This place is really a hidden gem. The ambiance is nice and there are some social games there too. A group of us went here after my birthday dinner and even though we arrived 30 mins before closing, the guy who runs the place was so welcoming and let us stay an extra hour. He made us free popcorn and let us choose whatever music we liked. Amazing customer service!

The premium shisha flavors are excellent. I had Eternal smoke and Adalya flavors mixed. The music is really good and the staff is very flexible with letting you play your own music. The basement downstairs is really. Overall the place has a good vibe and very clean.

Worst customer service ever! This place was really good before. We visited a week ago and it was under new management and everything was great. However we visited today and they charged us 3 dollar extra for regular coals. When asked, the server said they charge extra after 3 coals, however he did not mention this before giving us the coals. Server was rude and gave us a mean look. Other times there were pretty chill severs. No other Shisha place charges for extra coals. And lastly they keep bumping up their prices every month.

Lounge is perfect. Host let’s you play your music, Pool table, Spacious and people are very friendly.

After calling around to 4-5 different shisha lounges for 20 people to chill, smoke shisha and watch the ufc fight, this place was amazing at customer service. They got back to me quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to chill!

The new management is top notch. They have the best shisha in Toronto. Being a regular shisha smoker, I have never seen such a wide range of flavours and on top of that mitul did an amazing job by crafting the flavour according to my taste. It’s a must go if you are looking for the best lounge experience.

Nice chill shisha lounge. Small from inside so seating can be an issue when it gets busy. Good music and multiple TVs. Shisha is good parking can be an issue during evenings and nights at busy hours.
