What a disappointment. Took over 2 months to repair a tiny leather band on my watch. After the initial repair, the band ripped within 2 weeks. He did offer to re-do the work but that took another 3 weeks. With an appointment for pickup, he made me wait 30mins out front (this happened on 2 occasions). I will not be going back, nor would I recommend anyone use his services.

I believe that a good jeweler needs to be honest and genuine. The owner, Amin Asmani, was very hery honest in his dealings with me; he gave me genuine advice concerning my watches that work for my benefit. His objective and dynamic were not to just make money from another a client. On another note, the staff abides by the COVID regulations and only allow one client in the store at a time. My highest recommendations goes to Inaza Diamonds, they are great jewelers that you can trust.

Amin is very detail conscious and every piece of jewelry you bring in or buy is beautifully cleaned and polished and sparkling. I have purchased two gorgeous rings from Amir and one needed resizing. It was fast and beautifully presented. I also had a ring restored and he found me the most amazing stone again it was beautifully polished and sparkling. I recommend Inaza diamonds for top quality and very good pricing.

After an initial misunderstanding, things went wonderful with Inaza Diamonds. Amin did an incredible job with our engagement ring - it was a custom job and it turned out beautiful. We are so happy with it. The diamond and gold is high quality, and looks classic and gorgeous!

The work was fine, but service was horrible. I needed my wedding band reshaped (it got squished slightly out of circular under a heavy item I was carrying). When I came in, he promised it would be ready in a week, took my name and number, gave me a slip. I came an hour and a half before close the day he said it would be ready, but they were shuttered. I called the number online and the number in the window, no response. I came the next day, they told me my ring wasn't ready. I told them the time I would come the next day, and when I came they were shuttered again over an hour early! Again I called both numbers, no answer. I came the next day in the morning, they could not find my ring! He was just dumping bag after bag on the counter. Finally, I saw mine and he said "I called you yesterday" but I looked on the bag and it was not my name or number. Just super disorganized.

The folks at Inaza diamonds were very friendly, courteous and replaced the battery in my watch very quickly. I would highly recommend Inaza diamonds to anyone looking to service their jewellery or watches.

I got my watch batteries replaced in the Eaton centre (Bay) for 20$ (pre-pandemic) I paid $15 here last week and he was nice enough to remove a dead battery from an extra watch I brought as he said it could leak over time and ruin my watch Future me thanks him. Nice guy, you don't need to give discounts for reviews your customer service is enough! Full disclosure I'm poor and took the discount but my review is genuine.

This is a great jewellery store. The owner very friendly and helpful. Just recently I had four pieces of jewellery cleaned, diamond ring repaired, earrings and another ring sized. It all turned out fantastic. I definitely would recommend this store. I believe it would be beneficial to call ahead to make sure they are open. Will definitely revisit.

Bought a ring online that ended up being a little too big for me. Took it to Inaza & the result was flawless!! My ring has a black onyx stone so I was a little nervous about having it sized down but I am so happy with the result. Will definitely return
