantastic and stayed hot. Onion rings are good but fall apart easily, and were a little greasy, but no big deal.
