I wasted transit fare to come here and find it was closed. Looked as if it was setting up a new location. I did call to confirm it was open and told it was. I walked the whole mall and spoke to several mall staff and all said it was closed right now. This is so frustrating. I don't have a lot of money to waste and I needed cheap flats for work that I just started. Very disappointing.

The Black female manager that works on the weekend/evenings is so disrespectful and spends most of the time talking to customers that are friends. I went there one day and she spent FIFTEEN MINUTES talking to a customer who finished checking out. No sorry or complimentary anything.

Great prices for clothes and shoes.

I came to this location with my girlfriend to get some slippers to wear around the mall. Usually, when we come to Ardene, we have never been given any problems about wearing the slippers out of the store. Associates tell us to bring the tag so they can scan and we pay. On this occasion, the associate, Mundal P, must have been having a bad day because not only did she insist that my girlfriend take off the slipper, but she falsely accused her of throwing it at her. I could not believe my ears; not only was the slipper not required to be taken off as it had no functional scanning abilities, but to lob a false accusation and walk away was highly embarrassing. Sadly when I look at other reviews here, it seems like customers are people to be humiliated and left without a voice to a manager - who, when we asked to speak to one, was told none was there. Shocking, given that this is a high-traffic location being at STC. At any rate, writing and reviews are not enough; we are going to the BBB about this. We may also take our cameras to record these interactions and go to the media. Unacceptable!!!

Went to buy some shoes with my friend. Whoever was working the front desk was extremely rude, rudest I’ve seen in a super long time. Absolutely no reason to be that rude as my friend had only asked for her to cut off the tag so that she could wear them out.

Just okay place...not much variety. Still have old fashioned clothes. But no doubt cheap place for shoes and hats

Purchased sandals, wore them to checkout with price tag in hand to pay was told “you’re not allowed to that.” Then was asked to show the shoe I was wearing, took it off put it on the counter was told “you’re not allowed to through things.” Falsely accuse of throwing a shoe then the person originally cashing me out walked off telling their coworker to complete the transaction. Terrible way to conduct customer service and there was no manager on site to put in complaint. The person I dealt with was Mundal P. ,avoid them at all costs will be returning to store to talk to manager about Mundal P.

Me and my daughter went there yesterday. They have this unorganized pile of jeans for 9.99 each and so if you are looking for your size you have to dig in and spend time which took us 30 mins looking for the size we were looking for. The cashier has a long wait as well 😩 then went to the kid to pay and said the jeans was 33 dollars and I said why when it shows $9.99. Then he said 'oh sorry it was just misplaced there" wth misplaced? When there was a lot of that design in different sizes on the same spot. All misplaced? With disappointments we just left. I didnt want to argue with this kid that doesnt even look like he knows what he was doing and we already wasted our time so to argue and waste another time is not my option. As mentioned very unorganized Ardene shops we've been to. I just want to get the management attention, hiring the right people gives a big impact to your sales.

***The new Ardene that opened up in between Bentley and Call it Spring*** I was just browsing around the store alone with my Starbucks beverage and a rude worker came up to me with attitude and said "you can't have you're drink in here, you're gonna have to leave it outside". I politely asked if I can leave it on the counter by their cash tills, she said "No." Keep in mind I came in by myself after finishing work so of course I'm by myself where I have no one to hold it for me. Where outside am I really supposed to leave my drink? On the floor? Very rude. I will not be purchasing from that location. Their clothes are poor quality so my beverage does not change a thing. *POOR customer service as well. Did not receive a greeting or help when walking into the retailer.

Had a very bad experience Went there on Sunday 7 January to return an item I was there at around 10 am the store opened at around 11:20 am although I confirm the timing on google and it still saying 10: 00 am when I asked the lady at the counter about store timing they told me it’s 11:00 am on sundays I told them that the store timing is written 10am so they told me that it was for holidays. The lady at the counter was very rude. Still the timing is not updated I don’t know if the lady was lying as she was caught opening the store late or the website is not updated.

They overcharged me for an item but the lady was super nice on the phone and promised to refund the item!

Good selection.

The store manager at this location is very rude and refused to acknowledge a faulty product. An encounter with her would make you feel that she does not care for the customers at all.

I love their surprise bags so much

Clothing options are satisfactory, they do have wizarding world - Harry Potter collection which is new and not yet on the website.

Ardene is a good store to go to. They always have sales and great shoes. It's one of my favourite stores.

Staff is rude and promotes Discrimination and disrespect to the customer. Very bad experience and ask everyone to beware of such experience.

Huge collection of apparels available for those who are looking in smaller size range. And cute surprise pouches!
