I used a coupon to buy from A&W. If it wasn't for the coupons I would never put foot in A&W. With the coupon the total was $15 without it was $29. The food is really good far better than McDonalds. It was filling and I couldn't even finish the hamburger. They do practice social distancing. There's hand sanitizer. The service was good. The servers were nice I didn't have any problems with them. I will only return if I have coupons.

My experience was really great! Except for the customers being really loud and rowdy. The cashier that took my order was friendly and fast. When I was eating with my family, he always asks us if we wanted refills. He also offered root beer lollipop! I especially love the hand washing station by the condiments table. I ordered the spicy habanero chicken burger combo. My fries were hot and fresh! My burger was lovely! Presentation 100%!

Unacceptable. The gentleman was handling money and was also helping to prepare the sandwiches. This is a big sanitary issue. Mama burger is so bad and the patty is very dry. The BLT chicken is ok. Just a waste of money.

Clean and well managed location. Food is consistently good quality. Service can be slow at times, and price slightly high for fast food. Recommend using coupons when going to A&W in order to bring prices more in line with what’s on offer. Usually flyer coupons are sent out to people living near location. At times some of the clientele can be sketchy at the location. Staff might consider ways to deal with rowdy customers in a proactive manner.

This place used to be good but recently the quality of customer service has deteriorated significantly. The washroom remains locked all the time and customers have to ask for access. Also, cashiers don't know how to behave well with customers, and they look at you unprofessionally. They don't respond pleasantly when someone is asking for help.

Never again. They don't wash hands (or do any sanitary measures) after taking orders at the register. Eating at a restaurant where hand washing is not the norm, especially if they're both at the register and making food.... you're risking getting people sick. I came in on Monday, March 13, 2022, around 11:30am and ordered 2x Momma burgers. When I complained, they apologized but no replacement or refund offered. I was told they can't wear gloves (melting) but no explanation for the no hand wash. It's a shame because I had always thought this fast food restaurant was set apart from the ones in the area. Eglinton and Danforth often have people in poverty and substance abuse issues out front. In the past, I found the food prep and sanitation to be top notch. Perhaps new management or a shift away from good food handling. $12.00 I won't get back, told them to give it to one of the people in need that always come in, especially since I wasn't getting a refund. I would have happily taken a replacement BTW, just with washed hands. I will not be going back. I will be advising others to do the same. It's a shame to see a good restaurant go down the tube.

Nashville chicken sandwich was pretty good but expensive

We love the food, service was quick. In this branch Brimley & Eglinton, they don’t clean the tables immediately after customer left, the place is so untidy, especially the wash room, so smelly & dirty. I wish you have mystery customer who could check your branches. Thanks.

Overall experience was nice there was decent cleaning and the service was quite fast. The food we got served was also clean and nicely packed. The only problem was their ketup for customers needed refill and there were some garbage left by customers on few tables which needed clearing.

It is one of the A&W open around my house. The food is on an average quality and portion. But the pricing is getting me confused. There is an "upgraded" version with two extra sausage 'Canadian Special', which is 3 dollars less than this classic combo. ($11.99)

This place used to be good but now it’s the worst A&W. They consistently undercook, miss toppings and give wrong items from orders. Completely unacceptable as they have ruined few dinners and lunches for me after giving them few chances. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE.

I can't even tell you how rude every single employee is, I guess it's a mandatory character defect on one's resume. Also, this location never has any of the good stuff....like those frozen root beer slushie things I saw on a commercial.

What would you expect? It is an A&W. Burgers, onion rings, and root beer. A 24 hour location to serve your late night cravings too. Something to be said about the crunchy chubby chicken burger tho. The only unfortunate thing is the neighborhood that it is located in attracts alot of not so nice people. They also like to use the free wifi and sometimes just rest in the dining area too. Not really the franchise's fault but it is very hard to keep washrooms or the general area all straightened up with people like them around.

The best burger around the place. The restaurant is always clean whenever i go, the staff is super helpful and friendly. Always has a smile on their face and happy to help. Highly recommended.

This A&W location is clean and the workers are friendly. They do well in food preparation and are aware of sanitation. The food is satisfactory and they do well. Only prevention of 5 stars is due to the occasional lack of sufficient customer service skills that I notice.

it got expensive much like everything else but I feel like this a little more than others. they also didn't have the root beer slushy in this location and there's a lot of creepy people always hanging around this store.

Great location, right at the intersection of the streets. Partial cheese curds of Poutine I ordered is completely cold. No wonder why the order is ready in less than 30 seconds from the time I placed an order in front of the counter. Taste is acceptable, though. Cleanliness is alright around the area the time I went after 4pm during weeknights. Washroom is divided into 'PAPA' and 'MAMA' rooms. You need to ask the front desk for the key code(s) to gain access.

(Didnt happen today, but was sometime this week) Food was great, layout of restaurant was great, I like the hand washing sinks; and we were served quickly and well by nice people! -Only, thing I wished was the tables and chairs were wiped down after every customers, as I had to grab a wet paper towel to clean it before I sat down, and every other spot was the same - they were covered in crumbs, dried pop streaks, and what have you; as well there was still garbage and food on the floor around said tables for people to step in. Other than that, I'd still return for delicious food ~

The most disgusting experience ive ever had at a fast food restaurant. The washrooms were covered in urine and fecal matter, and i ended up getting a strangers urine on my hand trying to exit the bathroom to tell staff. Upon telling staff they didn’t allow me to use another washroom, they didn’t go to clean OR close the bathroom, and they didn’t even apologize for exposing me to a biohazard

As far as fast food goes, this is as good as it gets. Chill atmosphere, good service, and the food is always made fresh on order. Good work people!

Tables are messy and sticky not feel better to dine in. I ordered for 4 burger and onion rings, both has a bad smell and the tast is disgusting because of old oil

The team at this location worked so hard, since it was a busy day to raise money for MS (a great cause). They had an organized way to get orders taken and food out fresh, while remaining patient and friendly throughout the rush. Vignesh, Saif, Esther and Simmarjot were exceptional today!

I went here at late night to get something that is fast, because we went late around 4:30 PM, we did not really have any other options. The food was good, I would definately go here again.

I ordered beyond meat burger and sweet potato fries. There was too much sauce in burger and the fried never tasted like. I have been to so many different locations of A&W, this is worst experience.

I like this place a lot. there is a very nice feeling. The kitcen is exeptionaly good. the service is effective and the crew is polite. The cost is honest. I definitely recommend.

I visit this location frequently. The service is Always on point. And of course the food is delicious. I have never experienced any mishaps with my orders.
